この実施形態による包装容器及びストロー用開口装置の外観を、図2(側面図(a)、正面図(b)、平面図(c)、底面図)d))に示す参考例によって、説明する。この包装容器は紙容器本体2と、本体2の上端に接合されインジェクションにより成形された熱可塑性樹脂のドーム状容器頂部3とからなり、容器頂部3の頂部中央には、注ぎ口(注出口)用の蓋部5が一体成形されている。蓋部5には、開口部4が、蓋部5と一体的に、かつ、蓋部の上面から凹む形状に形成される。
容器頂部3の頂部中央には、注ぎ口(注出口)用の蓋部5が一体成形されている。蓋使用(開封)時には、把持部6を引き上げて、蓋部5外縁を周回する脆弱な弱め線(肉薄部)を引き裂いて蓋部5を引き上げ、注ぎ口を開口する。
注ぎ口を利用しない若しくは併用する場合、ストロー孔(ストロー用開口装置)を利用する。ストロー用開口装置の開口部4は、頂部3(及び蓋部5)と一体的に形成されている。
好ましくは、同種若しくは異種の低密度ポリエチレンからなる。
この発明の態様において、段差8の縁部9の厚さが、段部7の厚さよりも薄く、段差8が易破断部である。
更にが押し込まれたストロー先端10によって、段差縁部9が破断される。その破断点を起点にストロー10が更に押し込まれ、破断面積が更に広がっていく。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の裏表(図3には裏側を示さず)に3枚の表面平坦な段部7と複数の段差8とを備える。
開口部4の平面形状が蓋部5外縁に広がる扇形であるために、比較的に変形し易いドーム状蓋部5の中央部ではなく、ドーム状蓋部5の周辺部に、ストロー10を確実に刺すことができる。また、蓋部中央から開口部4の縁部に補強に寄与する直線壁が形成されるので、頂部、蓋部の機械的強度を補強する。
段差8が扇形の円弧と平行して形成され、ストロー10の先端を確実に易破断な段差8でトラップする。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の裏表(図5には裏側を示さず)に3枚の表面平坦な段部7と3本の段差8とを備える。
開口部4の平面形状が蓋部5外縁に広がる扇形であるために、比較的に変形し易いドーム状蓋部の中央部ではなく、ドーム状蓋部5の周辺部に、ストロー10を確実に刺すことができる。また、蓋部中央から縁部に補強に寄与する直線壁4aが形成されるので、頂部、蓋部の機械的強度を補強する。
扇形の蓋部5の中央部及び近傍は、段差8が無く、開封可能性が低く、開封に寄与しない。実施例2において、蓋部5中央部で欠落した扇形であるので、消費者が無用な箇所にストロー10を刺して開封に手間取ることを避ける。
段差8が扇形の円弧と平行して形成され、ストロー10の先端を確実に易破断な段差8でトラップする。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の裏表(図7には裏側を示さず)に複数の表面丸みを帯びた段部7と段差8とを備える。
実施例と比較して、搬送時の振動等の外力で簡単に破断や漏れ易い。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の裏表(図8には裏側を示さず)に6枚の表面平坦な段部7と5本の段差8とを備える。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の裏表(図9には裏側を示さず)に5本の表面丸みを帯びた段部7と複数の段差8とを備える。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の表側に4本の表面丸みを帯びた段部7と複数の段差8とを備える。図10(b)に示す裏側では、平坦な段部7と段差8を備える。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の裏表(図11には裏側を示さず)に1枚の表面平坦な段部7と1本の段差8とを備える。
実施例と比較して、段部及び段差が単数であったので、ストローによる破断が難しい。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の裏表(図12には裏側を示さず)に表面平坦な段部7と複数の段差8とを備える。
この態様では、開口部4の凹みの底面には、底面の表側に表面平坦な段部7と複数の段差8とを備える。
搬送時の振動等の外力で簡単に破断や漏れることなく、且つストローの突刺しによって容易にストロ孔が開口できる。
また、突起を目印に消費者がストローを突き刺すことができ、突起にあったストロー先端は段部を滑り段差に突き当たって、そこに留まって容易に開口することができる。
Claims (6)
- 紙基材の両側を熱可塑性樹脂で積層した包材で形成された底部と本体と、該本体の上端に接合され熱可塑性樹脂で形成された頂部とからなる液体食品用容器のストロー用開口装置であって、
該ストロー用開口装置の開口部は、該頂部と一体的に形成され、該開口部の表側と裏側に複数の段部と段差とを備え、表側の該段差と該裏側の該段差とは該段差の縁部で表裏で重なって形成され、
該段差の縁部の重なりの長さが、該段部の厚さよりも薄く、該段差が易破断部であり、
該段部が、該縁部の重なりの長さに対して190%~650%の厚みを持ち、
該縁部の重なりの長さが0.09~0.11ミリメートルである
ことを特徴とする液体食品用容器のストロー用開口装置。 - 該開口部の表側の該段部が、表面平坦であり、開口部の裏側の段部が、表面平坦である、請求項1記載のストロー用開口装置。
- 該開口部の表側の段部が、表面で丸みを帯び、開口部の裏側の段部が、表面で丸みを帯びる、請求項1記載のストロー用開口装置。
- 該開口部の表側の段部が、表面で丸みを帯び、開口部の裏側の段部が、表面平坦である、請求項1記載のストロー用開口装置。
- 該段部の表側に、突起が形成されている、請求項1記載のストロー用開口装置。
- 該頂部を形成する該熱可塑性樹脂及び該包材の該紙基材に積層される該熱可塑性樹脂が、同種若しくは異種の低密度ポリエチレンからなる、請求項1記載のストロー用開口装置。
