一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种能产出具有自粘性的单面粘或双面粘拉伸缠绕膜的单双层共挤缠绕膜机组，具体地说是涉及一种缠绕膜机组的过滤网调节器。
二、背景技术
目前，缠绕膜机组的过滤网调节器由模具连接弯头、过滤板、螺杆连接套等构成，过滤板上设有过滤网。在拉伸缠绕膜生产过程中，需要经常更换过滤板上的过滤网，一般先将模具连接弯头拆卸，再取下过滤板而更换过滤网。此过滤网更换方式麻烦、费力，工作效率低。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的不足，而提供一种更换过滤网方便、省力的缠绕膜机组的过滤网调节器。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术方案来实现：一种缠绕膜机组的过滤网调节器，包括模具连接弯头、过滤板、螺杆连接套，过滤板上设有过滤网，在所述的过滤板与螺杆连接套之间装有扇形齿轮，扇形齿轮上设有过滤板调节齿轮，过滤板调节齿轮通过调节齿轮轴与过滤板的外端部相联。
采用本实用新型结构后，通过过滤板调节齿轮在扇形齿轮上的轻松滚动，能方便、省力地将过滤板(装有过滤网的一端)从模具连接弯头与螺杆连接套之间拨出而再更换过滤网，明显提高了工作效率。

五、具体实施方式
参照图1可知，本实用新型缠绕膜机组的过滤网调节器，包括模具连接弯头1、过滤板5、螺杆连接套9，过滤板5(内端部)上设有过滤网6，在所述的过滤板5与螺杆连接套9之间装有扇形齿轮16，扇形齿轮16上(啮合)设有过滤板调节齿轮17，过滤板调节齿轮17通过调节齿轮轴14与过滤板5的外端部相联。
其中，螺杆连接套9与该缠绕膜机组的螺杆相联，螺杆连接套9内装有锥套8、流料锥套7；模具连接弯头1具有出料口3；过滤板5、扇形齿轮16、螺杆连接套9之间通过螺钉2而装在一起。如图2所示，为了更方便地更换过滤网，所述的过滤板5的内端部上设有对称的两过滤网。
本实用新型的工作原理为：当需要更换过滤网时，通过人工手动将过滤板调节齿轮在扇形齿轮上轻松滚动，从而能方便、省力地将过滤板(装有过滤网的一端)从模具连接弯头与螺杆连接套之间拨出而再更换过滤网。可参照图2所示。

1、一种缠绕膜机组的过滤网调节器，包括模具连接弯头(1)、过滤板(5)、螺杆连接套(9)，过滤板(5)上设有过滤网(6)，其特征在于：在所述的过滤板(5)与螺杆连接套(9)之间装有扇形齿轮(16)，扇形齿轮(16)上设有过滤板调节齿轮(17)，过滤板调节齿轮(17)通过调节齿轮轴(14)与过滤板(5)的外端部相联。
2、如权利要求1所述的缠绕膜机组的过滤网调节器，其特征在于：所述的过滤板(5)的内端部上设有对称的两过滤网。
