また複数の運用系の光送信器・光受信器またはトランスポンダに対して任意の個数の予備系の光送信器・光受信器またはトランスポンダを配備できるため、装置のコストを低減できる。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図14、図15に本発明による波長パス多重分離光伝送装置を複数配備したWDM波長ネットワークを示す。WDM波長ネットワークは波長クロスコネクト-WXC(Wavelength Cross-Connect)機能を有する波長ネットワークノード0901、トランスポンダuu06、光ファイバ0903、伝送路0902、波長ネットワーク管理制御装置0910から構成される。また図14に示すリングトポロジ、図15に示すメッシュトポロジなど、これら以外の任意のネットワークトポロジを構築できる。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図19を参照して、所定の波長の光信号が通過する経路である波長パスを伝送する信号である波長パス信号の属性を変更する動作について説明する。伝送路障害、波長選択回路障害、または波長パスの再構成要求などの要因で、上記波長パス信号の波長パス経路を変更する場合がある。図19において、Node-AとNode-B間でトランスポンダuu21による対向通信を行っている。伝送路T2に障害が発生し、他の伝送路の経路に切り替えることを想定する。この場合、現用の波長パスに対する予備系の波長パスはネットワーク制御装置0910などにより予め確保されており、予備系の当該波長パスは現用系と対で設定されている、またはネットワーク制御装置0910などにより予備系の波長パスが障害検知を契機に設定されるものとする。また図示しない他の中継ノード装置が存在する場合、同様にネットワーク制御装置0910などにより、予備系波長パスが設定されるものとする。
Claims (11)
- 送信側装置と、
受信側装置とを具備し、
前記送信側装置は、
波長パス多重部と、
送信側波長パス選択部と、
互いに波長の異なる複数の光信号をそれぞれ送信する複数の光送信部を有する光送信装置とを備え、
前記波長パス多重部は、
複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートと、
前記複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートに対して光学的な結合を示す第1の対応関係が設定された複数の送信側波長パス多重ポートとを具備し、前記複数の送信側波長パス多重ポートはそれぞれ複数の光伝送路に接続され、
前記送信側波長パス選択部は、
前記光送信装置が送信する複数の光信号がそれぞれ入力する複数の送信側入力ポートと、
前記複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートにそれぞれ光信号を出力する複数の送信側出力ポートと、
前記複数の送信側入力ポートにそれぞれ入力した複数の光信号のうち設定された組み合わせの光信号を多重化して前記複数の送信側出力ポートのいずれかに出力する波長多重部とを具備し、
前記受信側装置は、
波長パス分離部と、
受信側波長パス選択部と、
互いに波長の異なる複数の光信号をそれぞれ受信する複数の光受信部を有する光受信装置とを備え、
前記波長パス分離部は、
前記複数の光伝送路にそれぞれ接続された複数の受信側波長パス多重ポートと、
前記複数の受信側波長パス多重ポートに対して光学的な結合を示す第2の対応関係が設定された複数の受信側波長パス分離ポートとを具備し、
前記受信側波長パス選択部は、
前記複数の受信側波長パス分離ポートが出力する複数の光信号をそれぞれ入力する複数の受信側入力ポートと、
前記光受信装置に複数の光信号をそれぞれ出力する複数の受信側出力ポートと、
前記複数の受信側入力ポートにそれぞれ入力した複数の光信号のうち多重化された光信号を多重分離して前記複数の受信側出力ポートのいずれかに出力する波長分離部とを具備する
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 請求項1に記載された波長パス多重分離光伝送装置であって、
前記送信側装置は更に、
送信側装置制御部と、
送信側選択波長制御部と、
送信側光波長設定部とを備え、
前記送信側装置制御部は、
前記光送信装置の前記複数の光送信部と前記複数の送信側入力ポートとの対応関係を示す第1対応情報と、
前記複数の送信側出力ポートの各々と前記複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートの各々との接続関係を示す第2対応情報と、
前記第1の対応関係を示す第3対応情報とを記憶し、前記第1の対応関係は前記複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートの各々に入力した光信号の各波長について設定される一対一対応の関係であり、
前記送信側選択波長制御部は、前記送信側波長パス選択部が備えるアレイ状に配列された複数の波長多重分離素子の各々の光路を記憶された情報に基づいて制御することによって、前記複数の送信側入力ポートの各々にそれぞれ入力した複数の光信号のうち前記設定された組み合わせの光信号を多重化し、
前記送信側光波長設定部は、前記光送信装置の前記複数の光送信部の各々が出力する光信号の波長を設定し、
前記受信側装置は、
受信側装置制御部と、
受信側選択波長制御部とを備え、
前記受信側装置制御部は、
前記第2の対応関係を示す第4対応情報と、前記第2の対応関係は前記複数の受信側波長パス多重ポートの各々に入力した光信号の各波長について設定される一対一対応の関係であり、
前記複数の受信側波長パス分離ポートの各々と前記複数の受信側入力ポートの各々との対応関係を示す第5対応情報と、
前記光受信装置の前記複数の光受信部と前記複数の受信側出力ポートとの対応関係を示す第6対応情報とを記憶し、
前記受信側選択波長制御部は、前記受信側波長パス選択部が備えるアレイ状に配列された複数の波長多重分離素子の各々の光路を記憶された情報に基づいて制御することによって、前記複数の受信側波長パス分離ポートから入力する多重化された光信号を多重分離する
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 請求項2に記載された波長パス多重分離光伝送装置であって、
前記送信側装置制御部は、
前記光送信装置が出力した光信号である波長パス信号を前記送信側出力ポートに伝送するための波長パスと、前記複数の光伝送路のうち前記波長パス信号を伝送するための出力方路とを設定する設定動作を行い、
前記設定動作において、前記送信側装置制御部は、
前記第3対応情報を参照することにより前記複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートのうち前記波長パス信号が入力される波長パス信号入力ポートを特定し、
前記第2対応情報を参照することにより、前記送信側波長パス選択部が備える前記複数の波長多重分離素子の中の前記波長パス信号入力ポートへの接続性のある波長多重分離素子のうち、波長多重を行う設定がなされていない送信側多重候補波長多重分離素子を検索し、
前記第1対応情報を参照することにより、前記複数の光送信部のうち前記送信側多重候補波長多重分離素子に接続性のある接続可能光送信部を検索し、
前記接続可能光送信部の中から前記波長多重部に対する光信号の出力を行っていないものを新規設定光送信部として決定し、
前記送信側光波長設定部は、前記新規設定光送信部が前記波長パス信号の波長の光信号を出力するように設定し、
前記送信側選択波長制御部は、前記複数の波長多重分離素子のうち前記新規設定光送信部に接続性のある波長多重分離素子に対して多重波長を前記波長パス信号の波長に設定し、
前記設定動作において、前記受信側装置制御部は、
前記第4対応情報を参照することにより前記複数の受信側波長パス分離ポートのうち前記波長パス信号が出力される波長パス信号出力ポートを特定し、
前記第5対応情報を参照することにより、前記受信側波長パス選択部が備える前記複数の波長多重分離素子の中の前記波長パス信号出力ポートへの接続性のある波長多重分離素子のうち、波長多重分離を行う設定がなされていない受信側多重分離候補波長多重分離素子を検索し、
前記第6対応情報を参照することにより、前記複数の光入力装置のうち前記受信側多重分離候補波長多重分離素子に接続性のある接続可能光入力装置を検索し、
前記接続可能光入力装置の中で前記波長分離部から光信号の入力を行っていないものを新規設定光入力装置として決定し、
前記受信側選択波長制御部は、前記複数の波長多重分離素子のうち前記新規設定光入力装置に接続性のある波長多重分離素子に対して分離波長を前記波長パス信号の波長に設定する
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 請求項3に記載された波長パス多重分離光伝送装置であって、
前記送信側装置は、前記複数の光送信部にそれぞれクライアント光信号を供給する複数の出力端子を備えるクライアント光信号選択部と、
前記複数の光送信部の各々の障害を検出する光障害検出部とを具備し、
前記光障害検出部が前記複数の光送信部のうち現用系の光送信部に障害が発生したことを検出した場合、前記クライアント光信号選択部は、前記現用系の光送信部に対して出力していたクライアント光信号を、前記複数の光送信部のうちの予備系の光送信部に切り替える切替動作を行う
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 請求項4に記載された波長パス多重分離光伝送装置であって、
前記送信側装置制御部は、前記複数の光送信部の各々を特定する識別子と送信光信号の波長とを対応づけて格納する波長パス管理テーブルを記憶し、
前記送信側装置制御部は、前記波長パス管理テーブルを参照して障害が発生した前記現用系の光送信部の波長を障害発生波長として特定し、
前記波長パス多重送信制御部は、前記予備系の光送信部が出力する光信号の波長を前記障害発生波長に設定する
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 請求項5に記載された波長パス多重分離光伝送装置であって、
前記送信側装置制御部は更に、前記クライアント光信号選択部の前記複数の出力端子の各々と前記複数の光送信部の各々との接続関係を格納するクライアント接続テーブルを格納し、
前記切替動作は、前記クライアント接続テーブルを参照して実行される
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 請求項6に記載された波長パス多重分離光伝送装置であって、
前記波長パス管理テーブルは更に、前記複数の光送信部の各々を特定する識別子と対応づけて、
前記複数の光送信部の各々が送信する光信号の光路上において前記送信側波長パス選択部における前記複数の波長多重分離素子のうちの波長多重を行う設定がされている波長多重分離素子を特定する波長多重箇所特定情報と、
前記複数の送信側出力ポートのうち前記複数の光送信部の各々が送信する光信号の光路上の送信側出力ポートとを格納し、
前記光送信部障害検出部が前記複数の光送信部のうち現用系の光送信部に障害が発生したことを検出した場合、前記送信側装置制御部は、前記波長パス管理テーブルを参照することにより、
障害が発生した前記現用系の光送信部と、
前記現用系の光送信部が出力する光信号である障害送信光信号の波長と、
前記波長多重部が有する前記複数の波長多重分離素子のうちの前記障害送信光信号を前記波長パス多重部に向う光路にアドする多重動作を行う多重化波長多重分離素子と、
前記複数の送信側出力ポートのうち前記障害送信光信号の光路上に存在する送信側出力ポートとを特定し、
前記切替動作が実行されるとき、前記送信側装置制御部は、前記複数の波長多重分離素子のうち、前記障害送信光信号の光路上の送信側出力ポートに接続性があり、且つ前記予備系の光送信部に接続性がある波長多重分離素子に対して、前記現用系の光送信部が出力する光信号の波長で波長多重を行うように設定する
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 請求項7に記載された波長パス多重分離光伝送装置であって、
更に、前記複数の光受信部の各々の障害を検出する光受信器障害検出部を具備し、
前記波長パス管理テーブルは更に、
前記複数の光受信部の各々を特定する識別子と、
受信光信号の波長と、
前記複数の光受信部が受信する光信号の光路上において前記受信側波長パス選択部における前記複数の波長多重分離素子のうちの波長多重分離を行う設定がされている波長多重分離素子を特定する波長多重分離箇所特定情報と、
前記複数の受信側入力ポートのうち前記複数の光受信部の各々が受信する光信号の光路上の受信側入力ポートとを対応づけて格納し、
前記光受信器障害検出部が前記複数の光受信部のうち現用系の光受信部に障害が発生したことを検出した場合、前記受信側装置制御部は、前記波長パス管理テーブルを参照することにより、
障害が発生した前記現用系の光受信部と、
前記現用系の光受信部が受信する光信号である障害受信光信号の波長と、
前記波長分離部が有する前記複数の波長多重分離素子のうちの前記障害受信光信号を前記波長パス分離部から来る光路からドロップする多重分離動作を行う多重分離化波長多重分離素子と、
前記複数の受信側入力ポートのうち前記障害受信光信号の光路上に存在する受信側入力ポートとを特定し、
前記切替動作が実行されるとき、前記受信側装置制御部は、前記複数の波長多重分離素子のうち、前記障害受信光信号の光路上の受信側入力ポートに接続性があり、且つ前記予備系の光受信部に接続性がある波長多重分離素子に対して、前記現用系の光受信部が出力する光信号の波長で波長多重分離を行うように設定する
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載された波長パス多重分離光伝送装置であって、
前記波長パス多重分離光伝送装置は、波長パスネットワークシステムを構成する複数のノードの各々に配置され、
前記複数のノードは互いに複数の波長パス多重伝送路によって接続され、且つ前記複数のノードの各々は、前記複数の波長パス多重伝送路のうちの自ノードに接続された波長パス多重伝送路に対して波長パスを多重または分離し、
前記複数のノードの各々には光送信器、光受信器又は光トランスポンダのいずれかである光装置が配置され、
前記波長パスは、前記複数のノードのうちの任意の第1ノードの前記光装置と、前記第1ノードに接続された任意の第2ノードの前記光装置との間を双方向通信可能に接続し、
前記複数のノードの各々は、
前記複数の波長パス多重光伝送路のうちの入力伝送路から自ノードへ入力される全波長を分岐して、(前記複数の波長パス多重伝送路のうち自ノードに接続され且つ前記入力伝送路以外の全ての波長パス多重伝送路に送信する)通過光信号と、自ノード内の前記波長パス多重分離光伝送装置が備える前記波長パス分離部に対する光信号とに出力する光パワ分岐部を備える波長分配部と、
前記通過光信号と、前記自ノード内の前記波長パス多重部が出力した光信号とのうちから、前記複数の波長パス多重伝送路のうち自ノードに接続され且つ前記入力伝送路以外の全ての波長パス多重伝送路の各々に対して送信する光信号を選択する波長選択スイッチ部とを備える
波長パス多重分離光伝送装置。 - 波長パス多重部と、
送信側波長パス選択部と、
互いに波長の異なる複数の光信号をそれぞれ送信する複数の光送信部を有する光送信装置とを具備し、
前記波長パス多重部は、
複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートと、
前記複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートに対して光学的な結合を示す対応関係が設定された複数の送信側波長パス多重ポートとを具備し、前記複数の送信側波長パス多重ポートはそれぞれ複数の光伝送路に接続され、
前記送信側波長パス選択部は、
前記光送信装置が送信する複数の光信号がそれぞれ入力する複数の送信側入力ポートと、
前記複数の送信側波長パス分離ポートにそれぞれ光信号を出力する複数の送信側出力ポートと、
前記複数の送信側入力ポートにそれぞれ入力した複数の光信号のうち設定された組み合わせの光信号を多重化して前記複数の送信側出力ポートのいずれかに出力する波長多重部とを具備する
波長パス多重光伝送装置。 - 波長パス分離部と、
受信側波長パス選択部と、
互いに波長の異なる複数の光信号をそれぞれ受信する複数の光受信部を有する光受信装置とを備え、
前記波長パス分離部は、
複数の光伝送路にそれぞれ接続された複数の受信側波長パス多重ポートと、
前記複数の受信側波長パス多重ポートに対して光学的な結合を示す対応関係が設定された複数の受信側波長パス分離ポートとを具備し、
前記受信側波長パス選択部は、
前記複数の受信側波長パス分離ポートが出力する複数の光信号をそれぞれ入力する複数の受信側入力ポートと、
前記光受信装置に複数の光信号をそれぞれ出力する複数の受信側出力ポートと、
前記複数の受信側入力ポートにそれぞれ入力した複数の光信号のうち多重化された光信号を多重分離して前記複数の受信側出力ポートのいずれかに出力する波長分離部とを具備する
