Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine elektrische Maschine, insbesondere einen Starter für eine Brennkraftmaschine von einem Kraftfahrzeug, der mit einer Einspurvorrichtung zusammen wirkt, mit einem Stator und einem Rotor, der eine Ro- torwelle und einen Anker mit einem Kommutator umfasst, und mit einem Lager auf der Kommutatorseite.
Es ist bekannt, einen Starter für eine Brennkraftmaschine als elektrische Maschine auszubilden, die einen Stator und einen Rotor umfasst, wobei der Rotor mit einem kommutatorseitigen Lager mit einem axialen Spiel gelagert ist. Ein solcher
Rotor weist eine Rotorwelle mit einem Anker und einem Kommutator auf, wobei der Anker über den Kommutator bestromt wird, um ein magnetisches Feld zwischen Rotor und Stator für eine Drehbewegung des Rotors zu erzeugen. Dabei kann der Stator mit Magneten in einem Polgehäuse ausgebildet sein. Die Dreh- bewegung wird an der Abtriebsseite des Rotors auf die Brennkraftmaschine übertragen, um diese zu starten.
Die DE 29 04 495 A1 beschreibt eine Startvorrichtung von einem Kraftfahrzeug mit einem Startermotor mit einem Stator und einem Rotor, der eine Rotorwelle mit einem Anker und einem Kommutator umfasst, wobei die Rotorwelle mit einem kommutatorseitigen Ende und mit ihrem anderen Ende mit einem axialen Spiel gelagert ist.
Die DE 100 16 706 A1 beschreibt eine Startvorrichtung von einem Kraftfahrzeug mit einem Startermotor mit Stator und Rotor zum Andrehen von Brennkraftmaschinen.
Die DE 40 06 797 A1 beschreibt eine Startvorrichtung mit einem Ritzel für einen Antrieb eines Zahnkranzes einer Brennkraftmaschine. Das Ende einer Rotorwelle eines Rotors ist auf einem Nadellager gelagert und wird von einer Gehäusekap- pe überfangen. Das gegenüberliegende Ende der Rotorwelle umfasst eine Sonne im Planetengetriebe. Die Rotorwelle ist schwimmend gelagert.
Die US 22 71 640 A beschreibt eine elektrische Maschine zum Starten eines Flugzeugmotors. Kommutatorseitig ist ein Rillenkugellager als Festlager vorge- sehen.
Aufgrund eines enormen Kostendrucks und einer Einengung von Toleranzen bei der Fertigung und Montage, ist ein solches Festlager für Startvorrichtungen von Brennkraftmaschinen in Kraftfahrzeugen ausgeschossen worden.
Die EP 0 819 847 A1 beschreibt einen Starter mit einem verbesserten Hebelantrieb. Der Rotor des Startmotors ist an der Seite des Planetengetriebes mit einem Rillenkugellager als Loslager befestigt.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine elektrische Maschine der eingangs genannten Art derart zu verbessern, sodass sie ressourcenschonender und mit längerer Lebensdauer herstellbar ist. Offenbarung der Erfindung
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch den Gegenstand des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Die abhängigen Ansprüche definieren bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
Die Rotorwelle der erfindungsgemäßen Maschine ist an einer festen Position mit einem Festlager im Rahmen von Wälzlager-Luft-Toleranzen spielfrei drehbar gelagert, so dass ein axiales Spiel der Rotorwelle reduziert und/oder die Rotorwelle sogar spielfrei gelagert ist. Durch das reduzierte Spiel verringert sich der Raum- bedarf der Rotorwelle in axialer Richtung, so dass die erfindungsgemäße elektri-
sehe Maschine mit kleineren Abmessungen, also auch ressourcenschonender, herstellbar ist.
Eine schwimmende Lagerung des Rotors ist kostengünstig und erreicht bisheri- gen Anforderungen sicher. Um eine erhöhte Schaltzahl der Startvorrichtung im
Start-Stopp-Betrieb zu erzielen, hat sich ein Festlager als besonders günstig ü- berraschenderweise herausgestellt. Hierbei umfassen vorzugsweise Wälzlager- Luft-Toleranzen eine Toleranz von 1/ 100 bis 1/1000 mm. Ferner verringert sich durch das reduzierte Spiel der Verschleiß bei der Kommutierung und erhöht sich somit die Lebensdauer der elektrischen Maschine.
Vorzugsweise ist die elektrische Maschine eine Gleichstrommaschine und der Anker wird über den Kommutator mittels Bürsten bestromt, wobei die Bürsten in axialer Richtung an einer festen Position angeordnet sind. Bei herkömmlichen e- lektrischen Maschinen ist die axiale Länge des Kommutators gegenüber den Abmessungen der Bürsten entsprechend dem axialen Spiel der Rotorwelle vergrößert, um bei dem axialen Spiel einen Toleranzausgleich der Kontaktflächen zwischen Kommutator und Bürsten zu gewährleisten.
Die Erfindung ermöglicht, die axiale Länge des Kommutators verbessert an die Größe der Bürsten anzupassen, also insbesondere den Kommutator zu verkleinern und somit ressourcenschonender herzustellen, wobei Kupfer als Werkstoff des Kommutators eingespart werden kann. Im Übrigen wird durch das reduzierte Spiel ein Bürstenverschleiß verringert und so die Lebensdauer der Maschine erhöht. Außerdem wird eine Verschmutzung des Kommutators, insbesondere durch Lagerfett oder Öl aus dem kommutatorseitigen Lager des Rotors, verringert, so dass der elektrische Widerstand bei der Kommutierung nicht unnötig erhöht bzw. die elektrische Leistung verringert wird.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Lager auf der Kommutatorseite ein Festlager. Das Kommutierungssystem beruhigt sich somit, weil Stöße auf die Rotorwelle nicht oder zumindest vermindert auf das Kommutierungssystem übertragen werden, und zwar beispielsweise Stöße durch Kompression und Dekompression der Brennkraftmaschine, die über die Antriebswelle auf die
Rotorwelle des Starters geleitet werden. Somit reduziert sich insbesondere der Bürstenverschleiß und die Lebensdauer der Maschine erhöht sich.
Weiter bevorzugt ist das Lager auf der Kommutatorseite an dem der Abtriebssei- te gegenüberliegenden Ende der Rotorwelle angeordnet. So ist es vor einer Verschmutzung durch die mechanische Koppelvorrichtung der Rotorwelle zu der Abtriebsseite hin geschützt.
Ferner kann die elektrische Maschine ein weiteres Lager, insbesondere ein Los- lager, der Rotorwelle aufweisen, das vorzugsweise bezüglich des Lagers auf der
Kommutatorseite des Rotors in axialer Richtung entlang der Rotorwelle auf der Wickelkopfseite, also zu der Abtriebsseite hin, angeordnet ist.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Loslager in der Abdeckung oder in einem Hohlrad des Planetengetriebes, welches außer zur Lagerung der
Rotorwelle auch einer Übersetzung der Drehbewegung des Rotors dient und so durch die Kombination von Lager und Getriebe in einem Bauteil besonders ressourcenschonend ist. Bevorzugt ist, dass die Rotorwelle an der Kommutatorseite, und zwar insbesondere an einer der Abtriebsseite abgewandten Stirnseite, mit einer axial angeordneten Schraube axial festgesetzt ist.
Vorzugsweise umfasst das erfindungsgemäße Festlager ein Wälzlager, insbe- sondere ein Kugellager, so dass sich die Reibung des Lagers verringert und die
Lebensdauer und die Leistung der elektrischen Maschine erhöht.
Gemäß einer die Erfindung weiterbildenden Ausführung ist das Festlager mit einem Gehäusedeckel der Maschine eingespannt. Bei einer besonders bevorzug- ten Ausführungsform ist der Außenring des Wälzlagers von dem Gehäusedeckel eingespannt. So können Materialressourcen eingespart werden, indem ein vorhandenes Bauteil, nämlich der Gehäusedeckel, als Teil des Festlagers dient.
Vorzugsweise ist dabei oder auch unabhängig davon der Innenring des Wälzla- gers in axialer Richtung gegen die Rotorwelle mit einer Haltescheibe und/oder einer Schraube eingespannt. So lässt sich die Rotorwelle mittels weniger Bautei-
Ie ressourcenschonend herstellen. Alternativ oder auch ergänzend kann die Rotorwelle mit einer U-Scheibe, einem Sicherungsring und/oder einem Sprengring eingespannt sein. Bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist das Festlager an dem Gehäusedeckel angeordnet und die Rotorwelle durch den Gehäusedeckel hindurch mit einer Schraube gegen eine Haltescheibe festgesetzt. Durch die Verbindung des Festlagers mit dem Gehäusedeckel kann die Rotorwelle besonders ressourcenschonend gelagert werden, da beispielsweise eine zusätzliche Haltevorrichtung für das Festlager entfallen kann.
Es versteht sich, dass die vorstehend genannten und nachstehend noch zu erläuternden Merkmale nicht nur in der jeweils angegebenen Kombination, sondern auch in anderen Kombinationen verwendbar sind.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Ausführungsformen der Erfindung
Die Fig. 1 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen elektrischen Maschine, nämlich einen Starter 1 für eine Brennkraftmaschine, die einen Rotor 21 und einen Stator 29 in einem Gehäuse 30 aufweist. Der Rotor 21 umfasst einen Anker 3, einen Kommutator 4 mit Bürsten 32 und eine Rotorwelle 2. Der Rotor 21 ist an der Abtriebsseite, in der Fig. 1 links, in einem Nadellager 34 als Loslager gelagert und mit einem Planetengetriebe 31 verbunden. Ein Lager 25 auf der Kommutatorseite ist als Festlager, nämlich in Form eines
Kugellagers ausgebildet und an dem der Abtriebsseite gegenüberliegenden Ende
von der Rotorwelle 2 angeordnet. Durch das Lager 25 auf der Kommutatorseite als Festlager ist die Rotorwelle 2 in axialer Richtung am Kommutator 4 spielfrei gelagert. Daraus ergibt sich, dass der Kommutator 4 in axialer Richtung nur geringfügig breiter als die Bürsten 32 ausgebildet sein muss. Durch die gegenüber herkömmlichen Kommutatoren verkürzte Bauweise werden Ressourcen geschont, wobei insbesondere der Werkstoff Kupfer reduziert wird. Der Werkstoffeinsatz ist also effektiver als bei einer herkömmlichen Bauweise. Auch wird eine Beruhigung des Kommutatorsystems erzielt und somit der Verschleiß reduziert und die Lebensdauer erhöht. Außerdem wird der Kommutator 4 weniger ver- schmutzt, beispielsweise durch Lagerfett und -öl, so dass über die Lebensdauer ein verringerter Widerstand bei der Kommutierung, also eine höhere Leistung des Starters 1 erreicht wird.
Das Lager 25 auf der Kommutatorseite, also das Kugellager, ist mit seinem Au- ßenring von einem Gehäusedeckel 26 in Verbindung mit einer Verschlusskappe
33 eingespannt. Der Innenring des Kugellagers ist in axialer Richtung gegen die Rotorwelle 2 mit einer Haltescheibe 27 und einer Schraube 28 eingespannt, wobei die Schraube in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel als ein axialer Ansatz der Rotorwelle 2 mit einem Außengewinde in Verbindung mit einer Sechskantmutter ausgebildet ist. Der Starter 1 ist so einfach zu montieren und auch zerstörungsfrei wieder zu zerlegen, beispielsweise für eine Wartung, so dass die Lebensdauer verlängerbar ist.
Ein weiteres, nicht dargestelltes, Ausführungsbeispiel unterscheidet sich von dem in der Fig. 1 beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel dadurch, dass der Starter 1 nicht das Nadellager 34 aufweist und stattdessen der Rotor in der Abdeckung oder in einem Hohlrad des Planetengetriebes 31 als Loslager gelagert ist, so dass der Starter 1 also noch ressourcenschonender ausgeführt ist. Die Fig. 2a bis Fig. 2c zeigen perspektivische Teilansichten eines weiteren Ausführungsbeispiels des Starters 1 mit dem Rotor 21. Die Fig. 2a zeigt das bereits in der Fig. 1 dargestellte, der Abtriebsseite gegenüberliegende Ende des Rotors 21 , wobei entlang der axialen Richtung der Rotorwelle 2 zu der Abtriebsseite hin, also in der Fig. 2a von oben nach unten, der Kommutator 4 gefolgt von dem An- ker 3 auf der Rotorwelle 2 angeordnet ist. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel weist die Rotorwelle 2 an diesem Ende eine als zurückgesetzte Stufe ausgebildete La-
gerstelle 9 für das Lager 25 auf der Kommutatorseite auf, wobei die Stufe als Anschlag 10 für das Lager ausgebildet ist.
Die Fig. 2b zeigt in einer perspektivischen Teilansicht einen Gehäusedeckel 6 des Starters 1 von einer Innenseite, also bei geöffnetem Gehäuse. Das Lager 25 auf der Kommutatorseite ist als ein Wälzlager 5 ausgebildet ist. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist das kommutatorseitige Lager, also das Wälzlager 5, an dem Gehäusedeckel 6 des Starters 1 mit zwei Befestigungsschrauben 11 und einer Wälzlagerhalterung 12 festmontiert, indem der Außenring des Wälzlagers 5 am Gehäusedeckel 6 eingespannt ist. Bei weiteren, nicht dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen ist das Wälzlager 5 in den Gehäusedeckel 6 eingepresst oder auf eine andere Art an diesem befestigt.
Die Fig. 2c zeigt in einer perspektivischen Teilansicht den Starter 1 in montiertem Zustand, also den bereits in der Fig. 2b gezeigten Gehäusedeckel 6 von einer
Außenseite. Die Rotorwelle 2 ist durch den Gehäusedeckel 6 hindurch mit einer Schraube 8 gegen eine Haltescheibe 7 festmontiert. Dabei wird die Schraube 8 in einer stirnseitigen Gewindebohrung der Rotorwelle 2 an deren der Abtriebsseite gegenüberliegendem Ende eingeschraubt, und zwar von einer Außenseite des Gehäusedeckels 6 aus. Das Wälzlager 5 ist auf die Lagerstelle 9 geschoben.
Dabei liegt das Festlager mit der Wälzlagerhalterung 12 an dem Anschlag 10 an, so dass eine Bewegung der Rotorwelle 2 in axialer Richtung zu dem Gehäusedeckel 6 hin vermieden wird. Außerdem ist die Rotorwelle 2 von der Schraube 8 und der Scheibe 7 gegen den Innenring des Wälzlagers 5 festmontiert, sodass auch eine Bewegung in axialer Richtung von dem Gehäusedeckel weg vermieden wird. So wird ein axiales Spiel der Rotorwelle 2, also auch des Rotors 21 , verhindert. Somit zeigt auch dieses Ausführungsbeispiel die zuvor genannten Vorteile des kommutatorseitigen Lagers als Festlager. Insbesondere ist der erfindungsgemäße Kommutator 4 in axialer Richtung gegenüber einem herkömmli- chen Kommutator verkürzt, also auch ressourcenschonend, ausgebildet, dass er auf die Abmessungen der nicht dargestellten Bürsten angepasst ist, und es wird der Verschleiß des Starters 1 verringert und die Lebensdauer erhöht. Alle Figuren zeigen lediglich schematische nicht maßstabsgerechte Darstellungen. Im Übrigen wird insbesondere auf die zeichnerische Darstellungen für die Erfindung als Wesentlich verwiesen.
Claims
1. Elektrische Maschine, insbesondere ein Starter (1 ) für eine Brennkraftmaschine von einem Kraftfahrzeug, der mit einer Einspurvorrichtung zusammen wirkt, mit einem Stator (29) und einem Rotor (21 ), der eine Rotorwelle (2) und einen Anker (3) mit einem Kommutator (4) umfasst, und mit einem Lager (25) auf der Kommutatorseite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotorwelle (2) an einer festen Position mittels eines Festlagers im Rahmen von Wälzlager-Luft-Toleranzen spielfrei drehbar gelagert ist.
2. Elektrische Maschine nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wälzlager-Luft-Toleranzen eine Toleranz von 1/100 bis 1/1000 mm umfassen.
3. Elektrische Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (25) auf der Kommutatorseite ein Festlager ist.
4. Elektrische Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 , 2 oder 3, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass das Lager (25) auf der Kommutatorseite an dem der
Abtriebsseite gegenüberliegenden Ende der Rotorwelle (2) angeordnet ist.
5. Elektrische Maschine nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Loslager in einer Abdeckung oder in einem Hohlrad des Planetengetriebes (31 ) ist.
6. Elektrische Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotorwelle (2) an einer der Abtriebsseite abgewandten Stirnseite mit einer axial angeordnete Schraube (8, 28) axial festgesetzt wird.
7. Elektrische Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Festlager ein Wälzlager (5), insbesondere ein Kugellager, umfasst.
8. Elektrische Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Außenring des Lagers (25) auf der Kommutatorseite, insbesondere des Wälzlagers (5), von einem Gehäusedeckel (6, 26) eingespannt ist.
9. Elektrische Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass das ein Innenring des Lagers (25) auf der Kommutatorseite, insbesondere des Wälzlagers (5), in axialer Richtung gegen die Rotorwelle (2) mit einer Haltescheibe (7, 27) und einer Schraube (8, 28) eingespannt ist.
10. Elektrische Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass das Festlager an einem Gehäusedeckel (26) angeordnet ist und die Rotorwelle (2) durch den Gehäusedeckel (26) hindurch mit einer Schraube (28) gegen eine Haltescheibe (27) festgesetzt ist.
