本发明涉及一种拉杆,尤其是涉及一种主要用于拉动箱包的旋转式拉杆。
背景技术
用于拉动箱包的普通拉杆一般是只能长度伸缩而不能垂直面转动,因此被拉箱包只能倾斜状态移动,不能保持水平状态移动,当箱包内的放置物(如小狗、小猫等宠物)需要保持水平状态时,就无法实现。目前,有的产品也可以作旋转,但其拉杆只能有一节伸缩杆,长度伸缩受到限制;而且拉杆的旋转结构较复杂、成本较高,工作可靠性不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不仅结构简单、工作可靠、所占空间小、可任意增减伸缩杆节数,而且可以旋转的旋转式拉杆。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种旋转式拉杆,其中设有固定杆、固定座、旋转轴和伸缩杆;固定杆一端与固定座连接,旋转轴设于固定座内腔且与固定座内腔转动配合,伸缩杆为中空杆,伸缩杆前端与旋转轴联动连接,伸缩杆前端的中心孔内设有跳珠装置,跳珠装置设有支座、推杆、弹簧和跳珠,支座设于伸缩杆前端的中心孔内,推杆设于支座上且与支座滑动配合,弹簧设于支座内,跳珠一端与弹簧连接,跳珠另一端露出伸缩杆,固定座上设有供跳珠滑触的斜面和供跳珠嵌入的定位孔。
所述固定杆最好为中空杆。
所述中空杆最好为矩形横截面的中空杆。
所述伸缩杆前端与旋转轴联动连接最好是伸缩杆前端与旋转轴嵌接,在旋转轴设有径向嵌槽,径向嵌槽设有供跳珠露出的轴向开口,伸缩杆前端设有堵头,伸缩杆前端嵌于径向嵌槽中,轴向开口面对固定座上的斜面和定位孔。
所述伸缩杆最好由至少二节中空杆套接构成,每节中空杆的前端均设有跳珠装置。所述伸缩杆的各节中空杆最好均为矩形横截面的中空杆。
所述固定座最好由左中板与右中板对合连接构成,在右中板上设斜面和定位孔。
本发明应用时,固定杆和固定座是固定在箱包底部。当使用时,伸缩杆需要伸长,则将第二节中空杆往后拉出,这时跳珠装置的推杆在弹簧作用下向后退出,同时弹簧将跳珠弹出,露出的跳珠与固定座上的斜面接触,将伸缩杆向上转动,伸缩杆会与旋转轴一起转动,转动过程中,跳珠在固定座上的斜面滑动,当伸缩杆转至一定角度后,跳珠就会嵌入定位孔中,使伸缩杆定位。只需根据需要设定定位孔的位置,就可以控制伸缩杆转动的角度,也就可以实现调整箱包所处的平面位置(如使箱包处于水平位置)。当不工作时,伸缩杆需要收缩,则将第二节中空杆向前推动,第二节中空杆前端的跳珠装置的支座底面会压迫第一节中空杆前端的跳珠装置的推杆,使第一节中空杆前端的跳珠装置的推杆前移,迫使第一节中空杆前端的跳珠装置的弹簧收紧,从而使第一节中空杆前端的跳珠装置的跳珠回收而不露出,这样跳珠离开定位孔,伸缩杆就可以向下回转。当伸缩杆转至初始状态时(伸缩杆与固定杆同轴心线时),伸缩杆可收入固定杆中,这样可显著减少本发明所占空间。
由此可见,本发明不仅具有结构简单、工作可靠、所占空间小和可任意增减伸缩杆节数等突出优点,而且可以旋转,使用十分方便。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图5,本发明设有固定杆1(中空杆)、固定座(由左中板21与右中板22对合连接构成)、旋转轴3和伸缩杆(由第一节中空杆41与第二节中空杆42套接构成)。
固定杆1一端与固定座连接,旋转轴3设于固定座内腔且与固定座内腔转动配合。伸缩杆的第一节中空杆41前端与旋转轴3嵌接(联动连接)。旋转轴3设有径向嵌槽31,径向嵌槽31设有供跳珠装置的跳珠414露出的轴向开口32,第一节中空杆41前端设有堵头43,第一节中空杆41前端嵌于径向嵌槽31中,轴向开口32面对固定座上的斜面23和定位孔24。
第一节中空杆41前端的中心孔内设有跳珠装置,第一节中空杆41内的跳珠装置设有支座411、推杆412、弹簧413和跳珠414,支座411固于第一节中空杆41前端的中心孔内,推杆412设于支座411上且与支座411滑动配合,弹簧413设于支座411的弹簧孔内,跳珠414一端与弹簧413连接,跳珠414另一端径向露出中空杆41,露出的跳珠414与右中板22上设有供跳珠414滑触的斜面23和供跳珠414嵌入的定位孔24。第二节中空杆42前端中心孔内也设有相同的跳珠装置,即支座421、推杆422、弹簧423和跳珠424,跳珠424是定位在设于第一节中空杆41前端的中心孔内壁的定位孔(图1~5中未画出)中。第二节中空杆42后端设有手柄44。
本发明应用时,固定杆1和固定座是固定在箱包底部。
当使用时,伸缩杆需要伸长,则将第二节中空杆42往后拉出,这时跳珠装置的推杆422在弹簧423作用下向后退出,同时弹簧423将跳珠424弹出,露出的跳珠424与固定座上的斜面23接触,将伸缩杆向上转动,伸缩杆会与旋转轴3一起转动,转动过程中,跳珠424在固定座上的斜面23滑动,当伸缩杆转至一定角度后,跳珠424就会嵌入定位孔中,使伸缩杆定位。只需根据需要设定定位孔的位置,就可以控制伸缩杆转动的角度,也就可以实现调整箱包所处的平面位置(如使箱包处于水平位置)。
当不工作时,伸缩杆需要收缩,则将第二节中空杆42向前推动,第二节中空杆42前端的跳珠424装置的支座底面会压迫第一节中空杆41前端的跳珠装置的推杆412,使第一节中空杆41前端的跳珠装置的推杆412前移,迫使第一节中空杆41前端的跳珠装置的弹簧413收紧,从而使第一节中空杆41前端的跳珠装置的跳珠414回收而不露出,这样跳珠离开定位孔,伸缩杆就可以向下回转。当伸缩杆转至初始状态时(伸缩杆与固定杆1同轴心线时),伸缩杆可收入固定杆1中,这样可显著减少本发明所占空间。

Claims (7)

1 、一种旋转式拉杆,其特征在于:设有固定杆、固定座、旋转轴和伸缩杆;固定杆一端与固定座连接,旋转轴设于固定座内腔且与固定座内腔转动配合,伸缩杆为中空杆,伸缩杆前端与旋转轴联动连接,伸缩杆前端的中心孔内设有跳珠装置,跳珠装置设有支座、推杆、弹簧和跳珠,支座设于伸缩杆前端的中心孔内,推杆设于支座上且与支座滑动配合,弹簧设于支座内,跳珠一端与弹簧连接,跳珠另一端露出伸缩杆,固定座上设有供跳珠滑触的斜面和供跳珠嵌入的定位孔。
2 、如权利要求1所述的一种旋转式拉杆,其特征在于:所述固定杆为中空杆。
3 、如权利要求2所述的一种旋转式拉杆,其特征在于:所述中空杆为矩形横截面的中空杆。
4 、如权利要求1所述的一种旋转式拉杆,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆前端与旋转轴联动连接是伸缩杆前端与旋转轴嵌接,旋转轴设有径向嵌槽,径向嵌槽设有供跳珠露出的轴向开口,伸缩杆前端设有堵头,伸缩杆前端嵌于径向嵌槽中,轴向开口面对固定座上的斜面和定位孔。
5 、如权利要求1所述的一种旋转式拉杆,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆由至少二节中空杆套接构成,每节中空杆的前端均设有跳珠装置。
6 、如权利要求5所述的一种旋转式拉杆,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆的各节中空杆均为矩形横截面的中空杆。
7 、如权利要求1所述的一种旋转式拉杆,其特征在于:所述固定座由左中板与右中板对合连接构成,在右中板上设斜面和定位孔。
