Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Nockenwelle zur Betätigung der Gaswechselventile eines Verbrennungsmotors, mit einem Nockenwellenrohr (1), einem hydraulischen Nockenwellenversteller (2), einem Ventil (3) zur Steuerung der dem Nockenwellenversteller (2) zugeführten Hydraulikflüssigkeit und einer in dem Innenraum (4) des Nockenwellenrohrs (1) angeordneten Betätigungseinrichtung (5) zum Betätigen des Ventils (3), die in axialer Richtung gegen Verschieben gesichert ist. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, eine derartige Nockenwelle anzugeben, die ein geringes Gewicht aufweist und bei der neben der Betätigungseinrichtung und ggf. dem Ventil auch noch weitere Funktionselemente in den Innenraum der Nockenwelle integriert werden können. Auch soll es möglich sein, an dem dem Nockenwellenversteller gegenüber liegenden Ende der Nockenwelle eine Öl- oder Vakuumpumpe anzuordnen, die von der Nockenwelle antreibbar ist. Die Erfindung schlägt vor, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (5) als elektromagnetischer, piezoelektrischer oder elektrischer Aktuator ausgebildet und drehfest mit dem Nockenwellenrohr (1) verbunden ist.
