Abstract

본 발명은 중량%로, C: 0.7-1.5%, Si: 0.005-2.0%, Mn: 0.2-1.5%, Al: 0.03% 이하, P: 0.02% 이하, S: 0.02% 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함한 빌렛을 A3 이상의 온도에서 오스테나이트화하는 단계, A1~A1+80°C에서 마무리 압연하는 단계 및 상기 압연한 선재를 0.03°C/s 이하의 냉각속도로 A1-50°C ~ A1-100°C까지 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 연질화 처리 생략이 가능한 고탄소 연질 선재의 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 선재를 제공한다.
