如图 3、 图 4所示, 在上述实施例中空心圆管弹性预紧机构包括空心圆管 4两端的拉簧基座 18A、 18B、 拉簧基座 18A、 18B外侧中心嵌有的轴承 19A、 19B、 两条折弯成近 90度的拉簧套轴 20A、 20B、 顺时针拉簧 22和逆时针拉 簧 21, 拉簧套轴 20A、 20B分别由拉簧基座 18A、 18B和轴承 19A、 19B中心 穿过, 顺时针拉簧 22套接在拉簧套轴 20A上, 顺时针拉簧 22的一端固定在 拉簧基座 18A上、另一端固定在拉簧套轴 20A的端部, 逆时针拉簧 21套接在 拉簧套轴 20B上 (所谓顺时针拉簧 22和逆时针拉簧 21主要指两者的弹簧旋 转方向是相反的) , 逆时针拉簧 21的一端固定在拉簧基座 18B上、 另一端固 定在拉簧套轴 20B的端部, 所述拉簧套轴 20A、 20B外侧端部均与提拉横管 23连接, 遮阳防尘布体 1后端带有收卷弹性固定装置 37, 收卷弹性固定装置 37可扣住提拉横管 23。使用者可以通过控制提拉横管 23绕空心圆管 4的转动 调整弹性预紧力的大小,调整完毕后由固定装置 37限定提拉横管 23与空心圆 管 4的转动关系, 在本实施例中固定装置 37为收卷弹性固定带, 提拉横管 23 通过收卷弹性固定带连接遮阳防尘布体 1, 由此固定两者的转动位置关系, 当 遮阳防尘布体 1被拉开时, 遮阳防尘布体 1需要克服弹性预紧力, 收卷时遮阳 防尘布体 1受到弹性预紧力的作用具有一定回复收卷的力。
如图 1所示,在上述实施例中前段布体 5和后段布体 6的左右两边上均分 别有一个狭长的三角形的多余布体折叠区域 15A、 15B、 15C、 15D, 折叠区域 的存在主要是避免遮阳防尘布体 1前后 4个侧端着地。
如图 1、 图 6所示, 在上述实施例中遮阳防尘布体 1上分布有多列硬质中 间衬垫 24, 在此每列中间衬垫 24指图 1、 图 8、 图 9中纵向或者沿布体长度 方向排布的一列, 中间衬垫 24—般采用硬质、 轻薄且韧性较好的玻璃纤维片 材, 如图 6所示可以直接将中间衬垫 24通过覆盖布体缝制在遮阳防尘布体 1 上, 中间衬垫 24沿遮阳防尘布体 1的收卷和展开的方向排列并横向贴合在遮 阳防尘布体 1上,在实际操作中以图 1为例一般沿遮阳防尘布体 1的收卷和展 开的方向就是指布体的纵向或者长度方向, 相邻两列中间衬垫 24之间的间隔 处 39处于遮阳防尘布体 1需要折叠的位置。 中间衬垫 24沿遮阳防尘布体 1 的长度方向排列的设置使较为柔软的布体能够较方便的平整收卷,而相邻两列 中间衬垫 24的间隔处 39的设置能够使布体沿间隔处 39的折叠翻转更加便利、 平整, 而且布体侧翼设置中间衬垫 24后可以撑开一部分空间, 有利于隔开热 量的传递, 且布体展开后随风摆动还可以散热。在本实施例中前段布体 5和后 段布体 6靠近布体收卷机构 2的一段区域内沿遮阳防尘布体 1长度方向(也就 是纵向)横向贴合着布体中间衬垫 24,所述前段左侧布体 7、前段右侧布体 8、 后段左侧布体 9和后段右侧布体 10靠近布体收卷机构的一段区域内沿遮阳防 尘布体 1长度方向均横向贴合着布体中间衬垫 24。
如图 8、 图 9所示, 本发明提供的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷的第二种实施例 与第一种实施例基本相同,其区别主要在于遮阳防尘布体 1是否为整体的结构 (所谓整体包括缝合连接的布体),在本实施例中遮阳防尘布体 1为一块整体 布体, 遮阳防尘布体 1包括中间布体 36、左侧布体 25和右侧布体 26 (中间布 体 36、 左侧布体 25和右侧布体 26仅由折痕隔离, 三者连接处未分割) , 在 制作时中间布体 36的宽度比一般车体顶背的宽度窄,便于左侧布体 25和右侧 布体 26展开后利用中间衬垫 24支撑在车体顶背, 从而形成一定的隔热空间, 左侧布体 25与中间布体 36配置有第五连接扣 31A、 31B、 31C、 31D, 右侧布 体 26与中间布体 36配置有第六连接扣 32A、 32B、 32C、 32D, 上述第五连接 扣和第六连接扣的作用就是将左侧布体 25和右侧布体 26折叠后贴合在中间布 体 36上, 其中左侧布体 25和右侧布体 26中间纵向排列有中间衬垫 24, 中间 布体 36、 左侧布体 25和右侧布体 26靠近布体收卷机构的中间区域纵向排列 有中间衬垫 24。 如图 9所示为了增加遮盖面积, 遮阳防尘布体 1还包括左侧 边缘布体 29和右侧边缘布体 30,左侧边缘布体 29连接在左侧布体 25的左边, 右侧边缘布体 30连接在右侧布体 26的右边, 左侧边缘布体 29与左侧布体 25 存在第七连接扣 33A、 33B、 33E、 33F, 右侧边缘布体 30与右侧布体 26存在 第八连接扣 33C、 33D、 33G、 33H, 以图 9为例第七连接扣 33B、 33F和第八连 接扣 33C、 33G处于布体下面, 上述第七连接扣和第八连接扣作用就是将左侧 边缘布体 29折叠后贴合在左侧布体 25上, 以及将右侧边缘布体 30折叠后贴 合右侧布体 26上, 当需要展开左侧边缘布体 29和右侧边缘布体 30遮挡车体 更多部位时, 拉开第九连接扣、第八连接扣和第七连接扣, 然后放下左侧边缘 布体 29和右侧边缘布体 30即可,当汽车需要长期停放时可以将左侧边缘布体 29和右侧边缘布体 30放下进行更加严密的遮盖, 平时使用可以将左侧边缘布 体 29和右侧边缘布体 30贴合并粘扣在左侧布体 25和右侧布体 26上,只放下 左侧布体 25和右侧布体 26遮盖车体, 这样使用更加方便收卷和展开。
如图 8、 图 10所示, 在上述第二种实施例中为了使遮阳防尘布体 1能够 更加方便且稳固地连接于空心圆管 4上, 遮阳防尘布体 1上缝制有小布套 40, 小布套 40内设置有硬质管棒 41, 空心圆管 4上沿长度方向开设有开口槽 42, 带有硬质管棒 41的小布套 40嵌入空心圆管 4上的开口槽 42内, 开口槽 42 带有分布在空心圆管 4上的两端开口, 嵌入方式是从开口槽 42的侧面插入, 开口槽 42的宽度小于硬质管棒 41的直径, 小布套 40插入后被卡在开口槽 42 以内, 从而实现与空心圆管 4的稳固连接。 本结构主要适用于遮阳防尘布体 1 为整体的结构。
上述第一、 第二种实施例中空心圆管 4、 操作管棒 35和安装管棒 38等容 易对车体形成磨损的部件一般包裹有塑料发泡材料以保护车体。
下面详细介绍本发明第二种实施例的操作方式 (第一种实施例可参照) : 1、 在平常状态下遮阳防尘布体 1受弹性预紧机构的作用处于收卷状态, 被放 置并连接在汽车后备箱内, 需要使用时使用者可手提提拉横管 23拉动遮阳防 尘布体 1从后备箱的车盖下面出来,遮阳防尘布体 1被拉出后其锁孔 3位置对 准后备箱锁, 盖上车盖, 然后向车体前方拉动操作管棒, 使空心圆管 4随之在 车体上滚动, 将中间布体 36展开并遮盖在车体上部中间, 之后将固定绳带 16 扣于车牌上 (也可扣在车牌的绳带固定螺钉 34上的环形扣槽内) , 最后将折 叠在中间布体 36上的两侧的布体(如左侧布体 25、 右侧布体 26、左侧边缘布 体 29和右侧边缘布体 30 ) 展开, 就此完成车体遮盖。 2、 需要收卷时只需将 两侧布体折叠到中间布体 36上,然后拉开固定绳带 16,接着手扶操作管棒 35 任自动收卷机构 2自行将遮阳防尘布体 1收卷到后备箱处(有时需要手动辅助 调整和拉动) , 收卷时空心圆管 4随之在车体上滚动, 然后打开后备箱将整个 遮阳防尘篷放入即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 包括遮阳防尘布体(1)和布体收卷机构 (2) , 其特征在是: 所述遮阳防尘布体(1)连接于车后备箱内, 遮阳防尘布 体 (1) 上对应后备箱锁的位置开设有锁孔 (3) , 所述布体收卷机构 (2) 包 括空心圆管(4)和空心圆管弹性预紧机构, 所述遮阳防尘布体(1) 围绕空心 圆管(4)收卷, 通过调整弹性预紧机构可产生促使空心圆管(4)转动的弹性 预紧力,所述空心圆管(4)与遮阳防尘布体(1)中部连接,遮阳防尘布体(1) 的前端设置有操作管棒 (35) 和连接装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其特征是: 所述遮阳 防尘布体 (1)包括前段布体 (5) 、 后段布体 (6) , 前段布体 (5) 后端固定 在空心圆管 (4) 上、 操作管棒 (35) 和连接装置处于前段布体 (5) 前端, 后 段布体 (6) 前端与空心圆管 (4) 连接、 后段布体 (6) 后端连接在车后备箱 内。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其特征是: 所述遮阳 防尘布体 (1) 为一块整体布体。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其特征是: 所述 空心圆管弹性预紧机构包括空心圆管 (4)两端的拉簧基座 (18A、 18B) 、 拉 簧基座(18A、 18B)外侧中心嵌有的轴承 (19A、 19B)、两条拉簧套轴(20A、 20B) 、 顺时针拉簧 (22) 和逆时针拉簧 (21) , 所述拉簧套轴 (20A、 20B) 分别由拉簧基座 (18A、 18B) 和轴承 (19A、 19B) 中心穿过, 所述顺时针拉 簧 (22) 套接在拉簧套轴 (20A) 上, 顺时针拉簧 (22) 的一端固定在拉簧基 座 (18A) 上、 另一端固定在拉簧套轴 (20A) 的端部, 所述逆时针拉簧 (21) 套接在拉簧套轴 (20B) 上, 逆时针拉簧 (21) 的一端固定在拉簧基座 (18B) 上、 另一端固定在拉簧套轴 (20B) 的端部, 所述拉簧套轴 (20A、 20B)外侧 端部均与提拉横管 (23) 连接。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其特征是: 前段布体 (5) 左右两侧分别连接前段左侧布体 (7)和前段右侧布体 (8), 前段左侧布体
(7)与前段布体 (5) 配置有折叠后扣接的第一连接扣 (11A) , 前段右侧布体 (8)与前段布体 (5) 配置有折叠后扣接的第一连接扣 (11B) ; 所述后段布体 (6)左右两侧分别连接后段左侧布体 (9)和后段右侧布体(10),后段左侧布体
(9)与后段布体 (6) 配置有折叠后扣接的第二连接扣 (12A) , 后段右侧布体
(10)与后段布体(6)配置有折叠后扣接的第二连接扣 (12B) , 所述前段左侧 布体 (7)与后段左侧布体 (9)配置有展开后扣接的第三连接扣 (13A、 13B) , 所 述前段右侧布体 (8)与后段右侧布体(10)配置有展开后扣接的第四连接扣
(14A、 14B) 。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其特征是: 所述遮阳 防尘布体 (1) 包括中间布体 (36) 、 左侧布体 (25) 和右侧布体 (26) , 左 侧布体 (25) 与中间布体 (36) 配置有第五连接扣 (31A、 31B、 31C、 31D) , 右侧布体(26)与中间布体(36)配置有第六连接扣(32A、 32B、 32C、 32D) 。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其特征是: 所述遮阳 防尘布体 (1) 还包括左侧边缘布体 (29) 和右侧边缘布体 (30) , 左侧边缘 布体(29)连接在左侧布体(25) 的左边, 右侧边缘布体(30)连接在右侧布 体(26)的右边, 左侧边缘布体(29)与左侧布体(25)存在第八连接扣(33A、 33B、 33E、 33F),右侧边缘布体(30)与右侧布体(26)存在第九连接扣(33C、 33D、 33G、 33H) 。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 3或 6或 7所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其特征 是: 所述遮阳防尘布体 (1) 上缝制有小布套 (40) , 小布套 (40) 内设置有 硬质管棒 (41) , 空心圆管 (4) 上沿长度方向开设有开口槽 (42) , 带有硬 质管棒 (41) 的小布套 (40) 嵌入空心圆管 (4) 上的开口槽 (42) 内。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 3或 6或 7所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其特征 是: 所述遮阳防尘布体 (1) 前端配置的连接装置包括固定绳带 (16) 和可替 换车牌固定螺钉的绳带固定螺钉(34) , 固定绳带(16)连接于操作管棒 (35) 上, 绳带固定螺钉(34)包括前端螺钉段和后端扣接段, 扣接段环形分布有扣 槽 (43) 。
10、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 6或 7所述的车载型汽车遮阳防尘篷, 其 特征是: 所述遮阳防尘布体 (1) 上分布有多列硬质中间衬垫 (24), 中间衬垫 (24)沿遮阳防尘布体 (1) 的收卷和展开的方向排列并横向贴合在遮阳防尘布 体 (1)上, 相邻两列中间衬垫(24)之间的间隔处 (39)处于遮阳防尘布体 (1) 需要折叠的位置。
