Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent commandé par tension comprenant un matériau électroluminescent et des nanocristaux semi-conducteurs, des petites molécules organiques luminescentes, des mélanges de molécules émettrices ou des polymères conducteurs. Les nanocristaux semi-conducteurs, les petites molécules organiques luminescentes, les mélanges de molécules émettrices ou les polymères conducteurs émettent de la lumière. Les nanocristaux semi-conducteurs, les petites molécules organiques luminescentes, les mélanges de molécules émettrices ou les polymères conducteurs peuvent être dopés afin d'obtenir des caractéristiques d'émission souhaitées. Des dispositifs partageant un substrat et émettant plus d'une couleur peuvent être aisément élaborés.
