如图 1所示,为本实用新型实施例中皮带称量输送装置结构示意 图, 包括: 皮带 110和挡料板 120, 挡料板 120位于皮带 110和皮带 110输送的物料之间, 通过改变挡料板 120与皮带 110之间的位置关 系和 /或角度关系, 可以调节皮带 110的实际负载。 皮带 110下方装 设有托滚 130, 该托滚 130支撑皮带 110及皮带 110承载的物料, 以 降低皮带 110所受的纵向张力。
具体地, 上述挡料板 120包括板体 121、 支撑杆 122、 铰链 124、 第一活动支点 125和第二活动支点 126, 支撑杆 122与皮带称量输送 装置的侧面连接, 用于支撑板体 121。

当皮带 110输送的物料重量变化较大时,通过移动第一活动支点 125和第二活动支点 126, 来调节挡料板 120的位置, 使得皮带 110 的实际载荷在电机额定驱动能力之内。 例如, 将挡料板 120调至位置 2, 则物料直接与皮带 110接触的面积和皮带 110的受力均减小, 虽 然降低了输送速度, 但能够确保电机的正常驱动。
需要说明的是, 改变挡料板 120的位置和角度的方法, 可以是手 动或自动, 可以靠人力、 气动或液压等方式。 本实用新型实施例所描 述的是实现挡料板 120位置和角度调节的一种筒单实用的结构和方 法,任何通过改变挡料板 120位置和角度调节皮带 110载荷的结构和 方法都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
此外, 为了减少挡料板 120与皮带 110之间的摩擦, 可以在板体 121的下边沿装设有耐磨板 123, 如图 2所示。 板体 121、 耐磨板 123 和支撑杆 122均成对出现, 以皮带 110中心线为中心对称分布, 共同 构成挡料板 120。 当调节板体 121、 耐磨板 123和支撑杆 122的位置 时, 也需要成对调节。
