Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine regelbare Kühlmittelpumpe (1) eines Kühlkreislaufs einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Pumpengehäuse (2), in dem eine Pumpenwelle (3) mit zugehörigem Flügelrad (8) drehbar gelagert ist. Das Flügelrad (8) fördert ein Kühlmittel als Volumenstrom über einen Sauganschluss (9) in einen Druck- oder Spiralkanal der Kühlmittelpumpe (1). Der Volumenstrom kann über ein das Flügelrad (8) außenseitig umschließendes Leitblech (11) beeinflusst werden, dessen zugehörige Schubstange (12) in der Pumpenwelle (3) geführt ist. Das Leitblech (11) ist in Verbindung mit einem Aktor (17) gegen ein Federmittel (30) stufenlos zwischen zwei Endlagen einstellbar. Als Aktor (17) dient ein elektro-hydraulisch wirkendes, in der Pumpenwelle (3) integriertes Stellorgan, wobei als Hydraulikfluid das druckbeaufschlagte Kühlmittel der Kühlmittelpumpe (1) vorgesehen ist.
