Abstract
본 발명은 집전판의 상, 하 양면의 중앙부에 다른 극성을 가질 수 있는 활물질을 함유하는 전극층을 형성한 바이폴라 전극쌍, 상기 바이폴라 전극쌍에서 전극층을 포함하지 않은 미 코팅부 집전판의 4측면 중 최소 2측면 이상에 대해 상, 하 양면 또는 그 일면에 접착필름을 포함하는 바이폴라 전극쌍-접착필름 어셈블리; 및 상기 바이폴라 전극쌍-접착필름 어셈블리의 일면 또는 상, 하 양면에 적층된 분리막을 포함하는 바이폴라 전극쌍/분리막 어셈블리로서, 상기 접착필름에 의해 상기 집전판과 상기 분리막이 직접 접착되어 상기 바이폴라 전극쌍이 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이폴라 전극쌍/분리막 어셈블리와 이러한 바이폴라 전극쌍/분리막 어셈블리를 포함하는 바이폴라 전지 및 이들의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 사용목적에 따라 바이폴라 전극쌍/분리막 어셈블리를 전기적으로 접속함으로써 바람직한 용량 및 전압을 달성할 수 있는 전지를 제공할 수 있다.
