Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmeübertrager (10) zur Erwärmung fließfähiger Medien, insbesondere hochviskoser Materialien, Beschichtungsmaterialien oder dergleichen, umfassend einen Profilkörper (11, 12) mit zumindest einem Durchflusskanalabschnitt ( 13, 14, 15, 16) eines Durchflusskanals des Wärmeübertragers und eine im Profilkörper angeordnete Heizeinrichtung, wobei die Heizeinrichtung zumindest zwei elektrische Heizelemente (22, 24) aufweist, wobei ein erstes Heizelement (22) in einer im Profilkörper ausgebildeten Heizelementaufnahme (23) angeordnet ist, und ein zweites Heizelement (24) in einem Hülsenelement ( 17) der Heizeinrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei das Hülsenelement in dem im Profilkörper ausgebildeten Durchflusskanalabschnitt angeordnet ist, derart, dass die Heizelemente gegenüber dem Durchflusskanal abgedichtet sind.
