本发明目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种储能电动操作机构的指示装置, 包括一个带有指示标记的指示件, 所述储能 电动操作机构的滑块与塑壳断路器的手柄相配接, 所述指示件枢轴地设置在储能电动操 作机构上, 所述滑块与指示件之间设有一个连动标示机构, 所述滑块驱动所述连动标示 机构, 用以使所述指示件枢轴转动, 进而显示出不同的指示标记。
进一步地, 所述连动标示机构包括与滑块配接的滑台及一往复板, 所述滑台包括 一个斜面, 用以使所述滑台的水平往复运动转化成所述往复板的竖直往复运动, 所述往 复板驱动所述指示件枢轴转动。
再进一步地, 所述指示件通过一销枢轴设置在储能电动操作机构的第一支撑板上, 所述指示件的一端为带有指示标记的指示端, 另一端为触发端。

所述连动标示机构包括与滑块 5配接的滑台 4及一往复板 2 , 所述滑台 4包括一个 斜面 41。 所述指示件 1通过一销 11枢轴设置在储能电动操作机构的第一支撑板 91上, 所述指示件 1的一端为带有指示标记 13的指示端 12 , 另一端为触发端 14。 所述往复板 2包括一^ ^口 22 , 所述指示件 1的触发端 14伸入到所述卡口 22内。
所述往复板 2的一端枢轴设有一滚轮 3 , 所述滚轮 3与所述滑台 4滚动配合, 所述 滑台 4的斜面 41设置在具有高度差的两个平面之间, 所述滚轮 3在所述斜面 41和该两 个平面上滚动, 使所述滑台 4的水平往复运动转化成所述往复板 2的竖直往复运动, 所 述往复板 2驱动所述指示件 1枢轴转动。

下面结合本发明的指示装置和防误指示装置, 介绍一下本发明的动作过程, 进而来 进一步地说明本发明机构的构成和工作原理。
由图 1的合闸状态切换到图 4的分闸状态: 滑块 5向后移动, 分闸过程中凸轮 7上 的凸台 71带动回转件 6转动, 回转件 6的锁舌 61插入往复板 2的方孔 21 内 (如图 6 所述), 阻止往复板 2向上移动。 当滑块 5到达塑壳断路器分闸突跳点时, 凸轮 7上的 凸台 71脱离回转件 6 , 回转件 6的锁舌 61在弹簧的作用下退出往复板 2的方孔 21 , 滑 台 4在弹簧作用下向后移动, 与滚轮 3相连的往复板 2向上移动 (如图 5所述), 带动 指示件 1转动, 在外壳窗口指示 "OFF" 标识; 完成状态指示工作。
由图 4的分闸状态切换到图 1的合闸状态: 凸轮 7上的凸台 71不顶住回转件 6, 回 转件 6的锁舌 61不插入往复板 2的方孔 21内, 滑块 5带动滑台 4向前移动, 与滚轮 3 相连的往复板 2向下移动, 带动指示件 1转动, 在外壳窗口指示 "ON" 标识; 完成状态 指示工作。
由合闸状态切换到脱扣状态: 合闸状态时凸轮 7上的凸台 71还没顶住回转件 6 , 回 转件 6的锁舌 61还未插入往复板 2的方孔 21内; 滑块 5向后移动, 滑台 4在弹簧作用 下向后移动, 与滚轮 3相连的往复板 2向上移动, 带动指示件 1转动, 在外壳窗口指示 "OFF" 标识; 完成状态指示工作。
本发明还有多种实现方式。 凡采用等同替换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案, 均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。 例如: 仅替换往复板 2的运动方向, 将本发明的竖 直运动替换成水平运动或其他方向的运动, 均属于等同的替换。 本发明揭示的滑台 4和 滑块 5的配接仅为一个较佳实施例, 不排除将滑台 4和滑块 5直接固定连接或其他的配 合方式。
另夕卜, 本发明在实现的过程中还需注意, 要使滑块 5和储能机构分离, 通过由储能 弹簧推动的联接主轴的凸轮来带动滑块 5 , 使储能机构工作状态与联接主轴的凸轮的位 置状态对应;其次与主轴联接的凸轮和滑块 5 必须采用半脱离结构,使塑壳断路器分闸、 合闸、 脱扣三个不同状态时凸轮的位置状态不会影响滑块, 使滑块可以随塑壳断路器手 柄自由滑动。
本发明实现了不需塑壳断路器厂家进行改进就能指示塑壳断路器的工作状态, 而且 带有防误指示装置, 保证可靠指示。
