Abstract

Раскрыт дроссельный вентиль (1) с корпусом (2), имеющим впускное отверстие (3) для текучей среды под давлением впуска с дросселем (4), посредством которого можно регулировать текучую среду на давление выпуска, и с выпускным отверстием (5) для текучей среды, а также с регулировочным элементом (11) снаружи на корпусе (2), с валом (13), установленным с возможностью вращения, и поршнем (16), установленным с возможностью осевого перемещения в кожухе (15) дросселя в форме трубы, причем посредством регулировочного элемента (11) можно вызывать вращение вала (13), а через вращение вала (13) - осевое перемещение поршня (16), а посредством осевого перемещения поршня (16) можно регулировать пропускное поперечное сечение дросселя (4). Для подводного использования, в частности, при добыче нефти и газа с использованием труб больших поперечных сечений дроссельный вентиль (1) усовершенствован согласно изобретению установленными на регулировочном элементе (11) первичными магнитами, установленными на валу (13) вторичными магнитами, а также установленной на валу (13) винтовой передачей (20) с телами качения, причем вращение регулировочного элемента (11) передается на вал (13) посредством электромагнитной связи первичных магнитов с вторичными магнитами, а посредством винтовой передачи (20) с телами качения преобразуется в осевое перемещение поршня (16).
