随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，人们比以往更加注重对服装的选择。为了满足不同消费者对服装的要求，市场需要不断推出款式多样的服装。在服装面料上加工合适的图案不仅增加了服装款式，也使服装更加新颖漂亮。目前，在加工服装面料上的图案时，存在图案模糊不清的缺点，影响了服装的美观。为了解决这个问题，需要提供一种加工装置，该装置结构简单，成本低，易于实施，且加工的服装图案清晰美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种服装喷砂图案加工装置。该装置利用高压喷射将细砂材料喷射于覆盖有镂空图案面具的服装面料表面上，通过磨损服装面料的方式在服装表面形成有磨砂肌理效果的图案。
本实用新型服装喷砂图案加工装置包括：空气压缩机、高压气管、喷砂枪、输砂管、细砂容器和具有镂空图形用以罩住服装面料的保护面具，空气压缩机经高压气管与喷砂枪连接，喷砂枪经输砂管与细砂容器连接。
本实用新型结构简单，成本低，易于实施，且生产的服装，图案清晰，美观多样，增加了服装的款式。

具体实施方式
本实用新型服装喷砂图案加工装置包括空气压缩机1、高压气管2、喷砂枪3、输砂管4、细砂容器5和具有镂空图形用以罩住服装面料6的保护面具7，空气压缩机1经高压气管2与喷砂枪3连接，喷砂枪经输砂管4与细砂容器5连接。
首先，启动空气压缩机1，将气压设定为能够将细砂材料从喷砂枪3喷射到服装面料6的表面并能有效磨伤服装面料表面的气压值；
其次，将具有镂空图形的保护面具7覆盖于服装面料6表面上，并将其固定；
最后，开启喷砂枪3，通过喷砂枪3可以控制气流的大小和喷射细砂量的大小，将细砂材料喷射到覆盖有图案面具的服装面料表面上，将需要磨损的服装面料表面进行喷砂并磨损其表面，直到形成所需要的肌理效果图案。
