図1乃至図5を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの構成について説明する。
図6及び図7を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの動作について説明する。
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムによれば、W-CDMA方式の移動通信システムにおける移動局UEの通信開始手順において、交換局20が、フェムトセルの周波数を取得することができるため、新たなプロトコルシーケンスを設ける必要がない。

Claims (9)
- フェムトセルにて待ち受けを行っている移動局の通信開始手順において、交換局が、制御装置において保持されている該フェムトセルの周波数及び該フェムトセルを一意に特定するフェムトIDを取得する工程Aと、
前記交換局及びホームロケーションレジスタが、前記移動局の加入者情報に、取得された前記フェムトセルの周波数及び前記フェムトセルIDを関連付けて記憶する工程Bと、
前記制御装置が、マクロセルに在圏している前記移動局との間で設定された無線コネクションを介して該移動局から送信された位置登録要求信号を、前記交換局に送信する工程Cと、
前記交換局及び前記ホームロケーションレジスタが、受信した前記位置登録要求信号に応じて、前記マクロセルと地理的に重畳する前記フェムトセルが属する位置登録エリアに対する前記移動局の位置登録を行う工程Dと、
前記位置登録の完了後の前記無線コネクションの解放手順において、前記交換局が、前記フェムトセルの周波数を前記制御装置に通知し、該制御装置が、通知された該フェムトセルの周波数を前記移動局に通知する工程Eと、
前記移動局が、通知された前記フェムトセルの周波数にて待ち受けを開始する工程Fと
を有することを特徴とする移動通信方法。 - 前記工程Aにおいて、前記制御装置は、前記交換局に対して、前記フェムトセルの周波数及び前記フェムトセルIDを含む「INITIAL UE MESSAGE」を送信し、該交換局は、前記「INITIAL UE MESSAGE」に含まれる該フェムトセルの周波数及び該フェムトセルIDを取得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。
- 前記工程Eにおいて、前記交換局は、「IU RELEASE COMMAND」を用いて前記フェムトセルの周波数を前記制御装置に通知し、該制御装置は、「RRC CONNECTION RELEASE」を用いて該フェムトセルの周波数を前記移動局に通知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。
- フェムトセルにて待ち受けを行っている移動局の通信開始手順において、交換局に対して、保持している該フェムトセルの周波数及び該フェムトセルを一意に特定するフェムトIDを通知するように構成されている交換局通知部と、
マクロセルに在圏している前記移動局との間で設定された無線コネクションを介して該移動局から送信された位置登録要求信号を、前記交換局に送信するように構成されている位置登録要求信号送信部と、
前記交換局が、受信した前記位置登録要求信号に応じて、前記マクロセルと地理的に重畳する前記フェムトセルが属する位置登録エリアに対する前記移動局の位置登録を行った場合、該位置登録の完了後の前記無線コネクションの解放手順において、前記交換局から通知された該フェムトセルの周波数を前記移動局に通知するように構成されている移動局通知部とを具備することを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記交換局通知部は、前記交換局に対して、前記フェムトセルの周波数及び前記フェムトセルIDを含む「INITIAL UE MESSAGE」を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の制御装置。
- 前記移動局通知部は、「RRC CONNECTION RELEASE」を用いて前記フェムトセルの周波数を前記移動局に通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の制御装置。
- 交換局であって、
フェムトセルにて待ち受けを行っている移動局の通信開始手順において、制御装置において保持されている該フェムトセルの周波数及び該フェムトセルを一意に特定するフェムトIDを取得するように構成されている取得部と、
ホームロケーションレジスタと協働して、前記移動局の加入者情報に、取得した前記フェムトセルの周波数及び前記フェムトセルIDを関連付けて記憶するように構成されている記憶部と、
前記制御装置が、マクロセルに在圏している前記移動局との間で設定された無線コネクションを介して該移動局から送信された位置登録要求信号を、前記交換局に送信した場合に、受信した該位置登録要求信号に応じて、該マクロセルと地理的に重畳する前記フェムトセルが属する位置登録エリアに対する前記移動局の位置登録を行うように構成されている位置登録処理部と、
前記位置登録の完了後の前記無線コネクションの解放手順において、前記フェムトセルの周波数を前記制御装置に通知するように構成されている制御装置通知部とを具備することを特徴とする交換局。 - 前記取得部は、前記制御装置によって送信された「INITIAL UE MESSAGE」に含まれる前記フェムトセルの周波数及び前記フェムトセルIDを取得するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の交換局。
- 前記制御装置通知部は、「IU RELEASE COMMAND」を用いて前記フェムトセルの周波数を前記制御装置に通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の交換局。
