  • Tinea Versicolor is a fungal skin infection characterized by dry, flaky, itchy spots that are lighter/darker than the surrounding pigment. When the temperature and humidity are high the fungi grows rapidly and the normal pigment of your skin changes and spots appear. These spots form clusters of discolored pigments on the face, chest, upper body, back and upper legs.
  • Atopic Dermatitis also called eczema or atopic eczema is characterized by superficial skin inflammation and intense itching. This disorder is associated with dry skin. Heat and humidity as well as stress may trigger eczema. The exact cause of eczema is unknown.
  • Athlete's Foot is a skin infection of the foot caused by a fungus called Trichophyton. This fungus can thrive and infect the upper layer of skin. This infection can occur anywhere including the scalp, arms, legs, nails, groins and other areas of the body.
  • Mild Plaque Psoriasis is the most common type of psoriasis. The skin is red and covered with silvery scales and is inflamed, itch and burns. These plaque patches are usually found on the arms, legs, scalp or any part of the body. Psoriasis is not contagious and can be inherited.
  • Rash / Chemical Itch may be evidenced by a scaly patch of skin not caused by an infection but may be produced by fungal or bacterial infection as well as scabies. Intense itching that is aggravated by scratching develops from employment that handles any chemicals that is absorbed thru the skin. This itching can cause many sleepless nights.
  • Ichthyosis is a genetic skin disorder that has dry, thickened, scaly or flaky skin that resemble the scales of fish. The severity varies from the mildest type which may be mistaken for normal dry skin up to life threatening conditions such as harlequin type ichthyosis.
  • a further object or feature of the present invention is a new and improved skin cream that may be used to cleanse the skin.
  • An even further object of the present invention is to provide a novel skin cream that may be used as a pharmaceutical to treat and relieve the symptoms of a variety of skin conditions.
  • All containers and mixing utensils that come into contact with or are used for mixing the materials for the inventive composition including, but not limited to: Sublimed Sulfur Powder, Petrolatum (petroleum jelly), and Baby Oil (mineral oil), are preferably non-metallic and/or have entirely non-metallic contact surfaces.

  • Containers of other materials can be substituted for glass containers if similarly compatible.
  • Additional alternative mixing containers and utensils include ceramic, any type of natural stone including but not limited to granite, marble, quartz, and the like.
  • the inventive composition may also be able to be produced in any alternative container material with any alternative utensil material including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, or any other metal.
  • the composition ratio for the above-described composition intended for primary body application is 4 parts sublimed sulfur powder, 2 parts liquefied petroleum jelly, and 1 part baby oil (4:2: 1).
  • the composition ratio is preferably 8 parts sublimed sulfur powder, 4 parts liquefied petroleum jelly, and 1 part baby oil (8:4: 1).

  • the above embodiments of the inventive composition comprise approximately 53-62% sublimed sulfur powder, 29-33% petroleum jelly, and 8-16% baby oil. These ratios and percentages may be adjusted as appropriate for different applications, for example, from 25-90%) sublimed sulfur powder, 15-50%) petroleum jelly, and 4- 25% baby oil. In all cases, the production process is preferably the same.
