- Patent Document 1: Japanese Unexamined Pat. App. Pub. No. H11-299635
- The conventional tree-shaped decoration apparatus was decorated in an object to see from the outside, however it was not considered about the inside of the decoration apparatus.
- This is because installing decoration apparatus is necessary while considering the whole load including an internal person to use the inner spatial area (for example the space where a person enters inside) of the Christmas tree. On the other hand, because if the decoration apparatus which can use the inside is used in events, the mood of the event enhances, it is thought that there are many installation personnel who want to use the decoration apparatus. An object of the present invention, brought about in view of the circumstance described above, is to make available the decoration apparatus which can use the inside.
- This Invention to achieve the object is predicated on a tree-shaped decoration apparatus for rendering visually, and the tree-shaped decoration apparatus of this Invention is provided with a strut vertically arranged on base substrate; a plurality of floor member; and a translucent member. A plurality of floor member is placed in a multistage along the strut , in such a manner that the entire outline is nearly cone-shaped. Furthermore, an inlet part to the floor member is provided to each floor member. And at least a part of the exterior surface of the tree-shaped decoration apparatus is formed of a translucent member.
- Because the floor member comprising the inlet is placed to the multistage in tree-shaped decoration apparatus for rendering visually, user can move to floor member placed above via an above inlet part. Therefore, a user becomes able to enter the decoration apparatus inside, and the mood of the event enhances. As for the top view configuration of the floor member, any shape is preferably used, such as a circle, a rectangle. In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, a base substrate is provided with a rotating plate for standing the strut, a drive motor, a torque limiter, and collector ring standing. The drive motor rotationally drives the rotating plate, a torque limiter is mounted in a rotating shaft of the drive motor, the torque limiter prevent rotary power of the drive motor from being transmitted to the rotating plate, when a driving torque of the rotating shaft becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined value. A collector ring supplies electricity to an illuminations member of the tree-shaped decoration apparatus
