Abstract
Description
1.構成
図1は、本発明の本実施形態のネットワーク構成を示した図である。クライアントの一例であるテレビ100と、サーバの一例であるレコーダ200とは、IPネットワーク300に接続されている。
図2に、テレビ100の構成を示す。図2に示すように、テレビ100は、制御部110と、ネットワークインタフェース120と、入力部130と、表示部140とを含む。
図3は、実施の形態1におけるサーバであるレコーダの構成を示すブロック図である。図3に示すように、レコーダ200は、制御部210と、ネットワークインタフェース220と、入力部230と、出力部240と、データ保存部250とで構成される。
2.1 機器認識手順
IPネットワーク300を介して接続されたテレビ100およびレコーダ200の機器認識手順について説明する。
次に、IPネットワーク300で接続された互いの機器を発見・認識する場合の処理における、デバイスディスクリプションドキュメント(Device Description Document, 以下「DDD」と呼ぶ)の取得処理について説明する。
ユーザは、テレビ(クライアント)において、レコーダ(サーバ)に記録された映像や音声を再生しようとする場合、接続したいレコーダを選択する必要がある。以下、テレビ(クライアント)から、ネットワークに接続された複数のレコーダ(サーバ)の中から1つを選択する機器選択動作について説明する。図4(a)は、実施の形態1におけるクライアントであるテレビ100に表示される機器選択メニューの一例を示す図である。
本実施の形態における、テレビ(クライアント)からレコーダ(サーバ)へのアクセス許可の登録方法について説明する。
1)レコーダ200が電源オフの状態(正確には、レコーダ内部ではサブ電源がオン状態であるが、外見上、主電源がオフ状態に見えるような電源状態)にある場合は、レコーダ200の電源(主電源)をオンにする操作。
2)レコーダ200が視聴状態(映像信号や音声信号を出力している状態)にある場合(すなわち、アクセス許可を登録しようとするユーザとは別のユーザがレコーダ200で放送や録画コンテンツを視聴している場合)であれば、レコーダ200の視聴の際に使用されると予想される操作以外の操作。ここで、レコーダ200の視聴の際に使用されると予想される操作には、例えば、音量調節の操作、輝度・色調等の調節のような画面設定の操作、または早送り・巻き戻しの操作が含まれる。
アクセス許可の登録方法の別の例について説明する。実施の形態1のアクセス許可の登録方法では、レコーダ200に登録画面を表示し、レコーダ200においてユーザによる登録作業が実行されることによりアクセス許可の登録がなされる構成を説明した。これに対して、本実施の形態によるアクセス許可の登録方法は、レコーダ200において案内画面が表示され、その後、ユーザによるテレビ100上での登録作業が実行されることによりアクセス許可の登録が完了する。図7を用いて、実施の形態2におけるアクセス許可の登録手順のシーケンスを説明する。

Claims (16)
- 第1の機器と第2の機器に接続されたネットワークにおいて前記第1の機器から前記第2の機器へのアクセス許可を前記第2の機器に登録する方法であって、
前記第2の機器は、前記ネットワークを介して、アクセス許可が未登録の第1の機器から接続要求を受けた場合、
前記第1の機器からの接続を拒否し、第1のモードに移行し、
前記第1のモードにおいて、前記第2の機器に対するユーザによる操作を検出し、前記検出したユーザによる操作が、前記第2の機器からの再生信号に対する視聴に関する操作か否かを判別し、
前記ユーザによる操作が前記視聴に関する操作でない場合に、前記第1の機器から前記第2の機器へのアクセス許可を登録するための第2のモードに移行し、
前記ユーザによる操作が前記視聴に関する操作であった場合に、前記第2のモードに移行しない、
機器登録方法。 - 前記第2のモードにおいて、前記第2の機器は、前記第1の機器から前記第2の機器へのアクセス許可を登録するための登録画面を表示し、前記登録画面上でのユーザによる操作にしたがい前記アクセス許可を登録する、
請求項1記載の機器登録方法。 - 前記第2のモードにおいて、前記第2の機器は、前記第1の機器から再度の接続要求を受信したときに前記アクセス許可を登録する、
請求項1記載の機器登録方法。 - 前記第2のモードにおいて、前記第2の機器は、前記アクセス許可を登録するための前記第1の機器上での操作を促す案内画面を表示する、請求項3記載の機器登録方法。
- 前記第2の機器は、前記ネットワークを介して未登録の第1の機器から接続要求を受けた場合、第1の機器から第2の機器へのアクセス許可を登録する必要がある旨、及び/又は、アクセス許可の登録方法の情報をユーザに提示する案内画面を表示させるための情報を、前記第1の機器に送信する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の機器登録方法。 - 前記第1のモードへ移行後、所定時間が経過するまでに前記視聴に関する操作を検出しなかった場合、前記第1のモードを解除する、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の機器登録方法。
- 前記第2のモードへ移行後、所定時間が経過したときに、前記第2のモードを解除する、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の機器登録方法。
- 前記視聴に関する操作は、音量調節のための操作、画面設定のための操作、早送り操作及び巻き戻し操作の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の機器登録方法。
- クライアント装置とネットワークを介して接続され、前記クライアントからのアクセス許可を登録可能なサーバ装置であって、
ユーザからの操作を受け付ける入力部と、
前記ネットワークに対してデータの入出力を行うインタフェース部と、
サーバ装置へのアクセスの許可を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、
前記入力部がアクセス許可が未登録のクライアント装置からネットワークを介して接続要求を受けた場合に、
前記クライアント装置からの接続を拒否する応答をクライアント装置に送信し、前記サーバ装置を第1のモードに移行し、
前記第1のモードにおいて、前記サーバ装置に対するユーザによる操作を検出し、前記検出したユーザによる操作が前記第サーバ装置からの再生信号に対する視聴に関する操作か否かを判別し、
前記ユーザによる操作が前記視聴に関する操作でない場合に、前記サーバ装置を、前記クライアント装置から前記サーバ装置へのアクセス許可を登録するための第2のモードに移行し、
前記ユーザによる操作が前記視聴に関する操作であった場合に、前記サーバ装置を前記第2のモードに移行しない、
サーバ装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第2のモードにおいて、前記クライアント装置から前記サーバ装置へのアクセス許可を登録するための登録画面を表示し、前記登録画面上でのユーザによる操作にしたがい前記アクセス許可を登録する、
請求項9記載のサーバ装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第2のモードにおいて、前記クライント装置から再度の接続要求を受信したときに前記アクセス許可を登録する、
請求項9記載のサーバ装置。 - 前記第2のモードにおいて、前記制御部は、前記アクセス許可を登録するための前記クライアント装置上での操作を促す案内画面を表示する、請求項11記載のサーバ装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記ネットワークを介して未登録のクラインアント装置から接続要求を受けた場合、クライアント装置からサーバ装置へのアクセス許可を登録する必要がある旨、及び/又は、アクセス許可の登録方法の情報をユーザに提示する案内画面を表示させるための情報を、前記クラインアント装置に送信する、
請求項9から11のいずれか1つに記載のサーバ装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1のモードへ移行後、所定時間が経過するまでに前記視聴に関する操作を検出しなかった場合、前記第1のモードを解除する、請求項9から13のいずれか1つに記載のサーバ装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2のモードへ移行後、所定時間が経過したときに、前記第2のモードを解除する、請求項9から14のいずれか1つに記載のサーバ装置。
- 前記視聴に関する操作は、音量調節のための操作、画面設定のための操作、早送り操作及び巻き戻し操作の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9か15のいずれか1つに記載のサーバ装置。
