Abstract

本发明公开一种玻璃温度计用感温液。这种感温液,是用45~60份的镓、20~32份的铟、9~15份的锡和9~15份的锌,经混合、加热而制成。这种感温液,无毒且不会挥发,不会对人体健康造成危害。可用作测量人体温度或动物体温的玻璃温度计的测量媒介。

玻璃温度计用感温液
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃温度计用测量媒介。具体说,是用于测量人体温度或动物体温的玻璃温度计感温液。
(二)背景技术
目前,用于测量人体温度或动物体温的医用温度计,大都为玻璃温度计。这种玻璃温度计由空心玻璃棒和与该空心玻璃棒形成为一体的感温头组成。其中的感温头内灌装有感温液------汞。由于市售的贡达不到生产要求,因此需对其进行提纯处理。而在提纯处理过程中,难免会使其暴露在外。又由于汞为有毒物质且在17℃以上的温度下会变成气体而挥发,所以,不管是在玻璃温度计的生产过程中,还是在其使用过程中损坏时,都会对人体健康造成危害。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃温度计用感温液。这种感温液,无毒且不会挥发,不会对人体健康造成危害。
本发明的上述目的由以下技术解决方案实现:
本发明的玻璃温度计用感温液,是用以下重量份数的原料经混合、加热而制成:
镓45~60份、铟20~32份、锡9~15份、锌9~15份。其中:镓、铟、锡和锌的纯度分别大于99.9%、99.9%、99%和99%。
采用上述方案,具有以下优点:
由于本发明采用由镓、铟、锡和锌制成的镓合金替代传统的汞作为玻璃温度计的感温液,且镓合金无毒、不会挥发,因此,不管是在玻璃温度计的生产过程中,还是在其使用过程中损坏时,都不会对人体健康造成危害。
(四)具体实施方式
第一个实施例:
先将45份的镓、26份的铟、15份的锡和9份的锌放入封闭的不锈钢容器内,并对不锈钢容器抽真空,在真空条件下对其加热至250~350℃,使其熔化。然后让其自然冷却,即可制成本发明的玻璃温度计用感温液。其中:镓、铟、锡和锌的纯度分别大于99.9%、99.9%、99%和99%。
第二个实施例:
先将52份的镓、32份的铟、9份的锡和12份的锌放入封闭的不锈钢容器内,并对不锈钢容器抽真空,在真空条件下对其加热至250~350℃,使其熔化。然后让其自然冷却,即可制成本发明的玻璃温度计用感温液。其中:镓、铟、锡和锌的纯度分别大于99.9%、99.9%、99%和99%。
第三个实施例:
先将60份的镓、20份的铟、12份的锡和15份的锌放入封闭的不锈钢容器内,并对不锈钢容器抽真空,在真空条件下对其加热至250~350℃,使其熔化。然后让其自然冷却,即可制成本发明的玻璃温度计用感温液。其中:镓、铟、锡和锌的纯度分别大于99.9%、99.9%、99%和99%。

Claims (5)

1.玻璃温度计用感温液,其特征在于是用以下重量份数的原料:
镓45~60份、铟20~32份、锡9~15份、锌9~15份,在真空条件下对这些组合物质加热至250~350℃,使其熔化,然后自然冷却而制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃温度计用感温液,其特征在于镓的纯度大于99.9%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃温度计用感温液,其特征在于铟的纯度大于99.9%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃温度计用感温液,其特征在于锡的纯度大于99%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃温度计用感温液,其特征在于锌的纯度大于99%。
