Abstract
一种喷墨打印机墨盒,主要包括储墨腔以及供墨调节阀、进气调节阀、出墨口密封塞三个可独立装配的部件。供墨调节阀由阀体、前后薄膜片、过滤网组成,阀体内分隔成至少两个由小墨道相连通的小墨腔。进气调节阀为常闭式,由阀芯、阀座、阀盖组成,阀芯采用弹性材料制成带密封凸台的帽状。供墨调节阀与进气调节阀共同调控墨盒工作压力及墨流量。出墨口密封塞由内塞、弹性密封圈组成,被出墨口外端面处加工形成的孔口凸缘轴向固定。密封圈外圆柱表面带有密封环,两端面分别带有切缝、瓮腔。切缝可自行密封,瓮腔包容内塞,在相接触处形成可靠的密封。出墨口密封塞使墨盒出墨口在出墨针插装前后均保持气密性密封状态,而在拔出后保持防漏性密封状态。
Description
技术领域
一种喷墨打印机墨盒,涉及一种给打印机的打印头提供墨源的供墨装置。
背景技术
本申请人在先一份专利号为200620003627.3的喷墨打印机墨盒与其它类似的无吸附材料墨盒一样,解决了有吸附材料墨盒余墨量大、回收处理困难及成本较高、污染环境等问题。同时,由于该墨盒中特殊结构的供墨调节阀,更解决了同类型墨盒内的供墨压力调节机构结构复杂、难以保证产品质量且制造成本较高等难题,而且由于墨盒内的进气调节阀由阀芯、阀座、阀盖构成一个可独立装配的通用部件式,阀内封盖通气口的帽状阀芯位置固定、弹性一致而使常闭式阀门处于稳定可靠的工作压力状态,从结构上克服了以前的单一零件式气路单向阀因装配精度要求过高而可能产生的阀门静态闭合压力不稳定、储墨腔内动态负压波动幅度过大等现象。但是,墨盒出墨口内密封圈的轴向固定及墨盒出墨口入机安装前的密封均通过在出墨口外端面焊接塑料薄膜片实现,这种密封结构形式的墨盒出墨口,由于安装时打印头出墨针须首先刺穿薄膜片,导致安装阻力较大,以及安装后不规则的薄膜片孔口破裂边易被出墨针带进密封圈的密封孔内而使密封不可靠。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是改进墨盒出墨口的密封结构,确保装卸前后墨盒出墨口的密封可靠性,降低墨盒安装阻力。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在由储墨腔、供墨调节阀、进气调节阀、出墨口密封塞组成的墨盒中,储墨腔由盒体与盒盖等组成;供墨调节阀由薄膜封闭的阀体等构成一个可独立装配的部件,与储墨腔出墨口(即墨盒出墨口)相联接。阀体上有两个以上小墨腔,小墨腔之间由小墨道相连通,至少一个小墨腔里装有过滤网。供墨调节阀进墨口伸入储墨腔底面上最低的凹部;进气调节阀为常闭式,由帽状弹性阀芯、三通式阀座以及通孔式阀盖构成一个可独立装配的部件,与储墨腔进气口相联接;出墨口密封塞由密封圈、内塞组成一个可独立装配的部件,设置于墨盒出墨口内。密封圈采用弹性材料制造成圆盘状,外圆柱表面可带有一至数圈细小截面的密封环,两端面中央分别带有瓮腔、切缝,瓮腔呈肚大口小的圆形瓮状,瓮腔口内外侧表面均为锥角较大的圆锥孔面。切缝经薄刃切刀冲切加工而成,切缝为透缝,轴向贯穿端面,与瓮腔连通。内塞采用与盒体材料基本一致的塑料制造,形体最好取为无装配方向性要求的球形,当然也可设计为锥形等其它几何形体,当将内塞从密封圈瓮腔口挤压入瓮腔肚内后,即形成出墨口密封塞部件。当将该部件装入墨盒出墨口内后,通过利用塑料的热塑性热压焊出墨口端面使孔口形成凸缘来实现密封塞在出墨口内的轴向固定。
改进后的墨盒出墨口密封结构,为墨盒出墨口的正常装卸前后合理地提供了各种不同形式的密封。并且,由于取消了焊接在出墨口外端面的塑料薄膜片,故在降低墨盒出墨口安装阻力的同时,还提高了墨盒出墨口与打印头出墨针之间连接的密封可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图1~4所示,墨盒由盒体3、盒盖4、供墨调节阀2、进气调节阀1、出墨口密封塞25等零部件组成,供墨调节阀2由阀体11、过滤网7及前后面薄膜片12、13组成一个可独立装配的部件,以过盈配合的方式插装于盒体3的出墨口14的上端孔内。供墨调节阀前后面薄膜片12、13使阀体上的两个以上的通孔形成小墨腔5,使阀体隔壁上的凹槽形成细长孔结构的小墨道6,并成为阀内的阻尼孔,阀体11内各小墨腔5之间以双墨道6相串连,确保阀内墨水运动的流畅和连续性,至少一个小墨腔5里装有过滤网7。供墨调节阀2下方为细长孔结构的进墨口15与口径较大的出墨口16,进墨口15伸入盒体储墨腔底部的凹坑内,以便充分汲取储墨腔内的墨水22。出墨口16与墨盒出墨口14相通。以上结构适当且有效地控制了阀内墨水22的流量及压力。
进气调节阀1由阀芯8、阀座9、阀盖10组成一个可独立装配的部件,与盒盖4的进气口17相连通。圆柱状阀座9为三通式结构,阀芯8被通孔式阀盖10固定于阀座9下端大孔内,它采用具有弹性的硅胶材料制造成顶面有凸台的帽状,依靠顶面的弹性压封于阀座9下端大孔连通横向小孔的通气口端面,形成可灵活开闭的常闭式阀门。
出墨口密封塞25由密封圈21、内塞24组成一个可独立装配的部件,安装于墨盒出墨口14的下端孔内。密封圈21采用弹性硅胶材料制造成圆盘状,外圆柱面带有一圈细小半圆形截面的密封环,两端端面中央分别带有瓮腔、切缝,瓮腔呈肚大口小的圆形瓮状,瓮腔口内外侧表面均为锥角较大的圆锥孔面。切缝经薄刃切刀冲切加工而成,切缝深度为透缝,轴向贯穿端面,与瓮腔连通(如图4所示)。切缝在端面上呈“一”字形(如图3所示),间隙值非常小,几乎接近零,未被外力撑开时处于自相弥合形式的“自封”状态;内塞24采用与盒体材料一致的塑料制造成简单的刚性实心球体。密封圈21与内塞24在装入墨盒出墨口14之前组装成密封塞部件25,组装时,由于内塞24为球形,故无装配方向性要求,可将内塞以任意方位从密封圈瓮腔口挤压入瓮腔肚内,并依靠瓮腔口的弹性收缩固定在瓮腔肚内,如图4所示,瓮腔口内侧锥孔面、瓮腔肚底面同时与内塞24接触,形成密封塞25可靠的内圈密封。密封塞25装入墨盒出墨口14后,密封圈21外圆柱表面上的密封环紧密压缩在墨盒出墨口相配合的内孔壁上,形成密封塞25可靠的外圈密封。上述内外圈密封,全面且可靠地满足了墨盒出墨口14未安装至打印头出墨针19上时的气密性密封要求。而利用塑料的热塑性通过热压焊出墨口14外端面使之成型为如图1~2所示的孔口凸缘20,又可靠地实现了密封塞25在墨盒出墨口14相配合处的轴向固定。
墨盒安装前,先撕去焊接于进气口17外开口端面上的塑料薄膜片,使进气口打开。安装过程中,打印头出墨针19首先插进密封圈21下端面切缝内,接着顶到内塞24下表面,并使内塞逐渐克服密封圈上端面瓮腔口的约束力,脱离密封圈,最终停留于其顶端。由于内塞24为刚性球形表面,与出墨针19顶端圆锥形表面只能构成点接触形式,接触时最多只会部分地遮盖分布在锥形表面上的若干出墨小孔中的一个,而不可能全部遮盖,故顶出的内塞24不会堵塞出墨针19。安装结束后,密封圈21瓮腔口弹性地紧密地收缩在出墨针19外圆柱表面上,从而为墨盒出墨口与打印头出墨针19之间的连接构成可靠的气密性密封。
图1即表示墨盒已被安装到打印机出墨针19上时的情形。打印头处于非工作状态时,墨盒进气调节阀1的阀门处于常闭状态,墨盒内外作用于阀门上的各力处于静力平衡状态,储墨腔18内的压力略低于外界大气压力而保持适当的微负压状态,墨水处于静平衡,不会经打印头出墨针19向外漏失。
当打印头工作时,来自打印头的吸力,首先使墨盒出墨口14内形成相对的低压区,低压区迅速依次扩展到供墨调节阀2内、储墨腔18内,调节阀前后表面对称焊接的两张薄膜片12、13同时产生向内凹曲现象,阀内容积减少,压力增加,部分阀内墨水流向墨盒出墨口14,因此此时墨流流量会适当增加。当低压区扩展到储墨腔18时,进气调节阀1阀门的静力平衡状态被打破,阀外较高的大气压力就会克服阀芯顶面的弯曲变形弹力等阻力,开启阀门,外界空气经阀座9上腔室、阀芯8凸台上端面进入储墨腔18,此时阀门的闭合压力下降至零,阀芯顶面弯曲变形程度随着储墨腔18内负压的增加而增加,而同时阀芯顶面弹力也因弯曲变形程度增加而增加,由于该弹力方向与变形方向相反,故总是反抗着变形程度的增加,也就是说总是反抗着阀门的开启,结果使阀门处于动态平衡状态,使储墨腔18内的压力始终保持在比阀门开启前稍高但低于外界大气压力的水平上。进气调节阀就是这样动态地调节控制储墨腔内的压力在较恒定的值上。故当阀门开启后,储墨腔内墨水压力会适当升高,从而使墨盒内出现从储墨腔到供墨调节阀,然后到墨盒出墨口,最后进入打印头出墨针的墨流方向。具有变截面墨流通道的供墨调节阀对通过其内的墨流流量及压力进一步进行合理调控。
打印头停止工作时,供墨调节阀2前后面薄膜片内凹现象随吸力消失而收缩复位,阀内容积增加,压力减小,阀内墨水停止外流,且有小量阀外墨水分别从阀的进墨口与出墨口流入阀内,直至阀内外墨水压力平衡,适量的墨水被蓄于供墨调节阀内。同时,进气调节阀阀门恢复常闭状态,墨盒内恢复微负压状态,墨水建立新的静平衡状态。
如上所述,墨盒依靠供墨调节阀内特定结构型式的墨流通道对墨流流量及压力的调节作用、调节阀薄膜片类似于多孔性海绵体的拉伸一收缩变形对墨流的微调作用,以及常闭式进气调节阀对储墨腔内负压波动幅度的控制,适时且适当地调控了流向打印头出墨针的墨流流量及压力。
当墨尽更换或中途更换墨盒时,从打印头出墨针上拔出墨盒后,密封圈21因受孔口凸缘20的轴向固定约束而保留于墨盒出墨口14内,与出墨针19脱离接触,密封圈下端面原被出墨针撑开的切缝由于弹性恢复及出墨口内孔表面的径向压力而收缩弥合成被撑开前的缝隙状态,由于缝隙值非常小,几乎接近零,实际处于自相弥合形式的“自封”状态。上述“自封”与残留缝隙内墨水因表面张力作用而构成的“液封”一道形成可靠的防漏性密封效果,无论拔出的墨盒处于何种方位均可有效地阻止盒内剩余墨水向外渗漏。此外,由于刚从机内拔出的墨盒一般都处于图1所示的竖直向上方位,故失去出墨针19顶托的内塞24因较墨水的比重大而克服墨水浮力下落至密封圈21瓮腔口外侧的圆锥孔内,如图2所示,在相接触处形成辅助密封,从而进一步增强刚从机内拔出时墨盒出墨口的防漏性密封程度。
另外,当打印机显示墨盒墨尽时,将墨盒从打印机内取出,拔出入墨孔密封塞23,添加墨水,重新装回密封塞23后,再装入打印机内仍可继续使用。从而可实现循环使用、延长墨盒使用寿命的目的。
Claims (3)
1.一种喷墨打印机墨盒,包括由盒体(3)、盒盖(4)组成的储墨腔、供墨调节阀(2)、进气调节阀(1)、出墨口密封塞(25);供墨调节阀(2)由薄膜封闭的阀体构成一个可独立装配的部件,与储墨腔出墨口相联接,阀体上有两个以上小墨腔(5),小墨腔之间由小墨道(6)相连通,小墨腔里装有过滤网(7),供墨调节阀进墨口伸入储墨腔底面上最低的凹部;进气调节阀(1)为常闭式,由帽状弹性阀芯(8)、三通式阀座(9)、通孔式阀盖(10)构成一个可独立装配的部件,与储墨腔进气口相联接;出墨口密封塞(25)位于储墨腔出墨口内,外圆柱表面带有密封环,其特征在于所述的出墨口密封塞由弹性密封圈(21)、刚性内塞(24)组成,密封圈两端面分别带有切缝、瓮腔,切缝为透缝,瓮腔里肚大口小的瓮形,内塞(24)包容在瓮腔内。
2.如权利要求1所述的墨盒,其特征在于密封圈(21)内的刚性内塞(24)为实心或空心的球体、圆锥体或圆柱体等几何体。
3.如权利要求1所述的墨盒,其特征在于出墨口密封塞在墨盒出墨口的轴向固定由出墨口端面加工而成的孔口凸缘(20)实现。
