Abstract

본 발명은 플랜트 및 건축물 설비들의 운영상태를 그에 대응하는 동심원상의 섹터에 반지름의 크기, 색상의 종류 및 농도를 사용하여 부채꼴 그래프로 표시하는 섹터 그래프 기반 설비 운영상태 감시 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장치는 복수 개의 설비의 운영상태를 감시하기 위해 필요한 정보와 데이터를 수집하는 데이터 수집부와, 상기 데이터 수집부로부터 전달받은 정보와 데이터를 이용하여 상기 설비의 운영상태를 판단하는 상태 판단부와, 동심원 차트를 감시대상 설비들의 각종 운영상태 대응하는 섹터들로 구분하고, 상기 설비들의 각 운영상태를 그에 대응하는 동심원 차트상의 섹터 내에 동심원의 중심을 원점으로 하여 부채꼴 형태의 섹터 그래프로 나타내되, 상기 섹터 그래프는 중심에서 멀어질수록 대응하는 설비의 운영상태가 정상상태에서 점차 벗어나는 상태로 표시하는 사용자 인터페이스부로 구성되어 감시대상 설비들의 운영 상태를 일목요연하게 즉시 파악하는 것이 가능하므로 설비의 운영상태 감시능력을 제고하면서도 인력을 절감하고 감시능률을 향상시킬 수 있다.
