一种用于喷墨打印机的墨盒, 包括盒体和设在盒体内的储墨腔, 盒体底 部设有出墨口, 盒体顶部设有进气孔和注墨口, 所述出墨口、 进气孔和注墨 口分别与储墨腔连通, 所述储墨腔内设有滤芯腔, 滤芯腔通过滤芯孔与设在 储墨腔另一侧盒体上的引流槽连通, 引流槽的另一端连通出墨口。
作为本发明的优选技术方案, 所述引流槽横向设在盒体上, 引流槽与出 墨口连通的一端设有气泡腔, 所述气泡腔的宽度大于引流槽的宽度。

本发明的有益效果是: 相对于现有技术, 墨盒使用过程中形成的气泡可 以储存于盒体上的气泡腔内, 避免阻碍墨水从出墨口正常流出; 另一方面, 储墨腔注满墨水时, 纵向隔板、 横向隔板、 减压腔和滤芯孔可以有效降低液 压, 从而使出墨口的墨水压力基本保持一致, 使出墨更加均勾, 延长了墨盒 的使用寿命, 并且打印更均匀、 效果更好。

本实施例中, 引流槽横向设在盒体 1上, 引流槽与出墨口 3连通的一端 设有气泡腔, 并且气泡腔的宽度大于引流槽的宽度, 气泡腔用于容纳空气进 入后形成的气泡。 所述滤芯腔 8 内设有滤芯, 滤芯孔的直径大于引流槽的宽 度。
储墨腔 2内设有相互连接的纵向隔板 12和横向隔板 10 , 横向隔板 10设 有一折边 11 , 纵向隔板 12与横向隔板 1 0的连接处设有凹槽 15 ,横向隔板 10 及其折边 11与储墨腔 2的底边构成减压腔 9 , 减压腔 9与滤芯腔 8连通。 储 墨腔 2内设有相互交叉的纵向隔板 7和横向隔板 6 , 纵向隔板 7和横向隔板 6 上设有多个凹槽 14。 多个凹槽 14与凹槽 15、 减压腔 9、 滤芯腔 8以及滤芯孔 和引流槽构成墨水流通的路径, 并可以有效降低液压, 从而使出墨口的墨水 压力始终保持一致, 使出墨更加均勾, 延长了墨盒的使用寿命, 并且打印图 文更加均匀、 效果更好。
