[2] 脚踏车是一项大众所普及的休闲娱乐运动, 由于脚踏车在进行转弯吋, 车体的 惯性会使得车体按照原来的方向行进, 当重心过高、 车速过快或转弯太急则会 使得车体旋转而翻倒, 也因此需借助人体与车体的倾斜来减少摩擦力所造成向 外翻倒的力矩, 此种原理会使得双人脚踏车比三轮或四轮车辆行驶吋更为稳定 , 而目先前业者也发展出一种并列式脚踏车, 其是将两个独立车体以固定杆相 连结, 以达到平行并骑的娱乐使用效果, 而以固定杆连结方式所构成的车体则 只能在慢速中行进, 若快速行进并遭遇到路面高低或是转弯阶段, 均无法让连 结车体维持稳定状态, 而可能会出现翻覆的危险现象。
[3] 本发明人有感于双人并列式脚踏车可提升娱乐运动的休闲效果, 因此设计出一 种可双人并肩协力同吋能稳定进行骑乘的并列式脚踏车, 其具体构造揭露于申 请号 PCT/CN2008/071250、 名称为 '并骑式脚踏车'的发明专利申请案中, 该并骑 脚踏车由一主车体、 副车体、 至少一关节式机构及一拉力机构相连结而成, 然 而该并骑式脚踏车的具体结构中, 其主车体具有一前一后的车轮, 而副车体则 仅有一后车轮, 使得主、 副车体的后车轮形成一平行并列, 由于此车轮排列形 成该车体的重心偏于后方, 因此需要将双座垫往后移动, 让骑乘者的重心位置 能位于由三车轮接触地面所产生的三角形底面积内, 以防骑乘者往前倾而造成 重心不稳, 因此该案仍存有增进效能及简化结构的设计空间。 经由改良前案后 的本发明, 其副车体的车轮位于主车体的前后轮之间, 重心不会偏移后方, 因 此无需将双座垫往后移动, 同吋主、 副车仅需一关节式机构即可进行连结, 该 并列式脚踏车的结构仍可再精简化而较能降低成本, 以符合经济效益。
[4] 本发明的主要目的, 在于提供一种并列式脚踏车, 其可提供双乘骑者以平行并 肩的方式分别进行独立的踩踏, 并能相互协力进行骑乘。
[5] 本发明的另一目的, 在于提供一种并列式脚踏车, 其主车体与副车体是以一关 节式机构及一拉力机构相连结所组成, 让主、 副车体在遭遇路面高低及转弯行 进吋, 车体更具有稳定性且不会导致车体翻倒, 而主车体具有前、 后轮, 副车 体具有位于主车体前、 后轮之间的中间轮, 这种车轮排列方式可使重心稳定, 且车体在静止状态吋, 乘骑者无需利用脚部撑立于地面以保持车体站立。
[6] 本发明的进一步目的, 在于提供一种并列式脚踏车, 其副车体的中间轮是以一 轴心杆连结左、 右侧脚踏板的曲柄杆。
[7] 本发明的再一目的, 在于提供一种并列式脚踏车, 其副车体使用直接相啮合的 齿轮组来带动中间轮, 此种结构不仅能精简副车的构造且易于维护车体, 并且 该车体仅需一关节式机构即可相连结, 能够节省成本。
[8] 本发明的复一目的, 在于提供一种并列式脚踏车, 其副车体可利用链圏啮合的 大链轮及链轮组来带动中间轮。
[9] 本发明的又一目的, 在于提供一种并列式脚踏车, 其主车体具有相隔有距离的 前、 后轮, 而副车体则仅设有一中间轮, 主、 副车体通过关节式机构相联结, 主车体可釆用现阶段市面上既有的脚踏车作为使用。
[10] 为了达成上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是:
[11] 一种并列式脚踏车, 包括一主车体、 一副车体、 一关节式机构和一拉力机构; 主车体具有一竖套管及枢设于竖套管内可受控于把手进行变换方向的前叉架, 前述前叉架设有前轮; 主车体还具有一竖杆, 竖杆顶端设有可供使用者乘坐的 座垫, 主车体还设有后叉架及枢设于后叉架上的后轮、 可驱动大链轮转动的一 对脚踏板, 前述后轮同轴设有一小链轮, 大、 小链轮上啮合一链圏; 副车体前 端的竖套管设有可供把持的把手, 还设有一竖杆, 竖杆的顶端上设有一座垫, 而末端两侧分别设有竖侧杆, 在两侧竖侧杆间设有一可立于地面上的中间轮, 副车体的中间轮的轴心杆位于主车体的前轮、 后轮二者的轮心轴之间; 关节式 机构的第一端联结于前述主车体, 第二端则联结于副车体, 使前述主车体及副 车体的座垫形成平行并列的状态; 该关节式机构还设有第一端及第二端的二舱 座, 在二舱座之间枢设有二相平行的连杆, 使左、 右舱座及二上、 下平行的连 杆可共同构成一关节式平行四边形; 拉力机构具有至少二弹性元件, 弹性元件 的二末端分别钩扣联结于前述关节式机构上; 借助此种构造, 使主、 副车体共 同构成具有三轮的脚踏车, 且主、 副车体均可独立踩踏前进, 在凹凸不平的地 面及转弯行进阶段, 并列式脚踏车仍具有高稳定度且更不易翻倒。
[12] 上述副车体的中间轮以一轴心杆连结左、 右侧脚踏板的曲柄杆。
[13] 上述副车体中间轮的轴心杆上设有二分隔开的固定座, 二固定座间则设有一固 定式的主动齿轮及一活动式的从动齿轮; 其中一固定座设有一可包覆前述主、 从动齿轮的惰轮箱, 且惰轮箱内以一轴杆枢设有一包含有大、 小惰轮的惰轮组 , 小惰轮与前述主动齿轮相啮合, 大惰轮与前述从动齿轮啮合, 使得前述从动 齿轮可经由车辐带动中间轮进行运转。
[14] 上述副车体中间轮的轴心杆上设有一大链轮, 该大链轮被链圏啮合, 并在踩踏 脚踏板吋带动可变速链轮组; 该可带动小链轮的可变速链轮组设于前述副车体 的后叉架的后端上, 前述可带动车辐同吋由车辐带动中间轮的小链轮被另一链 圏所啮合且位于轴心杆上。
[15] 上述可变速链轮组系可设在副车体之底杆上, 可缩减副车体之占用空间者。
[16] 上述主、 副车体相连结吋, 主、 副车体的座垫形成左、 右相邻呈平行并列的状 太。
[17] 上述副车体与主车体搭配而成的联结车体利用一前轮、 一后轮及一中间轮而与 地面相接触, 进而形成一三角形的底面积。
[18] 上述二舱座具有一开口向内且内设有舱室, 二上下平行的连杆枢设于该舱室的 上下方, 使左、 右侧边的舱座及上下相平行的二连杆形成一可活动的关节式平 行四边形。
[19] 上述连杆的内侧面至少设有一座体, 该座体沿两侧分别设有连续相间排列的定 端, 上、 下座体两侧的定端至少钩扣二弹性元件并呈错开交叉状。
[20] 上述上、 下连杆的内侧面分别设有二分隔开的座体, 且二座体沿两侧分别设有 连续相间排列的定端, 而上、 下定端所对应的弹性元件前后呈错开交叉状。

[22] 上述拉力机构中的弹性元件为具有不同弹性系数的强力弹簧。 [23] 采用上述结构后, 本发明通过在主车体及副车体之间设有至少一组关节式机构 及一拉力机构, 关节式机构可产生关节式平行四边形的变化动作, 拉力机构则 能缓冲关节式机构的变形动作并回复车体的平衡稳定, 使得主、 副连结车体在 路面高低变化及转弯行进阶段均能保持协调性及稳定性; 而副车体的中间轮位 于主车体的前、 后轮的轮心轴的中间段, 使主车体的前、 后轮与副车体的中间 轮位置会形成一三角形, 可使得并列式脚踏车的重心稳定, 当两人踩踏时, 其 重心位于三角形内而不需担心重心偏移而导致翻覆, 也因此具有安全性; 另外 , 副车体可采用借助链圈所啮合的链轮组或是利用不设有链圈而直接啮合的齿 轮组进行传动, 其构造上较为精简且容易进行维护。

替换页(细则第 26条) 地面吋, 譬如副车体 3的路面低于左侧主车体 1的路面吋, 由于关节式机构 5的第 二端 59的联结座 54随副车体 3往下略陷, 由于二连杆 53、 54的两端头为轴动活点 , 因此连杆 53、 54的右端会略为往下倾斜, 同时空隙提供些微活动空间, 但副 车体 3与主车体 1仍保持相联结的运动作态。 前述动作同时可拉伸张紧弹性元件 5 5、 57及压缩释放弹性元件 56、 58, 更可借助弹性元件 55、 56、 57、 58的反作用 力来辅助变动中车体的稳定性。 当双车体在进行转弯动作, 譬如右转动作, 则 可如图 4及图 10所示的状态, 当然, 左转动作则形成与图 4与图 10相对立性的状 态, 在此不再作出图示。 本发明中的主、 副车体 1、 3在运动中所遇路面不平及 进行左、 右转运动的阶段, 连杆 53、 连杆 54、 舱座 5】、 舱座 52所构成的平行四 边形恰如可动式的关节, 不仅不会改变左、 右平行并骑的自然协调式, 同吋因 舱座 51、 52的内端面限制住连杆 53、 54的动作范围, 因而也不会致使车体产生 翻倒的现象。 本发明中的舱座 51、 52及连杆 53、 54由钢性材质所制成, 以让连 杆 53、 54的两端头与舱座 51、 52加大接触面积, 以免应力太大而变形。
[85] 本发明的主要特征还在于副车体 3不仅相平行于主车体 1 , 而且副车体 3所设的 中间轮 43的轴心杆 430处于位在主车体 1前、 后轮的轮心轴 190、 180二者之间的 状态, 换句话说, 即是副车体 3的中间轮 43位于主车体 1的前轮 19及后轮 18二者 之间, 可参考图 2及图 3所示。
[86] 由于本发明中主车体 1与副车体 3共同构成的联结车体是将一前轮 19、 一后轮 18 及一中间轮 43与地面相接触, 其形成一三角形的底面积, 此种排列方式可让乘 骑者的重心能位于三角形内。 也因此乘骑者的重心不会超出车轮 18、 19、 43所 构成的三角形, 使得三轮脚踏车就能处于平衡处而不会翻倒, 只要乘骑者的重 心不超出三角形之外, 则更可增加重心的稳定度, 并能保持三轮脚踏车乘骑吋 的稳定性及安全性。
[87] 主、 副车体 1、 3上均设有可自动调整把手 24、 40高低度的功能, 由于此种技术 为既有已知结构, 在此不再多加叙述。 而该联结车体具有前轮 19、 后轮 18及中 间轮 43, 因此需由副车体 3的刹车线接至主车体 1, 此种技术已由前案揭露出, 所以在此只作简单描述, 在附图中不再表示该刹车线, 可由主车体 1刹车手柄 10 1驱动的后轮刹车线系设有分路刹车线分别接至主车体后轮 19及副车体中间轮 43

[89] 本发明再一副车体的形态可如图 15所示, 由副车体 6移除后叉架 66并将链轮组 6 8枢设在底杆 63上, 同样能达到踩踏一对脚踏板 71、 72而带动中间轮 73进行转动 , 并可同时节省材料成本。
[90] 纵观本发明所揭示的并列式脚踏车, 可将一般脚踏车与一副车相连结而实现相 互平行的并列骑乘, 并且能各自单独踩踏, 并借助关节式机构 5联结主、 副车体 1、 3、 6 , 不仅提供平行并骑脚踏车的休闲娱乐效果, 更提供了一种三轮车体在 行进吋更稳定且不会翻倒车体的使用优点, 也因副车体 3、 6结构精简而可减少 成本支出并容易进行维护。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 1、 一种并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 包括一主车体、 一副车体、 一关节式 机构和一拉力机构;
主车体具有一竖套管及枢设于竖套管内可受控于把手进行变换方向的前叉 架, 前述前叉架设有前轮; 主车体还具有一竖杆, 竖杆顶端设有可供使用 者乘坐的座垫, 主车体还设有后叉架及枢设于后叉架上的后轮、 可驱动大 链轮转动的一对脚踏板, 前述后轮同轴设有一小链轮, 大、 小链轮上啮合 一链圏;
副车体前端的竖套管设有可供把持的把手, 还设有一竖杆, 竖杆的顶端上 设有一座垫, 而末端两侧分别设有竖侧杆, 在两侧竖侧杆间设有一可立于 地面上的中间轮, 副车体的中间轮的轴心杆位于主车体的前轮、 后轮二者 的轮心轴之间;
关节式机构的第一端联结于前述主车体, 第二端则联结于副车体, 使前述 主车体及副车体的座垫形成平行并列的状态; 该关节式机构还设有第一端 及第二端的二舱座, 在二舱座之间枢设有二相平行的连杆, 使左、 右舱座 及二上、 下平行的连杆可共同构成一关节式平行四边形;
拉力机构具有至少二弹性元件, 弹性元件的二末端分别钩扣联结于前述关 节式机构上。
[2] 2、 如权利要求 1所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述副车体的中间轮 以一轴心杆连结左、 右侧脚踏板的曲柄杆。
[3] 3、 如权利要求 2所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述副车体中间轮的 轴心杆上设有二分隔开的固定座, 二固定座间则设有一固定式的主动齿轮 及一活动式的从动齿轮; 其中一固定座设有一可包覆前述主、 从动齿轮的 惰轮箱, 且惰轮箱内以一轴杆枢设有一包含有大、 小惰轮的惰轮组, 小惰 轮与前述主动齿轮相啮合, 大惰轮与前述从动齿轮啮合, 使得前述从动齿 轮可经由车辐带动中间轮进行运转。
[4] 4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述副车体中间轮 的轴心杆上设有一大链轮, 该大链轮被链圏啮合, 并在踩踏脚踏板吋带动 可变速链轮组; 该可带动小链轮的可变速链轮组设于前述副车体的后叉架 的后端上, 前述可带动车辐同吋由车辐带动中间轮的小链轮被另一链圏所 啮合且位于轴心杆上。
[5] 5、 如权利要求 4所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述可变速链轮组系 可设在副车体之底杆上, 可缩减副车体之占用空间者。
[6] 6、 如权利要求 1所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述主、 副车体相连 结吋, 主、 副车体的座垫形成左、 右相邻呈平行并列的状态。
[7] 7、 如权利要求 1所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述副车体与主车体 搭配而成的联结车体利用一前轮、 一后轮及一中间轮而与地面相接触, 进 而形成一三角形的底面积。
[8] 8、 如权利要求 1所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述二舱座具有一开 口向内且内设有舱室, 二上下平行的连杆枢设于该舱室的上下方, 使左、 右侧边的舱座及上下相平行的二连杆形成一可活动的关节式平行四边形。
[9] 9、 如权利要求 8所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述连杆的内侧面至 少设有一座体, 该座体沿两侧分别设有连续相间排列的定端, 上、 下座体 两侧的定端至少钩扣二弹性元件并呈错开交叉状。
[10] 10、 如权利要求 9所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述上、 下连杆的内 侧面分别设有二分隔开的座体, 且二座体沿两侧分别设有连续相间排列的 定端, 而上、 下定端所对应的弹性元件前后呈错开交叉状。
[11] 11、 如权利要求 1所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述二上下平行的连 杆呈现 U型状且开口向内。
[12] 12、 如权利要求 1所述的并列式脚踏车, 其特征在于: 所述拉力机构中的弹 性元件为具有不同弹性系数的强力弹簧。
