이러한 수납장에는 서랍장, 장식장, 옷장 등이 있으나 자주 사용하거나 간단한 물품 등을 쉽게 꺼내어 쓸 수 있도록 일면이 개방된 육면체 형태의 수납박스를 널리 이용하고 있다.

한편, 전술한 수직플레이트(20)는 조립식 수납박스(1)의 좌측면 및 우측면을 형성하는 역할을 하는 것으로 상, 하측 수평플레이트(10)의 양단을 상호 연결하도록 각각 수평방향으로 배치되되 그 상, 하부 모서리면이 지지돌기(14)에 면접하게 지지되고, 전, 후방에는 제 1 체결돌기(12)와 연결 가능하도록 제 2 체결돌기(22)가 돌출 형성된다.
전술한 제 2 체결돌기(22)는 상, 하측에 돌출 형성되는 제 1 체결돌기(12)와 그 단부가 상호 연결되어 전체적으로 돌출된 "ㅁ" 의 형상을 이루게 되며, 제 1 체결돌기(12)와 마찬가지로 그 양측에는 추후에 설명될 체결수단(40)의 고정돌기(42d)가 고정 위치될 수 있도록 고정홈(50)이 길이방향으로 형성된다.
또한 전술한 수직플레이트(20)의 상, 하부 모서리면은 수평플레이트(10)와 단차를 이루도록 돌출 형성된 지지돌기(14)와 각각 면접되도록 지지되어 수평플레이트(10) 및 수직플레이트(20)는 정면과 배면이 개방된 육면체 형상을 이루게 된다.
한편, 배면플레이트(30)는 조립식 수납박스(1)의 배면을 형성하는 역할을 하는 것으로, 상, 하부 모서리면이 상, 하측 수평플레이트(10)의 후방에 지지되고, 좌, 우측 모서리면이 좌, 우측 수직플레이트(20)의 후방에 지지되어 상호 연결된 수평플레이트(10) 및 수직플레이트(20)의 배면측에 배치된다.
이러한 배면플레이트(30)를 지지하기 위해서 상측 수평플레이트(10)의 후방측 하부면, 하측 수평플레이트(10)의 후방측 상부면, 좌, 우측 수직플레이트(20)의 후방측 내부면에는 각각 배면플레이트(30)의 사방측 모서리면이 지지되는 지지홈(60)이 길이방향으로 형성된다.
이때 전술한 지지홈(60)은 추후에 설명될 체결수단(40)이 제 1 체결돌기(12) 및 제 2 체결돌기(22)와 결합 가능하도록 전술한 고정홈(50)보다 내측에 위치되는 것으로 한다.
한편, 전방측에 "ㅁ"자 형상으로 돌출 형성된 제 1 체결돌기(12) 및 제 2 체결돌기(22)와, 후방측에 "ㅁ"자 형상으로 돌출 형성된 제 1 체결돌기(12) 및 제 2 체결돌기(22)에는 각각 체결수단(40)이 결합되는데, 이 체결수단(40)은 상호 연결 지지된 수평플레이트(10), 수직플레이트(20) 및 배면플레이트(30)를 고정해주는 역할을 하는 것이다.
이러한 체결수단(40)은, 단면이 "ㄷ"자 형상으로 형성되되 내측이 구획돌기(42c)에 의해 개방공간(42a) 및 폐쇄공간(42b)으로 구획되고 개방공간(42a)측 단부에는 결합시 고정홈(50)에 압입 고정되는 고정돌기(42d)가 형성되며 상, 하, 좌, 우측에 각각 배치되어 제 1 체결돌기(12) 및 제 2 체결돌기(22)에 체결되는 프레임부재(42)와, 평면이 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 형성되어 상호 연결되는 프레임부재(42)의 폐쇄공간(42b) 내에 양측이 각각 삽입되며 관통공(44a)이 관통 형성되는 고정브래킷(44)과, 프레임부재(42) 내에 위치된 고정브래킷(44)의 관통공(44a)에 나사결합되어 고정브래킷(44)을 프레임부재(42)에 고정시키는 결합나사(46)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
이를 통해 전술한 상,하,좌,우측 프레임부재(42)는 그 단면이 "ㄷ"자 형상을 이루고 그 평면이 "ㅁ"자 형상을 이루는 체결수단(40)을 형성하며, 전술한 개방공간(42a)측 방향과 제 1 체결돌기(12) 및 제 2 체결돌기(22)가 상호 마주보는 방향으로 체결수단(40)을 결합하는데, 이때 양측 고정돌기(42d)가 양측의 고정홈(50) 내에 압입 고정됨으로써 체결수단(40)이 이탈되지 않고 견고하게 고정될 수 있다.
이러한 수평플레이트(10), 수직플레이트(20) 및 배면플레이트(30)는 합성수지재, 목재, 금속재 등 다양한 재질로 형성될 수 있으며, 체결수단(40)은 제 1 체결돌기(12) 및 제 2 체결돌기(22) 상에 압입고정 가능하도록 탄력있는 합성수지재 또는 금속재로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이하에는, 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 조립식 수납박스(1)에 대한 전체적인 조립방법에 대해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 지지돌기(14)가 수평플레이트(10)와 단차를 형성하는 면이 상호 마주볼 수 있도록 수평플레이트(10)를 상, 하측에 각각 배치한다.
그런 다음, 그 상, 하측 모서리면이 지지돌기(14)에 면접하게 지지되도록 수직플레이트(20)를 연결해 전체적으로 정면과 배면이 개방된 "ㅁ"자 형태의 육면체를 형성한다.
그런 다음, 배면 측에 배면플레이트(30)를 배치하는데, 이때 배면플레이트(30)의 사방 모서리가 상, 하측의 수평플레이트(10) 그리고 좌, 우측의 수직플레이트(20) 지지홈(60) 상에 면접하게 지지되도록 한다.
그런 다음, 상, 하, 좌, 우 측에 각각 프레임부재(42)를 위치시킨 다음, 연결되는 모서리측 폐쇄공간(42b) 내에 고정브래킷(44) 양단을 각각 삽입시킨 후, 관통공(44a) 내에 결합나사(46)를 나사 결합시켜 "ㅁ"자 형상의 체결수단(40)을 조립한다.
그런 다음, 체결수단(40)을 개방공간(42a) 측이 전방측에 "ㅁ"자 형상으로 돌출 형성된 제 1 체결돌기(12) 및 제 2 체결돌기(22)와, 후방측에 "ㅁ"자 형상으로 돌출 형성된 제 1 체결돌기(12) 및 제 2 체결돌기(22)를 향하도록 하여 체결해 주는데, 이때 체결수단(40)의 고정돌기(42d)가 각각의 고정홈(50) 내에 견고하게 압입 고정된다.
본 발명은 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 청구의 요지를 벗어나지 않고도 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 다양하게 변경 실시될 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 기술보호범위는 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.
본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 조립식 수납박스에 따르면, 수평플레이트, 수직플레이트 및 배면플레이트를 배치시킨 다음 전방과 후방측에서 각각 프레임을 압입 고정하는것 만으로 수납박스를 조립할 수 있어, 초보자나 여성, 노약자들도 피스를 삽입하는 작업 없이도 용이하고 안전하게 수납박스를 조립하여 사용할 수 있으므로, 상당한 수요가 예상된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전, 후방에는 제 1 체결돌기가 돌출 형성되고 좌, 우측에는 지지돌기가 돌출 형성되어 상, 하측에 각각 수평방향으로 배치되는 수평플레이트;
    상기 상, 하측 수평플레이트의 양단을 상호 연결하도록 각각 수평방향으로 배치되되 그 상, 하부 모서리면이 상기 지지돌기에 면접하게 지지되고, 전, 후방에는 상기 제 1 체결돌기와 연결 가능하도록 제 2 체결돌기가 돌출 형성되는 수직플레이트;
    상, 하부 모서리면이 상기 상, 하측 수평플레이트의 후방에 지지되고, 좌, 우측 모서리면이 상기 좌, 우측 수직플레이트의 후방에 지지되어 상호 연결된 상기 수평플레이트 및 수직플레이트의 배면측에 배치되는 배면플레이트; 및
    상기 전방측 제 1 체결돌기 및 제 2 체결돌기와, 상기 후방측 제 1 체결돌기 및 제 2 체결돌기에 각각 체결되는 체결수단;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 수납박스.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 체결돌기 및 제 2 체결돌기의 양측에는 고정홈이 길이방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 수납박스.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 상측 수평플레이트의 후방측 하부면, 상기 하측 수평플레이트의 후방측 상부면, 상기 좌, 우측 수직플레이트의 후방측 내부면에는 각각 상기 배면플레이트의 사방측 모서리면이 지지되는 지지홈이 형성되되 상기 고정홈보다 내측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 수납박스.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 체결수단은, 단면이 "ㄷ"자 형상으로 형성되되 내측이 구획돌기에 의해 개방공간 및 폐쇄공간으로 구획되고 개방공간측 단부에는 결합시 상기 고정홈에 압입 고정되는 고정돌기가 형성되며 상, 하, 좌, 우측에 각각 배치되어 상기 제 1 체결돌기 및 제 2 체결돌기에 체결되는 프레임부재와, 평면이 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 형성되어 상호 연결되는 상기 프레임부재의 폐쇄공간 내에 양측이 각각 삽입되며 관통공이 관통 형성되는 고정브래킷과, 상기 프레임부재 내에 위치된 상기 고정브래킷의 관통공에 나사결합되어 상기 고정브래킷을 상기 프레임부재에 고정시키는 결합나사를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 수납박스.
