所述胶手柄 7的内端面与固定条 1 的外端面具有一个重叠部, 胶手柄 7 的内端面与固定条 1 的外端面通过相应的重叠部碰撞配合。 在通过胶手柄 7 向左端方向推动活动条 3时, 在活动条 3被推至极限位置之前, 胶手柄 7的 内端面会先碰撞到固定条 1 的外端面, 从而限制活动条 3的行程, 避免活动 条 3的推送位移过大。
所述固定条 1与活动条 3的内侧分别成型有弯曲的托台 8,固定条 1与活 动条 3上的托台 8分别延伸到对方的下方, 在开夹角度较大时, 固定条 1上 的托台 8能够抵顶活动条 3的底面,而活动条 3上的托台 8能够抵顶固定条 1 的底面。 固定条 1与活动条 3上的托台 8用于限制活动条 3的开夹行程, 托 台 8用于防止开夹角度过大, 防止开夹时活动条 3从固定条 1上脱出。
所述活动条 3的内侧还成型有弯曲的第二托台 8a,第二托台 8a抵顶在固 定条 1上的倒钩 6的下方。 第二托台 8a用于限制活动条 3的关夹行程的, 防 止开夹时活动条 3从固定条 1上脱出。
所述固定条 1的两端分别向外侧方向延伸出装订边 11,装订边 11上开设 有装订孔 12, 通过装订边 11能够将固定条 1固定在文件夹脊板上, 为装订无 壳环夹提供方便。
所述固定条 1的两端分别设置有止动面 9, 止动面 9为倾斜设置的斜面, 该止动面 9是成型在装订边 11的垂直边的上端, 止动面 9用于限制活动条 3 完全打开时的开夹角度, 止动面 9设计巧妙, 结构简单, 且能进一步防止开 夹角度过大。
所述固定条 1 的上表面倾斜设置, 固定条 1 的上表面与下表面形成一个 锐角夹角,锐角夹角的开口方向朝向活动条 3。固定条 1的上表面倾斜设置后, 它使活动条 3具有一定的活动空间, 在开夹时, 活动条 3可以向外侧方向旋 转, 且不会与其它部件或文件夹板的脊板碰撞。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例, 故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的 构造、 特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰, 均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。 工业实用性
本发明结构简单, 取消了基板、 外壳等部件, 无壳环夹在开夹和关夹时 更加轻松便捷, 使用方便, 且无壳环夹成本更低, 可大批量生产。
Claims
1、 一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 它包括固定条 (1), 用于固定在文件夹 脊板上且固定不动的固定条 (1) 的上表面固定有承重钩 (2); 活动条 (3), 活动条 (3) 活动搭接在固定条 (1) 的一侧, 且活动条 (3) 的内侧和固定条
(1) 的内侧相互卡接, 能够相对固定条 (1) 旋转且能够沿固定条 (1) 的长 度方向滑动的活动条 (3) 和固定条 (1) 之间连接有弹簧 (4), 活动条 (3) 的上表面固定有活动钩环 (5)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定条 (1) 与活动条 (3) 的内侧分别成型有用于限制活动条 (3) 只能沿固定条 (1) 的 长度方向滑动的倒钩 (6), 固定条 (1) 和活动条 (3) 上的倒钩 (6) 相互契 合。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 所述活动条 (3) 与固定条 (1) 的下表面分别设有卡钩, 经过扭转后的弹簧 (4) 的两端 分别连接在活动条 (3) 与固定条 (1) 的卡钩上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 所述活动条 (3) 一端卡接有用于推动活动条 (3) 的胶手柄 (7)。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 胶手柄 (7) 的 内端面与固定条 (1) 的外端面具有一个重叠部, 胶手柄 (7) 的内端面与固 定条 (1) 的外端面通过相应的重叠部碰撞配合。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定条 (1) 与活动条 (3) 的内侧分别成型有用于限制活动条 (3) 的开夹行程的弯曲的 托台 (8), 固定条(1)与活动条(3)上的托台 (8)分别延伸到对方的下方;
活动条 (3) 的内侧还成型有用于限制活动条 (3) 的关夹行程的弯曲的第二 托台 (8a), 第二托台 (8a) 抵顶在固定条 (1) 上的倒钩 (6) 的下方。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定条 (1) 的两端分别设置有用于限制活动条(3)完全打开时的开夹角度的止动面(9), 止动面 (9) 为倾斜设置的斜面。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定条 (1) 的上表面倾斜设置, 固定条 (1) 的上表面与下表面形成一个锐角夹角, 锐角 夹角的开口方向朝向活动条 (3)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 所述承重钩 (2) 与活动钩环 (5) 的末端分别成型倒钩状的钩嘴, 钩嘴上用于相互钩搭配合的 内侧面 (10) 倾斜设置或成型出斜角, 承重钩 (2) 与活动钩环 (5) 通过相 应的钩嘴搭接配合。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的一种无壳环夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定条(1) 的两端分别向外侧方向延伸出装订边 (11), 装订边 (11) 上开设有用于将固 定条 (1) 固定在文件夹脊板上的装订孔 (12)。
