本发明涉及一种索道上下车装置。
背景技术
在矿山架空乘人装置中, 带动吊椅在索道钢丝绳上运动的抱索器有卡钳式 活动抱索器和摩擦式活动抱索器两种, 卡钳式活动抱索器可用于大坡度索道, 但乘坐人员必须在索道运行中上下吊椅, 容易造成安全事故; 摩擦式活动抱索 器可以脱离索道钢丝绳, 停在轨道上, 实现能够静态上下车, 但只能在较平缓 的索道上使用, 目前还没有一种抱索器能实现在大坡度矿用索道静态上下车。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在大坡度矿用索道上可静态上下的装置。
本发明的目的是通过如下方式实现的: 一种矿用索道大坡度静态上下车装 置, 包括轨道滑行器和轨道, 所述的轨道滑行器包括轨道滑行器支架, 在轨道 滑行器支架上装有滑轮, 在轨道滑行器支架上有连接轴, 在连接轴的一端装有 卡钳式抱索器, 所述的卡钳式抱索器包括连杆, 在连杆的一端有上卡钳和下卡 钳, 在连杆的另一端反面有抱索器轴套, 抱索器轴套装在连接轴上; 在连接轴 的另一端通过吊椅轴套装有吊椅, 轨道装在索道上下车处。
在吊椅轴套有限位块, 在吊椅定位块两侧的连接轴上装有吊椅限位块。 在抱索器轴套有抱索器限位块, 在抱索器限位块两侧的连接轴装有抱索器 定位块。
本发明综合了卡钳式活动抱索器和摩擦式活动抱索器两种抱索器的优点, 可实现乘坐人员静态上下车, 解决了需要人工去挂上抱索器和对准钢丝绳的诸 多不便, 特别适用于大坡度巷道矿用索道乘坐人员静态上下吊椅使用, 避免了 乘坐人员因在索道运行中上下吊椅所造成安全事故的发生; 在抱索器上的定位 限位装置, 可以避免吊椅在运行过程中大幅度摇摆, 可以保证卡钳式抱索器准 确进入和脱离索道钢丝绳。

如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 一种矿用索道大坡度静态上下车装置, 包括轨道 滑行器和轨道 14, 所述的轨道滑行器包括轨道滑行器支架 2, 在轨道滑行器支 架 2上装有滑轮 3 , 在轨道滑行器支架 2上有连接轴 4 , 在连接轴 4的一端装有 卡钳式抱索器, 所述的卡钳式抱索器包括连杆 5 , 在连杆 5的一端有上卡钳 6和 下卡钳 7 , 在连杆 5的另一端反面有抱索器轴套 8 , 抱索器轴套 8装在连接轴 4 上, 在连接轴 4的另一端通过吊椅轴套 9装有吊椅 1 ; 轨道 14装在索道上下车 处, 在吊椅轴套 9有限位块 1 0 , 在吊椅定位块 10两侧的连接轴 4上装有吊椅限 位块 11 ; 在抱索器轴套 8有抱索器限位块 1 3 , 在抱索器限位块 1 3两侧的连接 轴 4装有抱索器定位块 12。 在使用时, 轨道滑行器支架 2的两侧装有滑轮 3可 在轨道 14上滑行。
如图 4、 图 5所示, 乘坐人员上吊椅时, 本发明放在轨道 14的顶端, 人坐 上后, 轨道滑行器支架 2的两侧装有滑轮 3在轨道 14上滑行, 在滑行过程中, 卡钳式抱索器上的上卡钳 6和下卡钳 7逐渐靠近钢丝绳 15 , 当上卡钳 6和下卡 钳 7卡住钢丝绳 15后, 滑轮 3脱离轨道 14 , 进行索道运行。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种矿用索道大坡度静态上下车装置, 其特征在 于: 在吊椅轴套 [ 9 ]有限位块 [ 10 ], 在吊椅定位块 [ 10 ] 两侧的连接轴 [ 4 ] 上装有吊椅限位块 [ 11 ]。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种矿用索道大坡度静态上下车装置, 其特征在 于: 在抱索器轴套 [ 8 ] 有抱索器限位块 [ 13 ], 在抱索器限位块 [ 13 ] 两侧的 连接轴 [ 4 ]装有抱索器定位块 [ 12 ]。
