含有镓合金的温度计感温液
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃温度计用测量媒介。具体地说,是用于测量人体温度或动物体温的玻璃温度计感温液。
背景技术
目前,用于测量人体温度或动物体温的医用温度计,大都为玻璃温度计。这种玻璃温度计用空心玻璃棒和与该空心玻璃棒形成为一体的感温头组成。其中的感温头内罐装有感温液—汞。由于市售的汞达不到生产要求,因此需对其进行提纯处理。而在提纯处理过程中,难免会使其暴露在外。又由于汞为有毒物质且在17℃ 以上的温度下会挥发,所以,不管是在玻璃温度计的生产过程中,还是在其使用过程中损坏时,都会对人体健康造成危害。为此,有人提出了一种不用汞的温度计感温液,在这种感温液中,由于没有汞,因此避免了传统的汞所引起的一些问题。在申请人申请并获得授权的一项专利中,记载了这样的技术方案,其中:镓45-64.5份、铟20-32份、锡9-15份、锌9-15份。经过实际使用,发现这种金属合金其比重比汞轻,使用在体温计中会造成温度难以复原,即,在使用过后,难以将体温计的温度重新降低回复至人的正常体温以下;另外该合金在-5℃以上是液态,而低于-5℃会凝固。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有镓合金的温度计感温液,这种感温液,无毒且不会挥发,不会对人体健康造成危害。
本发明的上述目的由以下技术解决方案实现:
本发明的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,是用以下重量份数的原料经混合、加热而制成;
镓45-64.5; 铟20-32;锡9-15;锌9-15;锗0.005-0.01;铜0.002-0.01;其中:镓、铟、锡、锌、铜及锗的纯度分别大于99.99%、99.99%、99.5%、99.5%、99.5%。
配制时,先将所述原料全部放入封闭的不锈钢容器内,并对不锈钢容器抽真空,在真空条件下对所述原料加热至250-650℃,使所述原料熔化;然后让其自然冷却,即可制成本发明的含有镓合金的温度计感温液。
采用上述方案,具有以下优点:
由于本发明采用由镓、铟、锡和锌制成的镓合金替代传统的汞作为玻璃温度计的感温液,且镓合金无毒、不会挥发,因此,不管是在玻璃温度计的生产过程中,还是在其使用过程中损坏时,都不会对人体健康造成危害。尤其是在所述感温液中添加了锗与铜后,使这种感温液的温度应用范围可从原来的-10℃-620℃扩大到-15℃-1200℃,因此可应用于各种温度计中;同时,在原来的感温液中添加了锗与铜后,使本发明的感温液的比重能够接近或达到汞的比重,在使用时,医护人员或病员及家属可以方便地将温度计中的感温液复原,以备下一次使用。
具体实施方式
第一个实施例:
先将45份的镓、25.985份的铟、15份的锡、9份的锌、0.005份锗及0.01份铜放入封闭的不锈钢容器内,并对不锈钢容器抽真空,在真空条件下对其加热至250-650℃,使其熔化。然后让其自然冷却,即可制成本发明的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其中:镓、铟、锡、锌,铜及锗的纯度分别大于99.99%、99.99%、99.5%、99.5%、99.5%、99.5%.
在所述感温液中添加了锗和铜后,使这种感温液的温度应用范围可从原来的-10℃-620℃扩大到-15℃-1200℃,因此可应用于各种温度计中;同时在原来的感温液中添加了锗和铜后,使本发明的感温液比重能够接近或达到汞的比重,在使用时,护人员或病员及家属可以方便地将温度计中的感温液复原,以备下一次使用。
第二个实施例:
先将52份的镓、32份的铟、9份的锡、11.988份的锌、0.01份锗及0.002份铜放入封闭的不锈钢容器内,并对不锈钢容器抽真空,在真空条件下对其加热至250-650℃,使其熔化。然后让其自然冷却,即可制成本发明的还有镓合金的温度计感温液,其中:镓、铟、锡、锌、铜及锗的纯度分别大于99.99%、99.99%、99.5%、99.5%、99.5%、99.5%。
在所述感温液中添加了锗与铜后,使这种感温液的温度范围可从原来的-10℃-620℃扩大到-15℃-1200℃,因此可应用于各种温度计中;同时使原来的感温液中添加了锗与铜后,使本发明的感温液的比重能够接近或达到汞的比重,在使用时,护人员或病原及家属可以方便地将温度计中的感温液复原,以备下一次使用。
第三个实施例:
先将60份的镓、20份的铟、12份的锡、14.9865份的锌、0.0075份锗及0.006份铜放入封闭的不锈钢容器内,并对不锈钢容器抽真空,在真空条件下对其加热至250-650℃,使其熔化。然后让其自然冷却,即可制成本发明的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其中:镓、铟、锡、锌、铜及锗的纯度分别大于99.99%、99.99%、99.5%、99.5%、99.5%、99.5%。
在所述感温液中添加了锗和铜后,使这种感温液的温度应用范围可从原来的-10℃-620℃扩大到-15℃-1200℃,因此可应用于各种温度计中;同时在原来的感温液中添加了锗与铜后,使本发明的感温液的比重能够接近或达到汞的比重,在使用时,护人员或病员及家属可以方便地将温度计中的感温液复原,以备下一次使用。

Claims (1)

1、 含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其特征在于,所述感温液由以下重量份数的原料制成:镓45-64.5;铟20-32;锡9-15;锌9-15;锗0.005-0.01;铜0.002-0.01;配制时,先将所述原料全部放入封闭的不锈钢容器内,并对不锈钢容器抽真空,在真空条件下将所述原料加热至250-650℃,使所述原料熔化;然后让其自然冷却,制成含有镓合金的温度计感温液。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其特征在于,镓的纯度大于99.99%。
3、 根据权利要求1所述的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其特征在于,铟的纯度大于99.99%。
4、 根据权利要求1所述的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其特征在于,锡的纯度大于99.5%。
5、 根据权利要求1所述的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其特征在于,锌的纯度大于99.5%。
6、 根据权利要求1所述的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其特征在于,锗的纯度大于99.5%。
7、 根据权利要求1所述的含有镓合金的温度计感温液,其特征在于,铜的纯度大于99.5%。
