[1] 本发明涉及光纤物理连接器件, 更具体地说, 涉及一种 FC型光纤适配器。
背景技术
[2] FC型光纤适配器是一种用于光纤配线中使 FC型光纤活接头可以对接的连接器
, 从而使光从一根光纤全部耦合到另一根光纤。 现有的 FC光纤适配器大概可以 分为两种: 一种所有零件都釆用五金件, 釆用过盈配合, 用冲压机压接而成, 这种结构的 FC型适配器无论是从材料或冲压工艺来讲, 成本都比较高; 另一种 釆用塑料件, 外壳分为两部分, 装配吋需要超声波焊接成一个整体, 这种结构 的 FC型适配器同样存在工序复杂、 成本高等缺点。
发明内容
[3] 本发明要解决的技术问题在于, 针对现有技术的 FC型光纤适配器上述装配工序 复杂、 成本高等缺陷, 提供一种结构简单、 组装方便、 成本低廉的 FC型光纤适 配器。
[4] 本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是: 构造一种 FC型光纤适配器, 包括 带有第一螺纹连接部的法兰, 以及带有衬管的第二螺纹连接部, 还包括一准直 件, 所述第二螺纹连接部与所述法兰具有相互配合的卡扣连接结构, 所述准直 件一端位于所述衬管内, 另一端位于所述法兰内。
[5] 在本发明所述的 FC型光纤适配器中, 所述卡扣连接结构包括设置在所述衬管上 的扣位, 以及设置在所述法兰上的与所述扣位适配的倒扣。
[6] 在本发明所述的 FC型光纤适配器中, 所述扣位为两个, 对称分布在所述衬管上
[7] 在本发明所述的 FC型光纤适配器中, 所述卡扣连接结构包括设置在所述衬管上 的倒扣, 以及设置在所述法兰上的与所述倒扣适配的扣位。
[8] 在本发明所述的 FC型光纤适配器中, 所述倒扣为两个, 对称分布在所述衬管上
在本发明所述的 FC型光纤适配器中, 所述衬管上具有定位导向柱, 所述法兰上 具有与所述定位柱适配的定位导向槽。
在本发明所述的 FC型光纤适配器中, 所述衬管上具有定位导向槽, 所述法兰上 具有与所述定位槽适配的定位导向柱。
在本发明所述的 FC型光纤适配器中, 所述衬管上开设有一沿轴向延伸缺口。 实施本发明的 FC型光纤适配器, 具有以下有益效果: 在本发明的 FC型光纤适 配器中, 带有第一螺纹连接部的法兰和带有衬管的第二螺纹连接部釆用卡扣式 连接结构, 具有结构简单、 组装方便等优点, 能够显著的降低 FC型光纤适配器 的成本, 有利于 FC型光纤适配器的推广应用。

具体实施方式
如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 在本发明的 FC型光纤适配器的一个实施例中, 带有第 一螺纹连接部 11的法兰 10与带有衬管 21的第二螺纹连接部 20卡扣式连接, 准直 件 30被固定在衬管 21和法兰 10内, 准直件 30—端位于衬管 21内。 另一端位于法 兰 10内。 如图所示, 衬管 21上设置有两个扣位 211, 212, 扣位 211和 212对称分 布在衬管 21上, 法兰 10上具有与扣位 211、 212适配的倒扣 101、 102, 第二螺纹 连接部 20上的扣位 211、 212正对倒扣 101、 102卡入法兰, 使倒扣 101、 102分别 卡入扣位 211、 212即可实现第二螺纹连接部 20与法兰 10的连接, 这种连接结构 具有结构简单、 便于组装的优点, 可以降低 FC型光纤适配器的成本。 为了使组 装更为方便, 进一步, 在衬管 21上设置有定位导向柱 (未示出) , 在法兰 10上 设置有与定位导向柱适配的定位导向槽 103, 在组装的吋候, 定位导向柱正对定 位导向槽 103插入该定位导向槽, 一方面定位导向柱与定位导向槽 103配合起到 横向和周向限位的作用, 另一方面, 在衬管 21插入到法兰 10中吋也可以起到导 向的作用。 为了方便衬管 21的插入, 在衬管 21上开设有沿轴向延伸的缺口 213,
缺口 213的存在, 使得衬管 21插入到法兰 10中吋, 衬管 21在受到法兰 10的挤压吋 有一定的变形空间, 便于衬管 21的插入。
[18] 在本实施例中, 扣位设置在衬管上, 倒扣设置在法兰上, 实际应用中, 可以在 衬管上设置倒扣, 在法兰上设置与该倒扣适配的扣位, 同样, 定位导向槽可以 设置在衬管上, 而将定位导向柱设置在法兰上。
[19] 在本发明的 FC型光纤适配的法兰以及第二螺纹连接部, 都为塑料件, 可以进一 步降低 FC型光纤适配器的成本。
[20] 上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述, 但是本发明并不局限于上述的具 体实施方式, 上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的, 而不是限制性的, 本领域 的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下, 在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的 范围情况下, 还可做出很多形式, 这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims
[Claim 1] 一种 FC型光纤适配器, 其特征在于, 包括带有第一螺纹连接部的 法兰, 以及带有衬管的第二螺纹连接部, 还包括一准直件, 所述 第二螺纹连接部与所述法兰具有相互配合的卡扣连接结构, 所述 准直件一端位于所述衬管内, 另一端位于所述法兰内。
[Claim 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的 FC型光纤适配器, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣连 接结构包括设置在所述衬管上的扣位, 以及设置在所述法兰上的 与所述扣位适配的倒扣。
[Claim 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的 FC型光纤适配器, 其特征在于, 所述扣位为 两个, 对称分布在所述衬管上。
[Claim 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的 FC型光纤适配器, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣连 接结构包括设置在所述衬管上的倒扣, 以及设置在所述法兰上的 与所述倒扣适配的扣位。
[Claim 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的 FC型光纤适配器, 其特征在于, 所述倒扣为 两个, 对称分布在所述衬管上。
[Claim 6] 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的 FC型光纤适配器, 其特征在于, 所述衬管上具有定位导向柱, 所述法兰上具有与所述定位柱适配 的定位导向槽。
[Claim 7] 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的 FC型光纤适配器, 其特征在于, 所述衬管上具有定位导向槽, 所述法兰上具有与所述定位槽适配 的定位导向柱。
