本发明主要涉及到医药包装设备领域,特指一种大输液软袋生产线上用于传送软袋 接口和软袋的装置。 大输液软袋生产线在生产过程中需要将软袋接口及软袋进行传送,其传送按间隙步 进方式进行, 在传送动作处于静止状态时, 各工作站进行相关工序工作而完成整个软袋 生产。现有的传送装置如专利 200620050161.2软袋大输液生产线用的新型传送装置中所 描述的那样,第一种为软袋接口夹分组安装于输送带上,每组之间的距离长度是相同的, 每组内软袋接口夹之间的距离也是相同的,但相邻两组的两个传送夹的距离长度要远大 于每组内软袋接口夹之间的距离, 一般在 50mm毫米以上。第二种为软袋接口夹不分组 均匀等距安装于输送带上。 第一种方式有它的优点, 即每一个工作站之间有足够的安装 空间供各工作站用,也可以比较方便的变换袋宽,在袋宽变大时无需增加整个机器长度, 这样对机器的设计和规格变换有利, 同时拉膜时软袋膜由于拉应力所引起的膜长度变化 对制袋效果没有什么影响; 其缺点就是在同样袋宽与每次制袋数量相同的条件下, 使整 个机器的长度比较长, 机器占地面积大, 制造和使用成本高。 第二种方式的优点是在同 样袋宽与每次制袋数量相同的条件下, 整个机器的长度比较短, 机器占地面积少, 制造 和使用成本低, 能实现连续不间断拉膜。 但其同样存在缺点, 即拉膜时软袋膜由于拉应 力所引起的膜长度变化对制袋效果会产生影响, 第一个软袋有可能会被多切掉一些, 提 高了产品废品率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就在于: 针对现有技术存在的技术问题, 本发明提供一种 结构简单紧凑、 成本低廉、 在保证整机尺寸的同时提高产品质量的大输液软袋生产线用 传送装置。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种大输液软袋生产线用传送装置,包括传动机构以及安装于传动机构上的四个以 上软袋接口夹, 所述软袋接口夹按数量等分成两个以上依次排列的软袋接口夹组, 每个 软袋接口夹组中任意两个相邻软袋接口夹之间的距离均为软袋的宽度 b, 其特征在于: 所述相邻两个软袋接口夹组之间的距离为 L, 所述 L为 0.5〜5mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述传动机构包括动力部件、 主动传动轮、 从动传动轮以及传动链条, 所述主动传 动轮与动力部件的输出端相连, 所述传动链条绕设于主动传动轮、 从动传动轮上, 所述 软袋接口夹安装于传动链条上。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点就在于:
本发明的大输液软袋生产线用传送装置,在软袋接口夹组之间设置一个较小的距离 值, 既可以做到连续拉膜又可以做到补偿拉膜时软袋膜由于拉应力所引起的膜长度变 化, 从而达到在保证整机尺寸的同时提高产品质量的目的。

如图 1所示, 本发明的大输液软袋生产线用传送装置, 包括传动机构 11 以及安装 于传动机构 11上的四个以上软袋接口夹 6,软袋接口夹 6按数量等分成两个以上依次排 列的软袋接口夹组,每个软袋接口夹组中任意两个相邻软袋接口夹 6之间的距离均为软 袋的宽度13, 相邻两个软袋接口夹组之间的距离为!^, L为 0.5〜5mm。
本实施例中, 参见图 1, 每个软袋接口夹组内包含四个软袋接口夹 6, 每个软袋接 口夹组中相邻软袋接口夹 6的距离均等于软袋的宽度 b, 而相邻两个软袋接口夹组之间 的距离为 L, 即前一个软袋接口夹组中第四个软袋 4与下一个软袋接口夹组中第一个软 袋 2之间的距离为 L, L为 0.5〜5mm。 L为一个较小的量, 这在实践过程中, 对生产线 各种情况下软袋膜拉膜的分析,通过不断实验,总结并分析得到的值,正是通过 L的量, 就能够补偿拉膜时软袋膜由于拉应力所引起的膜长度变化, 在充分保证机器的长度、 机 器占地面积、 制造和使用成本高的前提下, 就能大大提高产品的质量, 降低产品的废品 传动机构 11包括动力部件 7、主动传动轮 8、从动传动轮 9以及传动链条 10, 主动 传动轮 8与动力部件 7的输出端相连, 传动链条 10绕设于主动传动轮 8、 从动传动轮 9 上, 软袋接口夹 6安装于传动链条 10上, 软袋接口 5则装设于软袋接口夹 6上。 在动 力部件 7的驱动下, 主动传动轮 8转动, 传动链条 10将带动软袋接口夹 6运动。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施 例, 凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。 应当指出, 对于本技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰, 例如软袋接 口夹 6为可翻转式软袋接口夹等等, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
