Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Biologie und betrifft ein Chitingerüst von Hornschwämmen, das beispielsweise in der Wundheilung zum Einsatz kommen kann. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Lösung besteht in der Angabe eines zwei-oder dreidimensionalen gereinigten Chitingerüstes von Hornschwämmen, bei denen die Gerüststruktur der Hornschwämme erhalten ist und die eine hohe spezifische Oberfläche aufweisen. Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Chitingerüst von Hornschwämmen, welches direkt auf der Gerüstoberfläche mit menschlichen oder tierischen Zellen besiedelt ist. Die Aufgabe wird weiterhin gelöst durch ein Verfahren,bei dem von den Hornschwämmen mittels einer Base und/oder Base-Säure und/oder Base-Säure- Wasserstoffperoxid-Behandlung bei Temperaturen zwischen 20 und 50 °C alle anderen Bestandteile von Chitingerüst entfernt werden,und nachfolgend Zellkulturen auf die Chitingerüstoberfläche aufgebracht werden. Und die Aufgabe wird auch gelöst durch die Verwendung von Chitingerüstenvon Hornschwämmen in der Biologie, Medizin und Technik.
