Description
一种瓶片原料纸片分离装置 技术领域 本发明涉及化纤行业 PET瓶片原料处理过程中, 把瓶片中参杂的纸片 进行有效分离的装置。
背景技术
目前化纤企业收购用于涤纶短纤生产的 PET瓶片原料中, 都参杂这较 多的 PVC纸片, 但这些纸片是无法用于生产产品的, 所以在生产前必须把 纸片进行有效的清理, 以达到生产的质量要求。 但问题是原料的纸片分离 是一件繁琐的事情, 以往人工分离则需要大量的员工和劳动力, 不但浪费 大量的人力资源, 增加企业生产用工人本, 而且进度慢、 分离效率低下, 无法满足生产的需要, 造成生产和供应的矛盾。
发明内容 为了解决以上的技术难题, 本发明提供了一种方便实用、 结构简单、 原料处理效率高的装置。
为了实现上述的目的, 本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种瓶片原料的纸片分离装置, 该装置包括进料装置、 旋风分离器、 吸风风机和纸片收集器, 进料装置由进料斗、 离心式风机和输送风管组成, 输送风管的末端连接所述的旋风分离器, 旋风分离器的下端设有出料口, 旋风分离器的上端连接设有吸风管, 吸风管与吸风风机相连接, 吸风风机 设置在纸片收集器内。 作为优选, 纸片收集器上部为不锈钢网罩, 下部为 纸片下料筒。
上述的发明主要部件的作用如以下所述:
① 通过离心式风机可以把由进料斗进入输送风管的瓶片风送至旋风 分离器, 进行纸片和瓶片的分离。
② 通过吸风风机和吸风管可以把质量轻的纸片从旋风分离器的瓶片 中分离出来, 而分离纸片后的瓶片则由旋风分离器的出口下落并收 集。
③ 通过纸片收集器收集由通过吸风机从旋风分离器中分离出来的纸 片, 彻底完成分离工作。
上述的发明很好的解决了以往效率低下、 单纯的依靠人工操作分离纸 片的工作模式, 不但大大节约了人力资源,而且该装置自动化程度高, 大幅 度的提升了原料产能, 保证了生产的正常供应, 提升企业的经济效益。

具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做一个详细的说明:
如图 1 所示的一种瓶片原料的纸片分离装置, 该装置包括进料装置、 旋风分离器 4、 吸风风机 6和纸片收集器 7, 进料装置由进料斗 1、 离心式 风机 2和输送风管 3组成, 输送风管 3的末端连接所述的旋风分离器 4, 旋 风分离器 4的下端设有出料口, 旋风分离器 4的上端连接设有吸风管 5, 吸 风管 5与吸风风机 6相连接, 吸风风机 6设置在纸片收集器 7内。 纸片收 集器 7上部为不锈钢网罩, 下部为纸片下料筒。
如图 1所示, 开启离心式风机 2和吸风风机 6正常运转工作, 通过进 料口 1投入需要分离纸片的瓶片原料进入输送风管 3,在离心式风机 2的作 用下使原料经输送风管 3风送至旋风分离器 4,当原料进入旋风分离器 4后,
因为吸风风机 6吸引力的作用下, 使质量轻盈的纸片经过吸风管 5迅速被 吸起, 并吸送之纸片收集器 7, 最后分离完纸片的瓶片由旋风分离器 4的出 口下落收集, 纸片由纸片收集器 7 的出口下落收集, 整个分离工作顺利完 成。

权利要求书 、 一种瓶片原料的纸片分离装置, 其特征在于: 该装置包括进料装置、 旋风分离器 (4)、 吸风风机 (6 ) 和纸片收集器 (7), 进料装置由进料 斗 (1 )、 离心式风机 (2) 和输送风管 (3) 组成, 输送风管 (3) 的末 端连接所述的旋风分离器 (4), 旋风分离器 (4) 的下端设有出料口, 旋风分离器 (4) 的上端连接设有吸风管 (5 ), 吸风管 (5 ) 与吸风风 机 (6) 相连接, 吸风风机 (6) 设置在纸片收集器 (7 ) 内。
、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种瓶片原料的纸片分离装置, 其特征在于: 纸片收集器 (7) 上部为不锈钢网罩, 下部为纸片下料筒。
