本发明涉及燃气领域,更具体地说,涉及一种自动点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置及该安全装置的使用方法 。
背景技术
燃气在日常生活中用途极广,由于燃气的泄漏经常会发生爆炸事故,燃气泄漏通常是燃烧时氧气不足或者火焰被吹熄,现有燃气的安全装置通常是通过检查火焰离子的数量来判定是否正常燃烧,这样在潮湿时会出现检测不准确,带来了事故隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述通过检查火焰离子的数量来判定是否正常燃烧缺陷,提供一种更安全的自动点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置。
本发明要解决的第二技术问题在于,针对现有技术的通过只检测火焰离子数量的方法,提供一种同事检测火焰离子数量和温度相配合的方法。
本发明解决第一技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置,所述点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置包括检测燃烧器燃烧产生火焰离子的火焰离子传感器、为燃烧器点火的点火器、检测所述燃烧器燃烧温度的温度传感器和控制装置;所述控制装置设置有IC,所述控制装置为将所述温度传感器探测到的温度与所述IC里的温度设定值比较并当所述温度传感器探测到的温度与所述IC里的温度设定值超出预设范围便发出信号去控制燃气切断的控制装置。
在本发明所述的点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置中,所述火焰离子传感器的下部设置有陶瓷,所述火焰离子传感器内部设置有容纳所述温度传感器的空槽。
在本发明所述的点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置中,所述温度传感器设置于所述火焰离子传感器的侧边,所述温度传感器、火焰离子传感器设置于所述燃烧器内。
本发明解决第二技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在本发明所述的点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置的使用方法中,所述的使用方法包括下述步骤:
S1、控制装置里的点火器给燃烧器点火后达到预设时间,则温度传感器把感应到的温度传递给控制装置,控制装置先感应有无火焰离子,如有则将温度传感器感应到的温度与点火前温度传感器温度比较有无正常升高,当比较后的差值小于预设数值时,便执行S5,否则继续检测;
S2、当燃烧器在燃烧时熄火,温度传感器把感应到的温度传递给控制装置,控制装置先感应有无火焰离子,如有则温度传感器将感应到的温度与熄火前温度传感器温度比较有无正常降低,当比较后的差值小于预设数值时,便执行S5,否则继续检测;
S3、当燃烧器燃烧时,所述控制装置将温度传感器的温度与所用燃气的用量比较是否完全燃烧,若不完全燃烧则执行步骤S5,若完全燃烧则将燃烧功率及炉火温度显示;
S4、当燃烧器燃烧时,控制装置不断检测温度传感器的温度与火焰离子传感器检测的结果是否正常,若任一不正常则执行步骤S5;
S5、控制装置发出信号去切断燃气。
实施本发明的节能环保烧烤炉,具有以下有益效果:
本发明的所述点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置包括检测燃烧器燃烧产生火焰离子的火焰离子传感器、为燃烧器点火的点火器、检测所述燃烧器燃烧温度的温度传感器和控制装置;所述控制装置设置有IC,所述控制装置为将所述温度传感器探测到的温度与所述IC里的温度设定值比较并当所述温度传感器探测到的温度与所述IC里的温度设定值超出预设范围便发出信号去控制燃气切断的控制装置。这样的结构可以通过比较温度的差值来确定燃烧器是否在燃烧,如果不燃烧就会在很短时间内切断燃气,避免了事故的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在本发明的点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置的第一实施例中,所述点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置包括检测燃烧器燃烧产生火焰离子的火焰离子传感器、为燃烧器点火的点火器、检测所述燃烧器燃烧温度的温度传感器和控制装置;所述控制装置设置有IC,所述控制装置为将所述温度传感器探测到的温度与所述IC里的温度设定值比较并当所述温度传感器探测到的温度与所述IC里的温度设定值超出预设范围便发出信号去控制燃气切断的控制装置 。
其中,火焰离子传感器为附图标记50所示的圆轴,包括上部和下部,其下部的外面设置有陶瓷30,陶瓷30的作用是隔热。在火焰离子传感器50下部里面开设有空槽20,空槽20里面安装有测量燃烧器燃烧的温度的温度传感器42。温度传感器42设置于空槽20里的上端,设置在空槽外的附图标记41、40为温度传感器的两根引线,附图标记44为火焰离子传感器50的引线,附图标记41、40、44连接有控制装置(未画出),而控制装置里面设置有IC。
所述温度传感器42还可以设置于所述火焰离子传感器50的侧边,所述温度传感器42、火焰离子传感器50设置于所述燃烧器内。
当然,我们也可以把温度传感器42放在火焰离子传感器50的外部,只是放在里面在安装时更方便和测量得到的结果更准确。
本发明的点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置使用方法包括如下步骤:
S1、控制装置里的点火器给燃烧器点火后达到预设时间,则温度传感器42把感应到的温度传递给控制装置,控制装置先感应有无火焰离子,如有则将温度传感器42感应到的温度与点火前温度传感器42温度比较有无正常升高,当比较后的差值小于预设数值时,便执行S5,否则继续检测;
S2、当燃烧器在燃烧时熄火,温度传感器42把感应到的温度传递给控制装置,控制装置先感应有无火焰离子,如有则温度传感器42将感应到的温度与熄火前温度传感器42温度比较有无正常降低,当比较后的差值小于预设数值时,便执行S5,否则继续检测;
S3、当燃烧器燃烧时,所述控制装置将温度传感器42的温度与所用燃气的用量比较是否完全燃烧,若不完全燃烧则执行步骤S5,若完全燃烧则将燃烧功率及炉火温度显示;
S4、当燃烧器燃烧时,控制装置不断检测温度传感器42的温度与火焰离子传感器50检测的结果是否正常,若任一不正常则执行步骤S5;
S5、控制装置发出信号去切断燃气。
在上面的方法中,温度的差值可以选择50至200度,优选50度或100度而预设时间可以选择2秒至5秒。优选2秒或3秒。
本发明的控制装置先检测点火时是否有火焰离子,而熄火时火焰检测有无离子,不断地把温度传感器42检测到的温度和变化前的温度比较,如果火焰离子检测器和火焰温度无同时变化,则通过控制器去切断燃气,避免了事故的发生。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置,其特征在于,所述点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置包括检测燃烧器燃烧产生火焰离子的火焰离子传感器、为燃烧器点火的点火器、检测所述燃烧器燃烧温度的温度传感器和控制装置;所述控制装置设置有IC,所述控制装置为将所述温度传感器探测到的温度与所述IC里的温度设定值比较并当所述温度传感器探测到的温度与所述IC里的温度设定值超出预设范围便发出信号去控制燃气切断的控制装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置,其特征在于,所述火焰离子传感器的下部设置有陶瓷,所述火焰离子传感器内部设置有容纳所述温度传感器的空槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置,其特征在于,所述温度传感器设置于所述火焰离子传感器的侧边,所述温度传感器、火焰离子传感器设置于所述燃烧器内。
  4. 一种权利要求1所述的点火熄火切断燃气的安全装置的使用方法,其特征在于,所述的使用方法包括下述步骤:
    S1、控制装置里的点火器给燃烧器点火后达到预设时间,则温度传感器把感应到的温度传递给控制装置,控制装置先感应有无火焰离子,如有则将温度传感器感应到的温度与点火前温度传感器温度比较有无正常升高,当比较后的差值小于预设数值时,便执行S5,否则继续检测;
    S2、当燃烧器在燃烧时熄火,温度传感器把感应到的温度传递给控制装置,控制装置先感应有无火焰离子,如有则温度传感器将感应到的温度与熄火前温度传感器温度比较有无正常降低,当比较后的差值小于预设数值时,便执行S5,否则继续检测;
    S3、当燃烧器燃烧时,所述控制装置将温度传感器的温度与所用燃气的用量比较是否完全燃烧,若不完全燃烧则执行步骤S5,若完全燃烧则将燃烧功率及炉火温度显示;
    S4、当燃烧器燃烧时,控制装置不断检测温度传感器的温度与火焰离子传感器检测的结果是否正常,若任一不正常则执行步骤S5;
    S5、控制装置发出信号去切断燃气。
