目前的空调支架只是一个简单的支架, 根本未考虑空调机工作时震动传导给建 筑体的各种噪声影响。 现在楼房多是框架高层建筑, 任一敲击振动都会传导到整栋 建筑体内。 当几十或几百台空调工作时产生的震动, 透过墙体进入室内产生声波, 从而发出嗡嗡声会给人带来不安, 特别是晚上休息时。 有时还会与楼体产生共振而 对楼体造成影响。 其实分体空调的产生, 就是为了节省空间和减少噪声, 但是因为 支架不减震从而未能令人满意。 所以现在发明了一种抵消空调机工作时的震动的减 震无噪空调支架。 发明内容
针对上述问题, 本实用新型的目的是提出一种环保减震无噪空调支架。 环保减 震无噪空调支架通过对空调机主重支撑点加装减震装置, 令空调机工作时的振动分 散援解, 无法直接传导到墙体。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
一种环保减震无噪空调支架, 其包含左右两条强力角钢、 左右两个成型三角支 撑架、 两条横架、 两条保护安全带和左右两个减震装置, 所述两条强力角钢通过螺 母固设在楼体外部的墙面上, 所述两个成型三角支撑架通过一活动轴点与两侧强力 角钢枢接, 所述两条横架固定在左右两侧的成型三角支撑架形成安装平台, 所述左 右两个减震装置分别设于左右强力角钢和左右成型三角支撑架重力支点之间。
所述减震装置选用强力弹片、 强力弹簧、 减震胶或其他等效部件来代替。 所述两条保护安全带的下端固设在横架上, 上端固设在两侧的强力角钢上。 所述左右两个成型三角支撑架与左右强力角钢的连接可活动轴点上部位置设 加固部。
本实用新型由于采取以上技术方案, 其具有以下优点:

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细的描述。
如图 1所示, 为本实用新型一种环保减震无噪空调支架倒三角支撑结构的第一 实施例, 其包含左右两条强力角钢 1、 左右两个成型三角支撑架 2、 两条横架 3、 两 条保护安全带 4和左右两个减震装置, 所述左右两条强力角钢 1通过螺母固设在楼 体外部的墙面上, 所述左右两个成型三角支撑架 2在上部位置上部分别通过可活动 轴点 6与左右两侧强力角钢 1枢接, 其结构为倒三角形结构。 所述左右减震装置分 别设于两侧强力角钢 1和成型三角支撑架 2重力支点之间, 减震装置的上端通过螺 母固接在强力角钢 1上, 减震装置的下端通过螺母固定在成型三角支撑架 2上, 当 空调机进行工作时, 产生的震动会通过减震装置抵消掉, 从而不会使震动传入楼内 产生噪音。
如图 1和图 2所示, 为本实用新型一种环保减震无噪空调支架第一实施例的立 体示意图, 所述两条横架 3固定在左右成型三角支撑架 2的上侧形成安装平台。 所 述两条保护安全带 4的下端固设在横架 3上, 上端固定在左右强力角钢 1上。
如图 3和图 4所示, 其中所述的减震装置可以是强力弹片 5、 强力弹簧 7、 减 震胶 8或其他等效部件来代替, 其功能和组成与上述结构相同。
如图 5、 图 6、 和图 7所示, 其中各个部件的组成均与第一实施例相同, 只是 在成型三角支撑架 2与强力角钢 1的连接可活动轴点 6上部位置增设加固部 9, 加 固部 9通过螺母固定在强力角钢 1的侧面上, 本实施例更加有效的保护了外部空调 机的稳固性, 可以确保本实用新型一种环保减震无噪空调支架的安全, 并且延长了 空调支架的使用寿命。
如图 8所示, 为本实用新型一种环保减震无噪空调支架正三角结构的第二实施 例, 其包含左右两条强力角钢 la、 左右两个成型三角支撑架 2a、 两条横架 3a、 两 条保护安全带 4a和左右两个减震装置, 所述两条强力角钢 la的一面侧面通过螺母 固设在楼体外部的墙面上, 所述成型三角支撑架 2a为一钝角三角形, 其一锐角位 置上部分别通过可活动轴点 6a与两侧强力角钢 la枢接, 其结构为三角形结构。 所 述左右两个减震装置分别设于左右强力角钢 la和成型三角支撑架 2a重力支点之 间, 减震装置的上端通过螺母固接在强力角钢 la上, 减震装置的下端通过螺母固 定在成型三角支撑架 2a上, 当空调机进行工作时, 产生的震动会通过减震装置抵 消掉, 从而不会使震动传入楼内产生噪音。
所述两条横架 3a架设在左右两侧的成型三角支撑架 2a中形成安装平台, 所述 两条保护安全带 4a的下端固设在横架 3a上, 两条保护安全带 4a的上端固设在两 侧的强力角钢 la上。
如图 9和图 10所示, 其中所述的减震装置可以是强力弹片 5a、 强力弹簧 7a、 减震胶 8a或其他等效部件来代替, 其功能与组成均与上述结构相同。
如图 11、 图 12和图 13所示, 其中各个部件的组成均与第二实施例相同, 只是 在成型三角支撑架 2a与强力角钢 la的连接可活动轴点 6a上部位置增设加固部 9a, 加固部 9a通过螺母固定在强力角钢 la的侧面上, 本实施例更加有效的保护了外部 空调机的稳固性, 可以确保本实用新型一种环保减震无噪空调支架的安全, 并且延 长了空调支架的使用寿命。

1、 一种环保减震无噪空调支架, 其包含左右两条强力角钢、 左右两个成型三 角支撑架、 两条横架、 两条保护安全带和左右两个减震装置, 所述两条强力角钢通 过螺母固设在楼体外部的墙面上, 所述两个成型三角支撑架通过一活动轴点与两侧 强力角钢枢接, 所述两条横架固定在左右两侧的成型三角支撑架形成安装平台, 其 特征在于: 所述左右两个减震装置分别设于左右强力角钢和左右成型三角支撑架重 力支点之间。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种环保减震无噪空调支架, 其特征在于: 所述减震 装置选用强力弹片、 强力弹簧、 减震胶或其他等效部件。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的一种环保减震无噪空调支架, 其特征在于: 所述两条 保护安全带的下端固设在横架上, 上端固设在两侧的强力角钢上。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的一种环保减震无噪空调支架, 其特征在于: 所 述左右两个成型三角支撑架与左右强力角钢的连接可活动轴点上部位置设加固部。
