Abstract

본 발명은 그 길이 방향에 직교하는 단면이 원형, 타원형 또는 다각형 형태의 집전체 표면에 전극 활물질이 도포된 가늘고 길게 각각 구성된 제1 극성 전극과 제2 극성 전극, 및 상기 제1 극성 전극과 상기 제2 극성 전극 사이에 개재된 분리막 또는 전해질층을 포함하는 전극 조립체; 및 상기 전극 조립체를 감쌀 수 있는 커버부재를 구비하는 케이블형 이차전지에 있어서, 상기 커버부재는, 상기 케이블형 이차전지의 길이 방향에 직교하는 단면의 중심을 기준으로 하는 상반부와 하반부를 구비하며, 상기 상반부는 열전도성 커버부재이고, 상기 하반부는 단열성 커버부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블형 이차전지에 관한 것이다.
