Abstract
Description
一方、イベント等で、内部まで利用することができる装飾装置を使用すると、イベントの雰囲気が盛り上がるので、当該装飾装置を使用したいとする装置設置者も多いと考えられる。本発明は、内部まで利用可能な装飾装置の提供を目的とする。
複数の床部材は、支柱に多段に配置され、全体としての外形が略錐体形に配置される。更に、各床部材には、当該床部材への入口を備える。ツリー型装飾装置の外面の少なくとも一部が透光性を有する部材で形成されることを特徴とする。
上記の構成において、基体が、上記支柱を立設する回転板と、駆動モータと、トルクリミッタと、スリップリングとを備える構成を採用することができる。駆動モータは、上記回転板を回転駆動し、トルクリミッタは、駆動モータの回転軸に装着されて、回転軸の駆動トルクが所定値以上になると駆動モータからの回転動力が回転板に伝達されないようになっている。更に、スリップリングが、ツリー型装飾装置の電飾部材に電力を供給する。
上記の構成において、床部材が、支柱に支持される複数のビームと、当該各ビーム先端に支持される円環とを備え、円環が、支柱上端付近から支持される構成を採用することが
できる。この場合、複数の床部材は、全体としての外形が略円錐体形に配置されることになる。
本発明のツリー型装飾装置100は、装飾的効果とともに、ツリー内部に登ることが可能である。すなわち、図1に示すように、本発明のツリー型装飾装置100は、基体110に配置される支柱120と、当該支柱120周りに設けられる床部材130とを備える。
上記支柱の所定の個所に、床に水平にビーム131の一方端を取り付ける。その際、支柱120を上面視したとき、対称となる位置に、上記ビーム131を取り付ける。本実施例では、図2(B)に示すように、支柱120に取り付けた隣り合うビーム131間の角度が、90度になるように、4本のビーム131を支柱131に取り付ける。そして、上記支柱120に取り付けたビーム131の他端を円環135で連結することで、床部材130の枠体を形成する。
上記床部材の枠体に、図3に示すように、床板137を嵌める。図3(A)は最上部の床部材130であり、図3(B)は中間部分の床部材120、そして、図3(C)が最下部の床部材130である。
床部材130に嵌めこまれる床板137は、どのようなものでも構わないが、本実施例では、ベニア板を複数枚重ねた部材(コンクリートパネル)の最上段にウレタンを積層した部材を使用する。上記ウレタン部分がツリー型装飾装置100内に入ったユーザを保護するようになっている。
上記のように構成されたツリー型装飾装置100の外面は、透光性を有する外装部材で覆われる。外装部材の所定箇所には、所定の大きさの孔を形成する。例えば、縦横10センチメートル程度の矩形状の孔を形成する。当該孔から、中に入ったユーザ(子供を想定している)が、顔を出すことが可能である。孔の形状は星型等任意の形状でよい。
ツリー型装飾装置100の内部も同じように、装飾することができる。本発明のツリー型装飾装置100は、ユーザが内部の床部材130に登ることを想定しているので、内部も外側と同じように、上記装飾具を取り付けることになる。
上記基体110の回転機構としては、支持体111上に駆動モータ112を支持させるような構成を採用することができる。上記駆動モータ112は、後述のトルクリミッタ113及び、スリップリング116を介して、回転板117を回転する構成となっている。
上記駆動モータ112は図示しない制御部によって回転数が制御されるように構成されてもよい。制御部には、予め最適な回転数を記憶しており、当該回転数に基いて駆動モータ112を介して回転板117が回転駆動される。
(その他)
図5,6は、本発明のツリー型装飾装置100の使用状態を示す図である。図5は内部に子供等のユーザが入っている様子を示している。このように、本発明のツリー型装飾装置100を使用することで、イベント等の雰囲気を盛り上げることが可能となる。

Claims (5)
- 視覚的に演出されるツリー型装飾装置において、
基体上に立設された支柱と、
前記支柱に多段に配置され、全体としての外形が略錐体形に配置される複数の床部材と、
前記各床部材に、当該床部材への入口を備え、
少なくとも一部が透光性を有する部材で装置の外面が形成されることを特徴とするツリー型装飾装置。 - 前記基体が、
支柱を立設する回転板と、当該回転板を回転駆動する駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータの回転軸に装着されて、回転軸の駆動トルクが所定値以上になると駆動モータからの回転動力が前記回転板に伝達されないようにするトルクリミッタと、
前記ツリー型装飾装置の電飾部材に電力を供給するスリップリングを備える、請求項1に記載のツリー型装飾装置。 - 前記床部材が、前記支柱に支持される複数のビームと、当該各ビーム先端に支持される円環とを備え、
前記円環が、前記支柱上端付近から支持される請求項1に記載のツリー型装飾装置。 - 前記ツリー型装飾装置の一部に衝撃吸収材を被覆し、当該衝撃吸収材表面にゴム樹脂を塗布した請求項1に記載のツリー型装飾装置。
- 前記衝撃吸収材がウレタンであり、当該衝撃吸収材に電飾部材を備えた請求項4に記載のツリー型装飾装置。
