- the recording apparatus 1 can reproduce the program based on the program data stored in the storage unit 12. Since the storage unit 12 composed of a non-volatile memory or a hard disk reads data faster than an optical disk, it can reproduce a program more smoothly than when reproducing a program based on program data recorded on the optical disk. It is possible to suppress stress applied to the user.
- the program data of the program to be reproduced may be stored in the storage unit 12. The program can be played back frequently with high frequency.
- the recording apparatus 1 is configured to be able to mount only one optical disk, but may be provided with a changer apparatus that can mount a plurality of optical disks.
- FIG. 21 is a block diagram illustrating an internal configuration of a recording apparatus including a changer device.
- the disk mounting unit 15 is a changer device that can hold a plurality of optical disks 6 and mounts one optical disk 6 selected by the remote controller (selecting means) 5 or the like to the optical disk drive 11. Thereby, the user can save the trouble of replacing the optical disk.
- FIG. 22 is a block diagram showing another example of the internal configuration of the recording apparatus 1 which is the recording apparatus of the present invention.
- a changer apparatus 16 that selects one optical disk from a plurality of optical disks can be connected to the interface unit 26 of the recording apparatus 1.
- the changer device 16 includes an interface unit 161 connected to the interface unit 26, an optical disc drive 162 that reads data from an optical disc selected from a plurality of optical discs, and records data on the optical disc 6, and an optical disc drive 162.
- a drive control unit 163 that controls the operation is provided.
- the changer apparatus 16 performs the operation
- the storage unit 12 may be configured to be detachable. In this case, the storage capacity of the recording apparatus 1 can be easily changed.
- the digital tuner 21 receives a broadcast signal.
- the present invention may include an analog tuner that receives an analog broadcast broadcast signal. In the form including an analog tuner, the analog tuner is connected to the encoder 22.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention can be used as a removable recording medium as a portable hard disk or memory card.
- the recording apparatus of the present invention is the recording apparatus 1.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the video display apparatus 4 and the recording apparatus 1 are integrated in the recording apparatus of the present invention. Form may be sufficient.
- the recording device of the present invention has been described as recording the program data of a program broadcast by television broadcasting.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the recording device of the present invention can be used for audio broadcasting or A form in which program data of a program broadcast on a broadcast other than a television broadcast such as a data broadcast, other content data, or the like may be recorded.
