本发明涉及汽车配件领域, 更具体地说是一种具有可控保护罩的后视镜结 构。
背景技术
后视镜作为机动车的一个必要部件, 在驾驶员行进过程中能够观察到车后 的情况, 以防意外事故的发生, 同时在需要进行倒车的情况下, 能帮助驾驶员 顺利完成倒车, 是汽车等机动车工作中不可或缺的一个部件。 由于汽车等机动 车都是在户外行驶, 风吹日晒并且工作环境比较复杂, 目前机动车后视镜底座 和镜面延伸部分较窄, 所以镜面一直暴露在外, 经常受雨水、 阳光、 灰尘等侵 袭, 久而久之造成镜面能见度下降, 给驾驶带来安全隐患。
中国发明专利 02279228. 7公开了一种带保护罩的后视镜,它包括后视镜底 座和后视镜镜面,在后视镜底座上部固定连接有一块罩板。罩板可通过强力胶粘 贴在后视镜底座壳体的上方或下方。 其不足之处在于: 罩板与底座固定, 只起 到了局部保护, 未能保护全局, 而且又不防尘, 此外强力胶时间长了会造成脱 胶, 脱胶之后壳体会损坏, 不美观。 发明的公开
本发明的目的在于弥补现有技术没有好的车用后视镜保护罩的不足, 提供 一种结构简单、 成本低、 操作方便, 防尘防雨效果理想的可控后视镜保护罩。 为了达到以上目的, 本发明是通过以下方案实现: 一种具有可控保护罩的后视 镜结构, 包括壳体, 在壳体内形成一凹陷的腔体, 在所述的腔体的开口处安装

反光镜和罩体安装在壳体内, 反光镜和罩体同轴设置, 罩体可以绕着转轴 旋转, 罩体的容积大于反光镜的体积, 从而可以将反光镜整个遮挡, 在不使用 时可以位于反光镜后, 不影响反光镜的使用。 而这是通过在壳体和反光镜之间 留有的间隙, 让罩体通过这个间隙方便的绕进绕出, 当罩体整个由间隙内旋转 出后, 罩体与壳体正好可以形成一个完整的密闭空间, 将反光镜包裹在其内, 从而保护反光镜不受外界环境的影响。
罩体在可控减速电机的带动下绕着转轴转动, 可以实现将反光镜正面从部 分遮挡到完全挡住的全过程操作, 方便用户调节罩体遮挡角度或覆盖面, 在雨 天行车当中加宽壳体和镜面的延伸部分, 使得雨水不直接打到镜面上影响驾驶 员视线。 在机动车不行驶时, 可以将罩体操作到完全覆盖镜面即罩体和壳体对 反光镜形成包夹之势, 可以防止尘埃对镜面的污染和侵蚀。 罩体和反光镜在壳 体内的固定分离开, 防止因罩体的转动带动反光镜转动而影响用户的后视观察 角度。
作为优选, 所述的罩体的形状与所述的壳体的形状相同, 所述罩体在上下 边缘向外延伸出外挡角和内挡角, 相应地在壳体的上边缘内侧凸起与内挡角相 配合的挡角。 所述外挡角的截面纵向长度大于罩体和壳体之间的空隙宽度, 内 挡角和挡角的截面纵向长度小于罩体和壳体之间的空隙宽度。
在罩体位于壳体的腔体底部与反光镜之间时, 外挡角与壳体上边缘的挡角 配合, 起到限位作用, 当罩体绕转轴旋转将反光镜完全遮挡住时, 外挡角与壳 体下边缘的挡角配合, 内挡角与壳体上边缘内壁的凸起配合,从而将壳体定位, 形成一个密闭的腔体。 为了方便罩体在反光镜与壳体之间形成的间隙内进出, 同时不至于因为没有限位而导致无法定位, 所以罩体的外挡角大于罩体和壳体 之间的空隙宽度, 从而在罩体旋转到一定角度后, 因为外挡角的缘故不会整个 由下方的空隙滑出,同时罩体的内挡角的宽度小于罩体和壳体之间的空隙宽度, 可以让罩体由上方的间隙滑出遮盖反光镜。 内、 外挡角还起到密封作用, 使得 灰尘不易进入, 所以罩体的内、 外挡角可以采用弹性材料, 如塑胶等来增加密 封性。
作为优选, 所述的反光镜安装在固定座上, 所述的固定座两侧一体成型有 两个固定轴, 所述的罩体两侧设有两个通孔, 所述的固定轴穿过所述的通 js 定在壳体上; 所述的罩体两侧的转轴与固定座的两个固定轴同心, 所述的罩体 的左侧的左转轴为与罩体一体成型的空心销轴, 所述的空心销轴位于罩体左侧 通孔的外侧, 所述的固定座的左固定轴穿接在空心销轴内, 所述的罩体的右侧 的转轴为与罩体一体成型的齿套管, 所述的齿套管位于所述的罩体右侧通孔的 外侧, 所述的齿套管与可控减速电机的驱动轴头部的齿轮啮合。
反光镜的固定座两侧的固定轴是与壳体固定不动 '的,为了让罩体绕转轴旋 转从而完成对反光镜的遮挡, 罩体的转轴需要保持与反光镜的固定座的固定轴 同心设置, 在罩体的两侧开设通孔, 以便固定座的固定轴固定在壳体上, 同时 以固定座的左固定轴做为罩体的左转轴, 因为左固定轴是穿过罩体的, 罩体只 要保证在其上旋转就可以了, 同时将罩体的右转轴头部设为内齿套管与驱动轴

作为优选, 所述的减速电机位于所述的壳体侧面的连接臂内。 可控减速电 机设于壳体右侧连接臂内, 合理利用原有空间, 不额外增加空间和成本, 而且 与车身近便于布导线与车内控制开关连接。
有益效果: (1 ) 本发明实现将反光镜正面从部分遮挡到完全挡住的全过程 操作, 方便用户调节罩体遮挡角度或覆盖面, 在雨天行车当中加宽壳体和镜面 的延伸部分,使得雨水不直接打到镜面上影响驾驶员视线。在机动车不行驶时, 可以将罩体操作到完全覆盖镜面即罩体和壳体对反光镜形成包夹之势, 可以防 止尘埃对镜面的污染和侵蚀。
(2 )本发明将罩体和反光镜在壳体内的固定分离开,防止因罩体的转动带 动反光镜转动而影响用户的后视观察角度。
(3 ) 结构简单、 成本低、 操作方便, 防尘防雨效果理想。 附图说明

如图 1所示, 一种可控后视镜保护罩, 包括后视镜壳体 1和置于壳体 1内 的反光镜 4, 反光镜安装在固定座 11上, 在固定座 11 的两侧一体成型有固定 轴 12, 固定座 11通过固定轴 12固定在壳体 1上。 壳体 1呈两端封闭的半圆筒 腔体, 外侧正面为框架结构, 反光镜置于外侧正面的框架处, 在反光镜边缘和 壳体内壁之间留有间隙 14,在壳体 1的腔体内设有与壳体 1内侧圆弧表面相适 应的罩体 2, 如图 5所示, 罩体 2同样呈半圆筒腔体, 在罩体 2的两侧开设有 两个通孔 13, 以供固定座的两侧的两个固定轴穿过固定在壳体上。 罩体 2通过 横向轴线方向两侧的转轴转动地固定在壳体 1 上, 转轴与固定座 11 的固定轴 12同心, 其中罩体的左侧的左转轴 10为与罩体一体成型的空心销轴, 所述的 空心销轴位于罩体 2左侧通孔的外侧,所述的固定座的左侧的固定轴 12穿接在 空心销轴内, 右转轴 9为在右侧通孔外与罩体一体成型的齿套管, 齿套管与可 控减速电机 3的驱动轴 8头部的齿轮啮合。 可控减速电机 3置于壳体 1右侧连 接臂内, 罩体 2内包覆有反光镜 4, 反光镜 4固定在壳体 1上, 反光镜 4通过 横向轴线方向的固定轴与壳体 1两侧连接固定, 固定轴穿过罩体 2两侧的通孔 不与罩体 2接触。
如图 2、 图 3和图 4所示, 罩体 2在上下边缘向外延伸出外挡角 7和内挡 角 6,相应地在壳体 1的上边缘内侧凸起与内挡角 6相配合的挡角 5,当罩体绕
