Abstract

본 발명은 자동 분유혼합장치에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 젖병 내에 분유와 물을 투입하는 분유혼합장치에 있어서, 분유통 내에 일정량의 분유가 수용되는 이송팁과 이송팁을 분유통 내외로 왕복시키는 이송수단이 구비되어, 분유통 외부로 이송팁이 돌출될 때 수용된 분유가 낙하하여 젖병에 투입되게 하는 분유토출부; 물을 저장하는 물통과 물통에서 공급된 물을 가열수단에 의해 가열하는 온수탱크를 구비하여, 젖병 내로 설정된 양과 온도의 물을 공급하는 물공급부; 온수탱크에 저장된 물의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서와 상기 온수탱크에서 배출되는 물의 양을 측정하는 유량센서로 이루어지는 센서부; 상기 물통과 온수탱크 상호간에 물을 펌핑하는 펌프부; 설정된 분유량, 물온도, 물양에 따라 상기 이송팁의 돌출횟수를 제어하고 상기 가열수단을 제어하며 설정된 양의 물이 상기 물통에서 온수탱크로 펌핑시켜 젖병에 공급되게 한 후 일정량의 물을 상기 온수탱크로부터 물통으로 역펌핑하는 제어부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하여, 별도의 온수탱크만을 가열수단으로 가열하기 때문에 에너지를 절약할 수 있고 체류하는 물을 회수하여 잔여물의 낙하를 방지한다.
