前記施錠機構(2)は、前記X方向に交差するY方向に臨む施錠部(9)に位置して、第1ケース構成体(4)と第2ケース構成体(7)を嵌合したとき前記Y方向に沿って商品展示ケースの外部に向かうY1方向と内部に向かうY2方向に関して係止する突片解錠式の第1施錠手段(10)と磁石解錠式の第2施錠手段(11)を設けており、
前記第1施錠手段(10)は、第1ケース構成体と第2ケース構成体の相互に、前記Y方向に揺動自在かつY1方向に付勢された係止手段(10a)と、Y1方向に対向して該係止手段(10a)を係止させる被係止手段(10b)を構成し、前記係止手段(10a)は、前記施錠部の外部からY2方向の押圧力を受取可能な作動部(12)を備え、
前記第2施錠手段(11)は、第1ケース構成体と第2ケース構成体の相互に、前記Y方向に揺動自在かつY2方向に付勢された係止手段(11a)と、Y2方向に対向して該係止手段を係止させる被係止手段(11b)を構成し、前記係止手段(11a)は、前記施錠部の外部から磁石を作用させたとき、該磁石に磁着可能な磁性片(34a)を設けており、
前記解錠装置(3)は、施錠部(9)をY方向に進退可能として商品展示ケース(1)をスライド自在に載置させるテーブル部(39)と、前記施錠部(9)に対向する解錠部(40)とを備え、該解錠部(40)は、前記第1施錠手段(10)の作動部(12)に臨む突片(41)と、前記第2施錠手段(11)の磁性片(34a)に臨む磁石(42)を設けて成ることを特徴とする商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 商品(M)を載置する底部材(4a)により第1ケース構成体(4)を構成し、前記商品(M)を透視可能に囲繞すると共に下向き開口部(5)を有する収納室(6)を形成したケース本体(7a)により前記第2ケース構成体(7)を構成し、X方向に向けてケース本体(7a)の開口部(5)を底部材(4a)に嵌合させるように構成され、
前記施錠部(9)は、ケース本体(7a)に設けられた内側壁板(13)及び外側壁板(14)と、両壁板(13)(14)の間に形成された嵌入空間(15)と、前記嵌入空間に対してX方向から嵌脱自在に嵌入されるように底板(4a)に設けられた起立壁板(16)とから構成されており、
前記外側壁板(14)と底板(4a)の相互に、前記第1施錠手段(10)の係止手段(10a)と被係止手段(10b)を設け、
前記内側壁板(13)と起立壁板(16)の相互に、前記第2施錠手段(11)の係止手段(11a)と被係止手段(11b)を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記第1施錠手段(10)は、前記起立壁板(16)に揺動自在かつY2方向に付勢されると共にY2方向に突出する爪部(35)を備えた揺動片(34)により前記係止手段(10a)を構成し、前記内側壁板(13)に形成されると共に前記爪部(35)を嵌合係止させる係止窓孔(36)により前記被係止手段(10b)を構成して成ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。
- 前記第2施錠手段(11)は、前記外側壁板(14)の内側に進退自在かつY1方向に付勢されると共に該外側壁板(14)との間に挿入空間(29a)を介して設けられた進退部材(46)の係止片(29)により前記係止手段(11a)を構成し、前記底部材(4a)の端部(4b)から起立されると共に前記挿入空間(29a)に挿入されることにより前記係止片(29)に係止するフック片(31)により前記被係止手段(11b)を構成しており、
前記進退部材(46)に作動部(12)を設けると共に、前記外側壁板(14)に前記作動部(12)に臨む開口部(27)を形成し、該開口部(27)に解錠装置(3)の突片(41)を挿入可能となるように構成して成ることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記外側壁板(14)をケース本体(7a)に着脱可能に取付け、該外側壁板(14)の内側に防犯タグ(17)の取付部(18)を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項2、3又は4に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。
- 前記第1ケース構成体(4)と第2ケース構成体(7)を嵌合した状態で、施錠部の隙間(S)から不正治具を挿入することにより、前記第2施錠手段の係止手段(11a)をY2方向に押し込んだとき、該係止手段(11a)を被係止手段(11b)に係止した状態でY1方向に揺動不能となるようにロックする永久ロック手段(60)を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4又は5に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。
- 前記係止手段(11a)は、Y方向に揺動自在な揺動片(34)により構成されると共に、該揺動片(34)からY2方向に突出する爪部(35)を設け、
前記被係止手段(11b)は、前記爪部(35)を受入れ係止する係止窓孔(36)により構成されており、
不正治具により前記揺動片(34)をY2方向に押し込んだとき、該揺動片(34)をY1方向に揺動不能となるように、該揺動片(34)と係止窓孔(36)を相互を係止する突起(59)により永久ロック手段(60a)を構成して成ることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記係止手段(11a)は、Y方向に揺動自在な揺動片(34)により構成されると共に、該揺動片(34)からY2方向に突出する爪部(35)を設け、
前記被係止手段(11b)は、前記爪部(35)を受入れ係止する係止窓孔(36)により構成されており、
不正治具により前記揺動片(34)をY2方向に押し込んだとき、該揺動片(34)をY1方向に揺動不能となるように破損(63)させる脆弱ヒンジ部(57)により永久ロック手段(60b)を構成して成ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記揺動片(34)の下側に臨む遮壁(54)を設け、該揺動片(34)のY1方向に向かう外側壁面の下端部を前記遮壁(54)の外側面に臨ませると共に、該下端部から上部に向けてY1方向に傾斜するガイド面(58)を形成して成ることを特徴とする請求項6、7又は8に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。
- 前記磁石解錠式の第2施錠手段(11)にセルフロック手段(63)が設けられ、該セルフロック手段(63)は、前記第2施錠手段の係止手段(11a)が被係止手段(11b)に係止した状態で、該係止手段(11a)のY1方向への揺動を妨げるロック位置とY1方向への揺動を許すアンロック位置の間で移動可能かつ前記ロック位置に向けて付勢されたロック体(64)を備えており、
前記解錠装置(3)は、前記セルフロック手段(63)のロック体(64)をアンロック位置に移動させるロック解除手段(47)を解錠部(40)に設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9又は10に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記セルフロック手段(63)は、前記第2施錠手段(11)の係止手段(11a)の両側縁に臨む一対のロック体(64,64)を備え、該ロック体(64,64) は、X方向及びY方向に交差するZ方向で前記ロック位置とアンロック位置の間を移動可能なロック部(65)と、該ロック部(65)をロック位置に向けて付勢する弾性支持部(66,66)を備え、
前記第1施錠手段(10)の作動部(12)に、Y2方向に延出されたアンロック作動部(69)を設けており、
前記解錠部(40)の突片(41)により前記作動部(12)をY2方向に押動したとき、前記アンロック作動部(69)が一対の弾性支持部(66,66) を押し広げることにより、ロック部(65,65)をアンロック位置に移動させるように構成して成ることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記セルフロック手段(63)は、前記第2施錠手段(11)の係止手段(11a)に対向するロック体(64a)を備え、該ロック体(64a)は、Y方向で前記ロック位置とアンロック位置の間を移動可能なロック部(65a)と、該ロック部(65a)をロック位置に向けて付勢する弾性支持部(66a)と、Y2方向に押動されたとき前記ロック部(65a)をアンロック位置に移動させるアンロック作動部(69a)を備えており、
前記解錠部(40)の突片(41)により前記アンロック作動部(69a)を弾性支持部(66a)に抗してY2方向に押動可能とするように構成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記セルフロック手段(63)は、前記第2施錠手段(11)の係止手段(11a)の側縁に臨むロック体(65b)を備え、該ロック体(65b)は、X方向及びY方向に交差するZ方向で前記ロック位置とアンロック位置の間を移動可能なロック部(65b)と、該ロック部(65b)をロック位置に向かうZ1方向に付勢する弾性支持部(66b)と、ロック位置から離反するZ2方向に対向して磁石を臨ませたとき前記弾性支持部に抗してロック部(65b)をアンロック位置に移動させる磁性片(75)を備えたアンロック作動部(69b)を設けており、
前記解錠装置(3)は、前記セルフロック手段(63)の磁性片(75)に臨む磁石(78)を備えた延長解錠部(77)を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記解錠装置(3)は、不正使用防止装置(81)を設けており、該不正使用防止装置(81)は、前記解錠装置(3)の底面に固着手段を介して固着される固定部材(82)と、該固定部材に枢軸(85)を介して開閉自在に連結されたカバー部材(83)と、前記固定部材とカバー部材を相互に係脱自在に係止する錠前手段(84)とから成り、
前記カバー部材(83)は、前記解錠装置(3)の少なくとも前記突片(41)を含む正面壁(40a)を被覆する閉姿勢(P1)と開放する開姿勢(P3)との間で姿勢変更可能であり、前記閉姿勢(P1)に位置させた状態で前記錠前手段(84)により姿勢変更不能に固定ロックされるように構成され、更に、前記カバー部材(83)は、前記閉姿勢(P1)に位置させた状態で、前記突片(41)の下方に進入する破壊手段(101)を設けており、前記錠前手段(84)により固定ロックした状態で、前記解錠装置(3)をカバー部材(83)から下向きに引き離すと、前記破壊手段(101)が前記突片(41)を破壊するように構成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。 - 前記カバー部材(83)は、開姿勢(P3)に位置させられたとき、前記解錠部(40)の頂面(40c)に載置されることにより、該カバー部材(83)を開姿勢(P3)に保持する保持座(102)を備えて成ることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の商品展示ケースの盗難防止装置。
