- replacement is often performed ahead of schedule.
- a contractor is forced to replace a gas meter in a month that exceeds his construction capacity (mainly the number of workers and financial capacity), (It may be the month before that)) Make a plan to do the replacement work ahead of schedule. In FIG. 8 (b), it is two months ahead.
- a contractor makes a gas meter replacement plan without considering the construction capacity. It is assumed that the results are distributed as shown in the bar graphs of FIGS. 9A and 9B.
- the construction contractor estimates his / her construction capacity.
- the replacement plan considering the construction capacity is as shown by a rectangle 191 in FIG. 9A (actual variations occur in each month).

- the number of advance months is “0.0 (month)” and takes the minimum value.
- the correspondence relationship between the advance coefficient described here and the number of advance months is an example and is not limited to this. If the advance coefficient is “1.0”, the number of months in advance is “0.0”, and any correspondence relationship in which the corresponding number of months in advance increases as the advance coefficient decreases is acceptable. .
- step S301 the data acquisition unit 21 of the inventory plan creation apparatus 1 acquires various data. Specifically, the data acquisition unit 21 accesses the general-purpose database 2 or the public statistical information 3 to acquire public information necessary for creating the construction trend matrix 31 and the deterioration factor matrix 32. Furthermore, the input device 15 accepts the input of the start record 33 and the stock forecast 34 for each construction company. The construction work start record 33 and the stock forecast 34 for each contractor are assumed to be already completed. After that, the acquired public information, the start record 33 for each construction company, and the stock forecast 34 are stored in the auxiliary storage device 13.
- step S302 the matrix creation unit 22 of the inventory plan creation device 1 creates a matrix.
- the matrix creation unit 22 first creates a construction trend matrix 31.
- the public information acquired in step S301 is unified into a predetermined file format and format, data indicating a region included in the public information is extracted, and a regional code is associated with the public information.
- public information having the same area code is grouped, and, from among them, for example, a character (number) string indicating “general housing”, “year”, and “number of starts” is obtained, and an expected value is calculated.
- a specific processing method is not described here, the construction trend matrix 31 may be completed as a result by a known method.
- the matrix creation unit 22 creates a deterioration factor matrix 32. Also for the deterioration factor matrix 32, the deterioration value is calculated by the method described in “First”. Although a specific processing method is not described here, the degradation factor matrix 32 may be completed as a result by a known method.
- the outdoor installation rate in the installation status column 113 is not publicly available information, it is assumed that manual input is accepted from the input device 15 based on data obtained by the user visiting the site. .
- the user sets “item”, “region code”, “number of construction materials installed outdoors in the region” and “installed in the region” on the mobile terminal (not shown) at the site. It is also possible to input “the number of all construction materials”.
- the mobile terminal calculates the “outdoor installation rate” based on the above-described calculation formula, and transmits the “outdoor installation rate” together with the “item” and the “region code” to the inventory planning device 1 via the network 4. .
- the auxiliary storage device 13 of the inventory plan creation device 1 stores this outdoor installation rate in association with “item” and “region code”, and the matrix creation unit 22 reads this in step S302.
- step S ⁇ b> 303 the inventory plan creation unit 23 of the inventory plan creation device 1 creates a replenishment plan 35.
- a replenishment plan 35 (FIG. 6) is created.
- step S ⁇ b> 304 the inventory plan creation unit 23 of the inventory plan creation device 1 accepts the approval of the replenishment plan 35. Specifically, the inventory plan creation unit 23 displays the created replenishment plan 35 on the output device 16 and accepts the user's approval. Thereafter, the entire processing procedure is terminated.
- step S401 the inventory plan creation unit 23 of the inventory plan creation apparatus 1 acquires a certain construction contractor code as an entry.
- step S ⁇ b> 402 the inventory plan creation unit 23 creates a work format 37. Specifically, first, the inventory plan creation unit 23 searches the auxiliary storage device 13 using the construction company code as a search key, and obtains the construction work start record 33 (FIG. 4) of the construction company. Secondly, only the actual value from the January column 126 to the December column of the acquired start record 33 by construction contractor is left, and the scheduled value is deleted. Then, “1” is added to the target year and overwritten. At this stage, the start record 33 for each construction company is in the state shown in FIG. The start record 33 by construction contractor in this state is particularly referred to as “work format” 37. The heading “forecast” is stored in the January column 128 of the work format 37 or the like.
- step S ⁇ b> 403 the inventory plan creation unit 23 performs correction using the construction trend matrix 31. Specifically, the inventory plan creation unit 23 first searches the construction trend matrix 31 (FIG. 2) using the region code on the work format 37 as a search key, and searches for the general housing market level value and the apartment of the corresponding record. Acquire the market level value and the commercial facility market level value. Here, the description will be continued assuming that “98.3”, “132.5”, and “101.4” of the record in the first line in FIG. 2 have been acquired. Second, the average value of the three acquired market level values is calculated. This average value is called “representative market level value”. Incidentally, the calculated representative market level value is “110.73”.
- step S ⁇ b> 404 the inventory plan creation unit 23 performs correction using the deterioration factor matrix 32. Specifically, the inventory plan creation unit 23 first searches the deterioration factor matrix 32 (FIG. 3) using the area code on the work format 37 as a search key, and the seawater deterioration value and snow cover deterioration value of the corresponding record. Get typhoon deterioration value, fault deterioration value and outdoor installation rate. Here, the description is continued assuming that “0.0”, “0.2”, “0.0”, “0.5”, and “0.98” of the record in the first row in FIG. 3 have been acquired. . Secondly, an average value of the obtained four deterioration values is calculated.
- This average value is referred to as “representative deterioration value”.
- the calculated representative deterioration value is “0.175”.
- all predicted values on the work format 37 are multiplied by “1 + representative deterioration value ⁇ outdoor installation rate”, and the calculation result is overwritten.
- step S405 the inventory plan creation unit 23 performs correction using the advance coefficient. Specifically, first, the inventory plan creation unit 23 searches the forward coefficient-forward month conversion scale 36 (FIG. 7) using the forward coefficient on the work format 37 as a search key, and responds accordingly. Get the number of months ahead. Here, “1.0” is acquired for “item a”, “2.0” is acquired for “item b”, and “2.0” is acquired for “item c”. Secondly, the expected value on the work format 37 is moved over to the previous (left) column by the acquired number of previous months and overwritten. For example, it is assumed that the m month expected value is “X” and the acquired number of forward months is “s”. In this case, “X” is overwritten as the (ms) monthly expected value.
- step S405 is repeated for each advance coefficient of all records on the work format 37, that is, for each item.
- the work format is as shown in FIG.
- the predicted value for each month in FIG. 14 has shifted to the left in January by one month.
- the predicted value of each month in FIG. 14 has moved to the left in FIG. 15 by February.
- step S406 the inventory plan creation unit 23 determines whether there is an unprocessed entry. Specifically, the inventory plan creation unit 23 returns to step S401 when an unprocessed construction contractor code remains (step S406 “YES”). In other cases (step S406 “NO”), the process proceeds to step S407. At the point of exiting the loop repeatedly, the work format 37 (FIG. 15) has been completed for each contractor.
- the inventory plan creation unit 23 totals the predicted values of all the construction companies. Specifically, the inventory plan creation unit 23 first creates a “counting format” 38 in which the column is blank. The configuration of the tabulation format 38 is obtained by removing the advance coefficient column 132 from the result table 126 of the work format 37. Second, in each work format 37, an expected value of a certain month of a record of an item is acquired, and the total value thereof is stored in the column of the month of the record of the item on the aggregation format 38. This process is repeated for all items and months. At this stage, the aggregation format 38 is in the state shown in FIG. The “appropriate inventory level” corresponds to the aggregation format 38 at this stage.
- step S ⁇ b> 408 the inventory plan creation unit 23 creates a replenishment plan 35. Specifically, the inventory plan creation unit 23 first reads the inventory forecast 34 (FIG. 5) from the auxiliary storage device 13. Second, an expected value for a certain month of a record of an item in the aggregation format 38 is acquired, and an expected value of the month of the record for the item in the inventory forecast 34 is subtracted from the acquired predicted value. Then, the value after deduction is stored in the month column of the record of the item in the aggregation format 38. This process is repeated for all items and months. When the value after deduction is a negative value, “0” is stored. Third, the totaling format 38 is stored in the auxiliary storage device 13 as the replenishment plan 35. Thereafter, the process returns to step S304.
- the inventory forecast 34 FIG. 5
- step S408 when the value after deduction of a certain month becomes a negative value (stock is surplus), it may be carried over to the next month.
- the “second” in step S408 is read as follows. “Second, the January predicted value of the record of a certain item on the aggregation format 38 is acquired, and the predicted value of January of the record of that item in the inventory forecast 34 is subtracted from the acquired predicted value. Then, the value after the deduction is stored in the January column of the record of the item in the aggregation format 38.
- the “representative market level value” is an average value of each market level value
- the “representative deterioration value” is an average value of each deterioration value.
- the weight of the general housing market level is W1
- the weight of the condominium market level is W2
- the weight of the sea breeze deterioration value is w1
- the weight of the typhoon deterioration value is w3
- each value is multiplied by the weight to add up the “representative market level value” and “representative deterioration value”. It may be calculated. In this case, a combination of W1, W2, and W3 and a combination of w1,
- the work format 37 for each construction contractor at the completed stage may be stored in the auxiliary storage device 13. By doing so, it is possible to display the work format 37 for each region and each construction contractor on the output device 16 using the region code and the construction contractor code as a search key.
- the inventory plan creation unit 23 may receive an input of a region code and then acquire a certain construction contractor code having the region code as an entry.
- a table storing the contractor code in association with the area code is stored in the auxiliary storage device 13, and the inventory plan creation unit 23 acquires the contractor code using the received area code as a search key. To do. Further, it is assumed that the inventory forecast 34 is created for each region. In this way, the replenishment plan 35 can be created for each region and / or for each construction contractor.
- the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be modified without departing from the gist of the present invention.

n=1,2,・・・,12
