Abstract

간단한 구조로 운동부하를 용이하게 조절하기 위해 운동부하용 스프링을 장착한 웨이트 트레이닝 장치를 개시한다. 트레이닝 장치는 본체와 작동간, 기본 운동부하를 발생시키도록 압축코일스프링이 탑재된 고정봉, 체결상태에서는 작동간의 작동에 따라 추가적인 운동부하를 발생시키도록 압축코일스프링이 탑재된 다수의 이동봉, 이동봉이 상기 체결상태 또는 분리상태가 되도록 조작하고, 상기 체결상태에서는 체결되는 상기 이동봉의 수를 조절하여 추가적인 운동부하의 총량을 조절할 수 있게 하는 조작부를 구비한다. 상기 조작부는, 레버 또는 핸들에 의해 이동하는 이동선택판과 이동선택판의 이동에 따라 이동봉을 향하여 진퇴하여 체결상태 또는 분리상태를 형성하는 결합편을 구비한다. 이동선택판에는 가변 운동부하를 조절할 수 있도록 길이가 다른 체결돌부와 안착홈이 마련된다.
