Abstract

실시예에 따른 태양전지는 기판의 제1영역 상에 형성되고, 후면전극 패턴, 광 흡수층, 버퍼층 및 전면전극층을 포함하는 다수개의 태양전지 셀들; 및 상기 기판의 제2영역 상에 형성되고, 상기 태양전지 셀들 중 불량셀 영역의 후면전극 패턴을 전기적으로 연결하는 금속막 패턴을 포함하며, 각각의 상기 후면전극 패턴은 상기 금속막 패턴에 의해 선택적으로 연결된 것을 포함한다.
