- the mechanical values of the pultrudates are the same for take-off speeds of 0.5 m / min and take-off speeds of 1.5 m / min for flat profiles.
- the invention will be illustrated by means of examples:
- Polyol 1 glycerol started triol, propoxylated, OH: 400 mg KOH / g
- Polyol 2 glycerol started triol, propoxylated, OH: 800 mg KOH / g
- Polyol 3 diol, propylene glycol propoxylated, OH: 250 mg KOH / g
- Polyol 4 glycerol-initiated triol, propoxylated and ethoxylated, OHN: 42 mg KOH / g and an ethylene oxide content of 72.5% by weight
- Catalyst 1 Mixture of 1, 8-diazabicyclo (5.4.0) undec-7-ene and phenol n
- Catalyst 2 dimethyltin carboxylate
- Catalyst 4 1, 8-diaza-bicyclo (5.4.0) undec-7-ene
- Catalyst 5 Mixture of 1, 8-diazabicyclo (5.4.0) undec-7-ene and phthalic acid in
- TL-550 H B from Technick Products, INT-1947MCH or INT-1948MCH from Axel Plastics, all commercially available internal release agents for pultrusion.
- a pultrusion system was used which comprised a closed injection box and a heatable molding tool.
- the inner diameter of the flat profile in the mold was 3x50mm. Accordingly, pultrudates of these dimensions were produced.
- Standard glass fibers suitable for pultrusion were used (for example from PPG Fiber Glass Europe: Hybon 2001 Roving, 2400 Tex) and drawn through the injection box and die.
- glass fiber mats were used (for example from PPG Fiber Glass Europe, in the ratio glass fiber rovings to glass fiber mats of 60:20% by weight).
- the total concentration of the reinforcing material, based on the total weight of the pultrudate was about 80% by weight.
- the starting materials indicated in the examples and comparative examples were mixed at room temperature in a low pressure mixing machine with a static mixer at the specified isocyanate index. Subsequently, the reaction mixture was injected into the injection box, whereby the glass fibers were wetted with the reaction mixture. The wetted glass fibers were pulled continuously through the mold by means of a withdrawal unit and the polyurethane system was cured in the heated mold.
- Example 1 The proportions of components A and B are given below as parts by weight.
