Abstract
Description
まず、第1実施形態に係る吸収性物品1の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る吸収性物品1を示す分解斜視図である。図2は、第1実施形態に係る吸収性物品1を示す平面図である。図3は、第1実施形態に係る吸収性物品1を示す断面図(図2のA-A断面図)である。図4は、第1実施形態に係る吸収性物品1を示す断面図(図2のB-B断面図)である。なお、第1実施形態では、吸収性物品1は、パンツ型のオムツである。
上述した第1実施形態に係る吸収性物品1は、以下のように変更してもよい。なお、上述した第1実施形態に係る吸収性物品1と同一部分には同一の符号を付して、相違する部分を主として説明する。

Claims (10)
- 着用者の肌に接する表面シートと、
着用時において外側に位置する外装シートと、
前記表面シートと前記外装シートとの間に設けられる吸収体とを備え、
前記着用者の前胴回りに対応する前胴回り領域と、
前記着用者の後胴回りに対応する後胴回り領域とが設けられた吸収性物品であって、
前記吸収性物品の幅方向に沿って伸縮するように配設される第1弾性体と、
前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って伸縮するように配設される第2弾性体と
を備え、
前記前胴回り領域及び前記後胴回り領域は、前記吸収性物品の幅方向外側の端部に位置する一対の側縁部を有し、
前記吸収体には、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って形成される屈曲部が設けられ、
前記第1弾性体は、前記前胴回り領域及び前記後胴回り領域の少なくとも一方の領域において、一方の前記側縁部から他方の前記側縁部まで連続し、
前記第2弾性体は、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に対して伸張された状態で、前記吸収性物品の幅方向における中央部に設けられるとともに、前記吸収性物品の厚み方向において前記前胴回り領域及び前記後胴回り領域の何れか一方と重なり、
前記第2弾性体の少なくとも一部は、前記第1弾性体と交差するとともに、前記吸収性物品の厚み方向において前記屈曲部と重なる吸収性物品。 - 前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿った前記第2弾性体の長さは、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿った前記屈曲部の長さよりも短い請求項1に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って伸縮するように配設される第3弾性体を備え、
前記第3弾性体は、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に対して伸張された状態で、前記吸収体の両側部と前記第2弾性体との間に設けられる請求項1または2に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記屈曲部は、
前記吸収性物品の幅方向における中央部に形成される中央屈曲部と、
前記中央屈曲部よりも前記吸収性物品の幅方向外側に形成される側部屈曲部と
を有する請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記吸収体よりも前記表面シート側に位置する表面側シートと前記吸収体とが接合される表面側接合部と、
前記吸収体よりも前記外装シート側に位置する外装側シートと前記吸収体とが接合される外装側接合部と
を備え、
前記第2弾性体は、前記吸収性物品の幅方向において前記表面側接合部または外装側接合部とずれて設けられる請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 一対の前記胴回り領域間には、前記着用者の股下に対応する股下領域が設けられ、
前記吸収体は、
前記前胴回り領域及び前記後胴回り領域に位置する胴回り部分と、
前記吸収性物品の長手方向における前記股下領域の中央に位置する中央股下部分と、
前記胴回り部分と前記中央股下部分との間に位置する中間股下部分と
を有し、
前記吸収性物品の幅方向に沿った前記中間股下部分の幅は、前記吸収性物品の幅方向に沿った前記中央股下部分の幅よりも狭い請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って配設され、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って伸縮する第3弾性体を備え、
前記第3弾性体は、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に対して伸張された状態で、前記吸収体の両側部と前記第2弾性体との間に設けられるとともに、前記吸収性物品の厚み方向において前記中央股下部分と重なる請求項6に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って配設され、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って伸縮する第3弾性体を備え、
前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿った前記第3弾性体の長さは、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿った中央股下部分の長さよりも長い請求項6または7に記載の吸収性物品。 - 着用者の肌に接する液透過性の表面シートと、着用時において外側に位置する外装シートと、前記表面シートと前記外装シートとの間に設けられる吸収体とを備え、前記着用者の前胴回りに対応する前胴回り領域と、前記着用者の後胴回りに対応する後胴回り領域とが設けられた吸収性物品の製造方法であって、
前記前胴回り領域が連続した前胴回りウェブと、前記後胴回り領域が連続した後胴回りウェブとの少なくとも一方に、前記前胴回りウェブ及び前記後胴回りウェブの搬送方向に沿って伸縮する第1弾性体の少なくとも一部を伸張させた状態で接合する工程と、
前記前胴回りウェブと前記後胴回りウェブとの間に、前記前胴回りウェブ及び前記後胴回りウェブの搬送方向に直交する直交方向に沿って伸縮する第2弾性体を伸張させた状態で配置する工程と、
前記前胴回りウェブと前記後胴回りウェブとの間に、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿った屈曲部が形成された前記吸収体を配置する工程と
を備え、
前記第2弾性体を伸張させた状態で配置する工程では、前記吸収性物品の厚み方向において前記前胴回りウェブ及び前記後胴回りウェブの何れか一方に前記第2弾性体を重ねるとともに、前記第1弾性体に前記第2弾性体の少なくとも一部を交差させ、
前記吸収体を配置する工程では、前記第2弾性体の少なくとも一部に前記屈曲部を重ねる吸収性物品の製造方法。 - 着用者の肌に接する液透過性の表面シートと、着用時において外側に位置する外装シートと、前記表面シートと前記外装シートとの間に設けられる吸収体とを備え、前記着用者の前胴回りに対応する前胴回り領域と、前記着用者の後胴回りに対応する後胴回り領域とが設けられた吸収性物品の製造方法であって、
前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿った屈曲部が形成された前記吸収体を成型する工程と、
前記吸収体に少なくとも前記表面シートが連続した表面シートウェブを貼り付ける工程と、
前記前胴回り領域が連続した前胴回りウェブと、前記後胴回り領域が連続した後胴回りウェブとの少なくとも一方に、前記前胴回りウェブ及び前記後胴回りウェブの搬送方向に沿って伸縮する第1弾性体の少なくとも一部を伸張させた状態で接合する工程と、
前記前胴回りウェブと前記後胴回りウェブとの間に、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿った屈曲部が形成される前記吸収体を配置する工程と
を備え、
前記表面シートウェブを貼り付ける工程では、前記表面シートウェブの搬送方向に沿って伸縮する第2弾性体を伸張させた状態で配置するとともに、前記第2弾性体を前記屈曲部の少なくとも一部に重なるように貼り付け、
前記吸収体を配置する工程では、前記吸収性物品の厚み方向において前記前胴回りウェブ及び前記後胴回りウェブの何れか一方に前記第2弾性体を重ねるとともに、前記第1弾性体に前記第2弾性体の少なくとも一部を交差させる吸収性物品の製造方法。
