Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour produire un vêtement doté de motifs de sablage et sur un appareil utilisé dans celui-ci. Le procédé comprend : le recouvrement d'un tissu de vêtement par un masque protecteur doté de motifs creux, le sablage du tissu de vêtement et des motifs creux par un dispositif de sablage à haute pression de façon à former un tissu de vêtement doté de motifs texturés par sablage. L'appareil utilisé comprend un compresseur d'air, un tube d'air à haute pression, un pistolet de sablage, un tube de transport de sable, un récipient de sable fin et un masque protecteur doté de motifs creux utilisé pour couvrir le tissu de vêtement, le compresseur d'air étant relié au pistolet de sablage par le tube d'air à haute pression, et le pistolet de sablage étant relié au récipient de sable fin par le tube de transport de sable. Le vêtement obtenu par le procédé comporte des motifs qui sont clairs, esthétiques et variés, de telle sorte que l'on peut augmenter le nombre de dessins pour un vêtement. La technologie est simple et facile à mettre en œuvre.
