背景技术
滑移门开启方便且在开启时具有节省空间等特点, 因此, 现有技术中, 滑移门在汽 车、 挖掘机、 起重机操纵室上的应用非常广泛。 这些工程车辆在实际使用时, 操作者基 本都是将门打开作业, 这样就需要在门打开后进行定位, 现有的自动定位技术基本都是 通过对下导向轮进行摩擦减速, 并通过摩擦力来限制门打开发生前、 后串动, 通过摩擦 力来限制导向轮, 这样对导向轮的使用寿命有很大影响, 同时因为摩擦元件的老化和磨 损可能导致定位失效而最终无法实现定位。另一种定位形式则是将门打开后人工将一个 止销拔出以防止门自行滑移关闭, 这种机构虽然可靠, 但无法实现自动开启功能, 使用 时非常不方便, 实际应用基本不采用。
同时, 如果采用平面导轨导向结构, 不管采用以上哪种方法都会出现在高速开门时 因为下导向轮急剧减速而导致门发生翻转的情况,在没有其他保护措施情况下可能会发 生滑移门脱轨而直接跌落的情况。 因此, 作为结构更加简单的平面导轨一直无法普及。 另外, 对于工程机械来说, 在进行作业时, 门打开锁止后, 因为机器的振动、 颠簸可能 引起门与车体一起共振, 产生上、 下方向的共振, 如果没有很好的防护措施, 可能导致 门的承重轮失效。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就在于: 针对现有技术存在的技术问题, 本发明提供一种 结构简单紧凑、 成本低廉、 自动完成开启功能、 锁止效果好、 适用范围广的用于滑移门 的锁止机构及滑移门。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 包括固定不动的锁桩和装设于门体上的 定位锁块装置, 所述定位锁块装置于门体开启后与锁桩配合对门体定位。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述定位锁块装置包括垂直限位块和锁舌, 所述锁舌通过转轴固定于门体上, 所述 垂直限位块位于锁舌的上方或下方,所述锁桩于门体开启后位于垂直限位块与锁舌之间 并卡设于锁舌上。
所述锁桩包括桩体和导向块, 所述导向块装设于桩体上。
所述导向块呈半椭圆形或半圆形。
所述定位锁块装置与门体上的门锁开启机构相连并受门锁开启机构的控制。
所述定位锁块装置中的垂直限位块通过连杆与门锁开启机构相连,所述转轴上设有 复位装置。
所述复位装置为扭簧。
一种滑移门, 包括门体, 其特征在于: 所述门体上装设有权利要求 1〜权利要求 8中 任意一项的锁止机构。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点就在于:
本发明的用于滑移门的锁止机构及滑移门,将定位锁块装置装设于门体上随门体一 起运动, 而通过固定不动的锁桩对门体实现自动锁止、 定位, 其具有结构简单紧凑、 成 本低廉、 开启方便等优点; 通过垂直限位块和锁舌的配合, 可有效防止门体的翻转、 上 下蹿动以及前后移动, 令锁止更加可靠、 安全; 本发明在锁桩上设有导向块, 令锁桩与 锁舌接触时更容易进入锁止状态, 也可有效减小门体下沉带来的影响; 本发明与门体开 锁机构与门锁开启机构集成、 结构简单, 锁止后可防止门的翻转、 上下蹿动, 同时在车 辆振动和颠簸时锁止机构可以限制门体一同随之振动和颠簸,有效的保护了门体上的承 重轮。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。 如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明用于滑移门的锁止机构, 它包括固定不动的锁桩 5和装设 于门体 3上的定位锁块装置 4, 定位锁块装置 4于门体 3开启后与锁桩 5配合对门体 3锁止、 定位。 本实施例中以应用于工程车辆的驾驶室为例, 锁桩 5固定于车体 1上静止不动, 门 体 3可在导轨 6上滑动完成启闭。参见图 3、图 4和图 5,定位锁块装置 4包括垂直限位块 401 和锁舌 402, 锁舌 402通过转轴 403固定于门体 3上并可绕转轴 403转动, 垂直限位块 401位 于锁舌 402的上方或下方并与锁舌 402之间保持一定距离,锁桩 5于门体 3开启后位于垂直 限位块 401与锁舌 402之间并卡设于锁舌 402上, 垂直限位块 401与锁桩 5处于顶紧状态对 其上、 下位置进行限位。 锁桩 5包括桩体 501和导向块 502, 导向块 502装设于桩体 501上。 在具体实施例中, 导向块 502可以采用半椭圆形或半圆形。 锁舌 402上开设有与桩体 501 配合的容置槽并可绕转轴 403转动。 当门体 3向开启方向运动时, 定位锁块装置 4会随着 门体 3—同运动,当锁舌 402撞击到锁桩 5的导向块 502后产生转动,在这过程中导向块 502 带着桩体 501进入到锁舌 402上的容置槽内, 令锁舌 402卡紧桩体 501, 完成对门体 3的自 动定位和锁止。 即使门体 3略有下沉的现象, 锁桩 501亦可通过导向块 502的导向作用实 现自动锁止。 锁止后, 通过垂直限位块 401和锁舌 402的配合, 可限制门体 3的上、 下蹿 动, 同时也可限制门体 3的前、 后移动, 直至人通过门锁开启机构才可解除锁止到开启 状态。 在较佳的实施例中, 参见图 1, 还可在门体 3运动的导轨 6上设置减速胶块 2, 对门 体 3的滑动进行缓冲和减速, 当门体 3高速运动时防止锁舌 402与桩体 501撞击过度, 造成 损坏。 锁止后的开启工作则通过连杆将定位锁块装置 4与门锁开启系统连接后实现同步 开启, 例如可以通过连杆带动垂直限位块 401向上运动, 使锁舌 402在转轴 403上复位装 置的回复力作用下回转, 令桩体 501脱离锁舌 402, 解除锁止, 该复位装置可以采用装设 于转轴 403上的扭簧。 参见图 1和图 2, 本发明进一步提供一种滑移门, 包括门体 3, 该门 体 3上装设有上述锁止机构。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施 例, 凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。 应当指出, 对于本技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰, 例如将导向 块 502与桩体 501设计成一体化设计或分体式设计,将导向块 502设计成其他不规则形 状等等, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 包括固定不动的锁桩 (5)和装设于 门体 (3) 上的定位锁块装置 (4) , 所述定位锁块装置 (4) 于门体 (3) 开启后与锁桩 (5) 配合对门体 (3) 定位。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 所述定位锁块装 置 (4) 包括垂直限位块 (401 ) 和锁舌 (402) , 所述锁舌 (402) 通过转轴 (403) 固 定于门体 (3) 上, 所述垂直限位块 (401 ) 位于锁舌 (402) 的上方或下方, 所述锁桩
(5)于门体(3)开启后位于垂直限位块(401 )与锁舌(402)之间并卡设于锁舌(402) 上。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 所述锁桩(5) 包括桩体 (501 ) 和导向块 (502) , 所述导向块 (502) 装设于桩体 (501 ) 上。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 所述导向块(502) 呈半椭圆形或半圆形。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 所述定位锁 块装置 (4) 与门体 (3) 上的门锁开启机构相连并受门锁开启机构的控制。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 所述定位锁块装 置 (4) 与门体 (3) 上的门锁开启机构相连并受门锁开启机构的控制。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 所述定位锁块装 置 (4) 中的垂直限位块 (401 ) 通过连杆与门锁开启机构相连, 所述转轴 (403 ) 上设 有复位装置。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的用于滑移门的锁止机构, 其特征在于: 所述复位装置为 扭簧。
9、一种滑移门, 包括门体(3), 其特征在于: 所述门体(3)上装设有权利要求 1〜 权利要求 8中任意一项所述的锁止机构。
