本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型的两侧的立架和底板架以及前板架和后板架互相采用铰接形式连接,在使用时将两侧的立架立起,前板架和后板架以铰链为中心向上转动,让前板架和后板架的上边两侧垂钩绕过立架上方框架中横杆的卸架斜边卡靠在支承斜端上,利用支承斜端与方框架的连接部位形成的锐角自锁,组成一个储物筐,如果有两个或以上的储物筐需要层叠时,可以让其中一个储物筐的立架中脚架的梯形封闭环端或水平脚环套装在另一个储物筐的立架中方框架的上边角上,组成层层叠置;折叠时,只需要将前板架和后板架的上边两侧垂钩解除自锁松开后转动绕到卸架斜边下,然后张开两侧的立架,让前板架和后板架继续转动先后向底板架背面折叠一起,让两侧的立架转动先后向底板架正面折叠一起,这样就可以包装运输或储藏,如果底板架两侧采用开式卡扣作为与两侧立架铰接的铰链,则底板架可以与两侧的立架分离,拆装时可以将底板架以及前板架和后板架折叠一起,两侧立架叠置其上包装一起;增加涨紧式层板,可以增加一种物品托盘功能;所以本实用新型具有除可单独使用还可层叠连接使用,安装容易,且储物筐可以折叠或拆散叠置,使包装和运输所占的体积大大减少,降低包装和运输成本的有益效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的可层叠组合储物筐作更详细的说明。
由图1~27所示,本实用新型的可层叠组合储物筐包括两侧的立架1和底板架2以及前板架3和后板架4,前板架3和后板架4的下边分别通过铰链A5连接于底板架2的前后两边,而底板架2的两侧分别通过铰链B6连接于两侧立架1的下边,所述前板架3和后板架4的上边均有向两侧延伸的垂钩7,该垂钩7可以做成直杆端向下折弯九十度的样子,所述的立架1包括一个方框架11和一个脚架12,其中方框架11中设置有若干横杆13,其中至少有两条横杆的两端中,至少一端具有上折弯15,该两条横杆的上折弯15以对角线位置布局,所述的上折弯15包括从横杆13本体斜向上折弯的卸架斜边151和从该斜边上端向下略折弯的支承斜端152,所述支承斜端152与方框架11的连接部位形成一个锐角卡位,所述的前板架3和后板架4的上边两侧垂钩7绕过卸架斜边151卡靠在支承斜端152上自锁,所述脚架12是由一个金属线扁环折弯成的梯形,梯形两端的脚为闭环端,两端闭环的内距离微大于方框架11上端的外宽度,脚架梯形上边夹持住方框架11的下边并焊接固定。本实施例中,全部采用铁线工艺方式制作,方框架11中设置有三条横杆13,其中最上的两条横杆的两端中,均具有上折弯15,也可以其中一端具有上折弯15,但该两条横杆的上折弯15要以对角线位置布局,才能相应安装前板架3和后板架4,一般前板架3的高度比后板架4的高度低,使储物筐有一个入口,方便储取物品;方框架11中最底下的一条横杆13可以作为铰链B6的铰轴。
由图1~24所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之一是:所述脚架12的梯形两端脚的闭环端还反折成水平脚环14,两端的水平脚环内距离微大于方框架11上端的外宽度。这种方式,水平脚环14接触承载面的面积加大,能更好使储物筐放置平稳。
由图1~27所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之二是:所述的铰链A5包括设置在底板架2前后两边缘的横轴杆51,和从前板架3和后板架4的下边所延伸出的、至少有两个的封闭式环扣52,该封闭式环扣52活动套接在横轴杆51上。封闭式环扣52可以让底板架2与前板架3和后板架4连接成一体化活接结构。
由图1~27所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之三是:所述的铰链B6包括方框架11的若干横杆13中最底下的一根作为横轴61,和从底板架2两侧延伸出的、一侧至少有两个的闭式环扣62,该闭式环扣62活动套接在横轴61上。闭式环扣62可以让底板架2与底板架2连接成一体化活接结构。
由图1~27所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之四是:所述的铰链B6包括方框架11的若干横杆13中最底下的一根作为横轴61,和从底板架2两侧延伸出的、一侧至少有两个的开式卡扣63,该开式卡扣63卡接在横轴61上。开式卡扣63可以让底板架2与底板架2的连接是可以拆除的,使用时扣上,折叠时拆除。开式卡扣63可以做成直杆端向上折弯九十度的样子,可与垂钩7为上下对称形式。
由图13所示,对本实用新型的优选实施方式之四的进一步优选是:所述横轴61的两端至少有一端具有下折弯16,所述的下折弯16包括从横轴61本体斜向下折弯的装架斜边161和从该装架斜边上端向上略折弯的卡承斜端162,所述卡承斜端162与方框架11的连接部位形成一个锐角卡位,所述的底板架2两侧延伸出的开式卡扣63卡靠在卡承斜端162上自锁。这是对开式卡扣63的一个定位限制,防止滑出。下折弯16可以做成与上折弯15为上下对称形式。
由图19~24所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之五是:所述立架1中方框架11的一侧边由上段的垂直段111和中段的向外下斜段112及下段的向外上斜段113连接而成,其中方框架11的上端外宽度与下端的外宽度一致。该种方式使储物筐的入口斜向上开,方便储取物品,并使两个或以上的储物筐层叠一起时方便整齐牢固。
由图1~27所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之六是:所述的立架1中方框架11和底板架2以及前板架3和后板架4的架内均设置有栅栏网格。栅栏网格大小的设置要看储物筐放置物品的大小,可以采用栅条方式排成栅栏网格,也可以采用冲制网板或铁线网板、孔板等设置,所有具有通透孔板都可以作为栅栏网格设置。
由图17、18、24所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之七是:在所述方框架11的若干横杆13中,处于上面一条带上折弯15的横杆13以上的横杆,作为层板承杆81,上面放置有层板8。本实施方式中,方框架11中可以设置有四条以上横杆13,其中最底下一条横杆作为铰链B6的铰轴,再上的两条横杆作为前板架3和后板架4的上边自锁定位杆,除这三条外,上面作为层板承杆81的横杆数量,要根据层板的数量需要设定,本实施例设定一块层板,方框架11中设置有四条横杆13,层板采用涨紧式层板。
由图15、16、23所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之八是:所述的两侧立架1和底板架2以及前板架3和后板架4均至少有两套,其中一套立架的脚架12水平脚环14套装在另一套立架的方框架11的上边角上,组成层叠。这是两个或以上的储物筐上下层叠一起的叠置方式,可以加大储物空间。
由图1~27所示,作为本实用新型的优选实施方式之九是:所述垂钩7的外表面上还包有一软胶塑层71。这种实施方式是防止前板架3和后板架4绕铰链A5转动卡靠到上折弯15时使垂钩7或立架1磨损,同时可以克服一些自锁位置间微小的尺寸误差,可以让前板架3和后板架4不易松脱,自锁牢固。
由于本实用新型的两侧的立架1和底板架2以及前板架3和后板架4互相采用铰接形式连接,在使用时将两侧的立架1立起,前板架3和后板架4以铰链为中心向上转动,让前板架3和后板架4的上边两侧垂钩7绕过立架1上方框架11中横杆13的卸架斜边151卡靠在支承斜端152上,利用支承斜端152与方框架11的连接部位形成的锐角卡位自锁,组成一个储物筐,如果有两个或以上的储物筐需要层叠时,可以让其中一个储物筐的立架1中脚架12的梯形封闭环端或水平脚环14套装在另一个储物筐的立架1中方框架11的上边角上,组成层层叠置;折叠时,只需要将前板架3和后板架4的上边两侧垂钩7解除自锁松开后转动绕到卸架斜边151下,然后张开两侧的立架1,让前板架3和后板架4继续转动先后向底板架2背面折叠一起,让两侧的立架1转动先后向底板架2正面折叠一起,这样就可以包装运输或储藏,如果底板架2两侧采用开式卡扣作为与两侧立架1铰接的铰链,则底板架2可以与两侧的立架11分离,拆装时可以将底板架2以及前板架3和后板架4折叠一起,两侧立架1分别叠置其上包装一起;增加涨紧式层板,可以增加一种物品托盘功能;所以本实用新型具有除可单独使用还可层叠连接使用,安装容易,且储物筐可以折叠或拆散叠置,使包装和运输所占的体积大大减少,降低包装和运输成本的有益效果。
以上所述只是本实用新型优选的实施方式,其并不构成对本实用新型保护范围的限制,如在方框架11和底板架2以及前板架3和后板架4的架内也可以设置诸如塑料板、塑料网板、金属板、木板、网布、纺织布等等封装,只要是以基本相同的手段实现本实用新型的目的,都应属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可层叠组合储物筐,包括两侧的立架(1)和底板架(2)以及前板架(3)和后板架(4),其特征在于:前板架(3)和后板架(4)的下边分别通过铰链A(5)连接于底板架(2)的前后两边,而底板架(2)的两侧分别通过铰链B(6)连接于两侧立架(1)的下边,所述前板架(3)和后板架(4)的上边均有向两侧延伸的垂钩(7),所述的立架(1)包括一个方框架(11)和一个脚架(12),其中方框架(11)中设置有若干横杆(13),其中至少有两条横杆的两端中,至少一端具有上折弯(15),该两条横杆的上折弯(15)以对角线位置布局,所述的上折弯(15)包括从横杆(13)本体斜向上折弯的卸架斜边(151)和从该斜边上端向下略折弯的支承斜端(152),所述支承斜端(152)与方框架(11)的连接部位形成一个锐角卡位,所述的前板架(3)和后板架(4)的上边两侧垂钩(7)绕过卸架斜边(151)卡靠在支承斜端(152)上自锁,所述脚架(12)是由一个金属线扁环折弯成的梯形,梯形两端的脚为闭环端,两端闭环的内距离微大于方框架(11)上端的外宽度,脚架梯形上边夹持住方框架(11)的下边并焊接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述脚架(12)的梯形两端脚的闭环端还反折成水平脚环(14),两端的水平脚环内距离微大于方框架(11)上端的外宽度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述的铰链A(5)包括设置在底板架(2)前后两边缘的横轴杆(51),和从前板架(3)和后板架(4)的下边所延伸出的、至少有两个的封闭式环扣(52),该封闭式环扣(52)活动套接在横轴杆(51)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述的铰链B(6)包括方框架(11)的若干横杆(13)中最底下的一根作为横轴(61),和从底板架(2)两侧延伸出的、一侧至少有两个的闭式环扣(62),该闭式环扣(62)活动套接在横轴(61)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述的铰链B(6)包括方框架(11)的若干横杆(13)中最底下的一根作为横轴(61),和从底板架(2)两侧延伸出的、一侧至少有两个的开式卡扣(63),该开式卡扣(63)卡接在横轴(61)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述横轴(61)的两端至少有一端具有下折弯(16),所述的下折弯(16)包括从横轴(61)本体斜向下折弯的装架斜边(161)和从该装架斜边上端向上略折弯的卡承斜端(162),所述卡承斜端(162)与方框架(11)的连接部位形成一个锐角卡位,所述的底板架(2)两侧延伸出的开式卡扣(63)卡靠在卡承斜端(162)上自锁。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述立架(1)中方框架(11)的一侧边由上段的垂直段(111)和中段的向外下斜段(112)及下段的向外上斜段(113)连接而成,其中方框架(11)的上端外宽度与下端的外宽度一致。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述的立架(1)中方框架(11)和底板架(2)以及前板架(3)和后板架(4)的架内均设置有栅栏网格。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:在所述方框架(11)的若干横杆(13)中,处于上面一条带上折弯(15)的横杆(13)以上的横杆,作为层板承杆(81),上面放置有层板(8)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述的两侧立架(1)和底板架(2)以及前板架(3)和后板架(4)均至少有两套,其中一套立架的脚架(12)水平脚环(14)套装在另一套立架的方框架(11)的上边角上,组成层叠。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可层叠组合储物筐,其特征在于:所述垂钩(7)的外表面上还包有一软胶塑层(71)。
