Abstract

본 발명은 태양전지 모듈 제조에 사용되는 유리에 코팅을 하여 투과율을 증대시켜 주는 코팅액의 제조방법과 상기 방법에 의하여 제조된 코팅액 조성물에 관한 것이다. 종래에 빛의 투과를 증가시키기 위해 고굴절률 층과 저굴절율의 층을 교대로 적층하거나 반사방지용 광촉매 코팅을 하거나 알콕시 실란의 다공성 구조를 이용하였으나 정밀한 적층이 어렵거나 원가가 비싸거나 코팅액의 저장안정성이 제한되는 등의 단점이 있어 사용이 어려웠다. 본 발명은 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 수십에서 수백 나노의 무기 입자를 충진 형태로 배열을 하여 다공성 구조와 유사한 배열을 가지도록 하되 다공성 구조가 가지는 투과율 증대의 특성을 유지하면서 충진물의 기계적인 특성으로 경도를 향상시키도록 한다.
